I was overcharged and it’s taken over a month with multiple unanswered messages and still no resolution.

I REALLY wish they had a any option for making up classes. Since it is so expensive, many kids come very sick. I wish they welcomed kids with hand sanitizer and didn't let kids outside to the public restrooms without shoes and then back into gym. No wonder so many are sick :( Plus, it's not safe sending littles to a public restroom outside of the gym alone (who knows if they even wash hands well alone).
Also, I wish there were more spaces for parents to sit while waiting.

It’s $100 a month for the toddler group plus $36 registration fee. Which is fine. It’s 45 min - once a week. The issue is - If you can’t make it - there is no make up opportunity - and you can’t switch between classes for different time. Death in the family - no make up. Sick - no make up. No exceptions. Not even for a class that has open spots. I’d opt for a slightly more compassionate and flexible space if not for this is the closest place to us - still 18 min away. That being said - My daughter loves the equipment. That’s about it. I know all this from a discussion I had with them 1/31. Strange for a company to write a response saying they have no contact from me when I have text messages saying otherwise - getting stranger….

If your child struggles with adhd or any sensory processing issues this is definitely not the gymnastics school for you. The people who work there are fine, honestly just a bunch of young college girls that simply want your kid to act right without much thoughtfulness on their end. The owner basically mocked me over the phone when I said my son has some troubles focusing and is possibly dealing with some neurodivergence issues. He said basically that's just something people say when their child isn't listening. I hung in there for another month but it honestly felt like they just didn't want to deal with him, even gently suggesting that I pull him out. How unfair for a child who actually enjoyed the class and wanted to be there. It's meh, great for people with perfectly behaved toddlers that listen every time, if you know any of those that is.

My daughter has been taking gymnastics here for a year. She has lots of fun and she loves that I can watch her through the viewing windows. The teachers and staff are really sweet, positive and encouraging! Last year they offered make-up classes, but they no longer offer this. Other youth activities in town offer make-ups and I wish Bounce would bring that option back. It makes it rather expensive when you miss a class once in a while due to sickness.

My daughter's loves this place, the coaches are awesome. It is more recreative than profesional, but she is learning a lot of amazing skills.

My son really enjoyed coming to open gym. There is always a lot of items for the kids to play on. The first two times we came the instructors were amazing. They would take time with each kid and helping them with different things. The last couple of times we went the instructors just sat on the bench and didn't engage with any of the kids. It was really fun when they would play with the kids. I also understand that it's open gym and not a class. It was just night and day difference between the instructors.

We are so grateful for Bounce Gymnastics!! Our 5 year old used to do gymnastics through the local recreation center, but that wasn't an option during the pandemic. We knew we needed an activity to keep her in positive mental health during this time, and enrolling in Bounce has been the best decision. We've done both the summer session and full year classes, in the Kindergarten class. Her coaches have been phenomenal - encouraging, pushing her skills, and giving strong feedback to us as parents. Management has always offered solid communication about their systems during this time, and been super responsive if we've had to reach out about losing a personal item or needing to ask questions about the schedule. I couldn't recommend Bounce highly enough. Our daughter has become physically stronger, incredibly confident, and connected to a positive community of friends and coaches.

You may find that they are not the best fit for your child. But give them a try just the same.

Each of our young kids have loved the recreational gymnastics programs and open gym at Bounce. They have amazing instructors like Kelli who are so kind and patient with the kids.

After a few months, one of the coaches even recommended that our daughter move to a more serious gymnastics team. Which she did and is has taken the joy from Bounce with her.

The gymnastics teachers are the best I have ever seen, and I used to teach preschool gymnastics.

Love this place and so pleased with management! They accommodated me when I needed something and got it fixed right away! Couldn't say enough good things about how they handled all my concerns as I am very picky! They listened to me and didn't just write me off like most places! Such a fun place that I truly enjoy, so happy to know that they care about how I feel and want to make their clients happy.

Incredible experience - above and beyond at every turn! This was hands down my kids favorite birthday party. The staff is very attentive, and there are many obstacles to enjoy. You can really tell everyone here cares about kids, their safety, but also just having a blast. They also have a wonderful drop in program where you can send your kid to burn off some energy for an hour or two.
