I've never experienced a training like I did with Nate! There is no other coach as attentive to posture, positioning and alignment, who shows and explains everything necessary to bring your individual body type and needs into balance. I wish I lived in town so I could train with him regularly.

I broke my humerus and injured my shoulder and recently got back into training. Nate came to NC from CO to train me. He met me where I was at and gave a detailed assessment and plan geared towards my individual needs and goals. In just a few days, we practiced body weight training, nutrition, and breath work. The lessons were comprehensive, thorough, fun, and easy to understand. He helped me with body mobility and strengthening exercises. I was able to heal my shoulder and my pain decreased significantly in just a few training sessions. I left the experience feeling recharged, empowered, and with new skills I can use at home. Nate is a highly skilled and knowledgeable trainer, great personality, caring, compassionate, motivating. Highly recommend!!

Nate was great at coaching me through all the new poses and exercises I learned. His training was a welcome change from my strictly weight training routine. He helped me build functional strength using just my bodyweight and restored range of motion in all of my joints through a variety of stretching and poses.
