Jed has been my trainer for a little over 4 years. I have thoroughly enjoyed attending his training sessions. He has increased my strength and mobility. He prepared me for a knee replacement surgery, making me stronger and used blood flow restriction training to help me prepare. He has been a huge help with my post surgery recovery and gaining my strength and mobility back. He is an excellent trainer, very patient and classes are fun. Highly recommend!

I feel the amazing benefit from my workouts at Boulder Strength! Jed and Jeremy are welcoming, fun and experienced. For each workout Jed takes into account my level of stress, motivation, general well being, and aches and pains to customize the level of challenge and gain. I have felt stronger, more flexible and in a better mood after every workout. I highly recommend Boulder Strength.

Jed and Jeremy are the best of the best! I have been training with Jed for a few years now and feel like I’m in the best shape I ever have been. I had various injuries that Jed helped me work through, so now I’m back to lifting pain free! Jed always meets me where I’m at and checks in before each session to tailor my workout to what I need that day. The gym space is always clean and welcoming. They have lots of equipment (and continue to get new equipment) so I am always able to get a full body workout. I have really appreciated being able to come to Boulder Strength and to have access to such great equipment and knowledgeable trainers. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the training program Jed has developed for me and I look forward to continuing to work with him for years to come! Highly recommend you check out Boulder Strength!

I'm an old guy, still think I'm 40 and playing just as hard. I met Jed 25 years ago (just starting his profession), he gave me a hand written training program (specific for off road motorcycle racing) on a piece of scratch paper (which I still have) and have been following it ever since. His routine gave me several wins and top 5 finishes. Most recently, I had finally worn out my left shoulder and was sure I was headed to the cut and paste guy. Talked to Jed, gave me another routine (again on scratch paper) noticeable improvement immediately, in a week my shoulder was 40 again! Strength, Endurance, Repair, Competitive Mind Set...Boulder Strength...a whole lot more than the word strength.

Boulder Strength gets me up in the morning and I look forward to working out with Jeremy. Full disclosure: he is my son, but that said, he takes time every session to ask how I am feeling (or hurting somewhere) and he tailors the work out to that information. He pushes me (and my husband) to challenge ourselves.
The atmosphere is full of energy and fun. Young and old laughing and rocking to the music.
It is so intimate: just 2 trainers so never more than 6 people in the room at one time.

I've been training with Jed for several years, and he hasn't let me down yet. He tailors programs to fit my life and my goals, which have ranged from general fitness, to ski performance, to rehab for several serious knee injuries. He has some serious knowledge about physiology and always seems to know how to fix any weird pain or imbalances that crop up. So stoked that he and Jeremy opened this place up!

The best personal training in Boulder! The trainers here customize workouts based on individual people and their own lives. I've trained with them through many phases of my life. From pre-babies, through pregnancy and post pregnancy. 3 babies! They have helped me reach my goals while also staying compassionate to where I'm at in my own life.
They have also trained me through a NPC competition which was a life goal of mine. Now, I go for overall health and fitness. Years later of working with them, I still learn something new every time I go.
The space is welcoming, inviting, everyone talks and laughs together.
As a fellow small business owner, I can see that each and every client who walks through the door, is happy to be there. Whether they are new or existing, I can see, that people feel very welcomed.
I highly recommend for any fitness phase you are at in your own life. They truly "meet people where they are at" and help them reach their own personal goals.
