I attneded the most recent performance -- Revived -- and wow! What an amazing performance by very talented dancers. The four pieces that were performed were each a unique and stunning performance on their own and then combined into a single show took my breath away. We are so fortunate to live in a community with incredible live performing arts! If you have not seen a performance by Boulder Ballet - don't miss the next one!

Totally meh with this place. We moved to Boulder and my child had already taken 2 years at Premier School of Dance In Thornton, we were put in Level 1A (beginner for a 3rd year)….I thought fine, new school we will do it. Then we got put into 1A beginner class AGAIN. My 10 year old is done with ballet, which is completely understandable, when you are taught the same boring stuff for 4 years of your life. I sent an email and this place didn’t respond. They could care less about their students, just the money. I will be seeing if I have any legal action I can take to get my money back for services not rendered. Not impressed with the lack of response from their staff to this situation.

Consistent, high-quality, and fantastic. We drive pretty far to be part of their excellent ballet program. Beth, Andrea, and the staff go above and beyond to make this program special. Highly recommend!

My daughter has absolutely loved her ballet and dance classes at Boulder Ballet. She is learning strong technique and is able to take classes from a wide range of teachers including professional ballet dancers. This program has been the perfect balance of rigor and fun which can be challenging to find in a ballet school. She has also made some great friends and is looking forward to continue her ballet training at Boulder Ballet. We highly recommend Boulder Ballet!

I took my first adult beginner ballet class with Gianna and it was so wonderful. She was warm and playful, and her tips were immediately useful and helpful. I danced through college and it felt like even with all those years of classes, her guidance was unique and helped me deepen my understanding. The other members of class were so warm and it was great to be in a space with people coming to dance for the first time and people like myself with years of experience but who are (very) rusty. I’m looking forward to making these classes a highlight of my weeks.

I'm an adult in beginner ballet and this class is fabulous. It's always nerve-wracking to start a new sport or come back to a class after years away, but the instructor and most students were very welcoming. The adult class is a traditional ballet class using terminology and structure as if we were members in a professional company (aka not dumbed down for easy learning). The class is challenging and fun and provides a safe space to make mistakes and learn.

Both of my daughters have been attending classes at Boulder Ballet for the last 4 years and we have had wonderful experiences with the studio and instructors. If your child stays with the program for a few years they are able to audition for the professional production of the Nutcracker the company puts on every year. Would highly recommend for a child starting dance who may want to continue in the program for many years to come.
