On a recreational visit to Colorado from Illinois, I found Breath of Life Yoga was close to my hotel (close to the airport). I took a hot yoga class at 5:30am in the morning, and it was excellent! The teacher was well prepared and solid in her instruction, and the setting was comfortable and very zen! I highly recommend this studio whether you are a local or from 1,000 miles away!

I recently decided to try this local yoga studio. I did the introductory $10 for the first 10 days and tried a few different classes within that time frame. Every single instructor I met greeted me with open arms and were very kind and inviting. Classes have plenty of space, and the studio is clean and lovely. My only complaint/hesitation into signing up for an ongoing monthly package is the heat. The power yoga is apparently heated, and even though the classes I took were listed as not heated, the studio remained very hot from the power yoga class, and I do not tolerate heat very well. I almost passed out during my first class and had to leave early. For now I will just drop in here and there as I truly long to become consistent with yoga. But I wish there was something to be done with the heat.

Breath of Life. Exactly as stated. Audrey welcomed me to my 1st Yoga Class. The power flow class was something I nervous about. Audrey built confidence in me with her patience and passion. I Left breath of life with relief within myself. Due to the experience I look forward to making this apart of my routine and visiting breath of life in the future. Thank you Audrey

For the past 5 years, I’ve vacationed in Denver 8 times. and every trip Yoga is self-mandatory.Not having the city Studios this time, I was nervous. I was staying in Brighton, So I was happy that there was a studio nearby my place. But I was completely drawn to because as a new person, I paid $10 for 10 days. It was a perfect situation for me -a loyal Colorado tourist.
The studio is definitely different than the ones in the city and at YMCAs. The studio has a more friendly neighborhood vibe. Everyone seems to know each other, a lot of regulars in the class (actually my cousin isa regular), but everyone was welcoming to myself and my brother, my Yogi sidekick. they had early morning classes, which was perfect for us (especially coming from the east coast). My brother, cousin and I are at different Yogi levels yet we could all do the same class.
Its a wonderful studio. A place that is warm, welcoming, and safe to be me and my Yogi level. I do plan on returning in the spring for a vacation, and with that yoga. Always gotta do yoga while on vacation!

I've done yoga before but have never been to a proper yoga studio. All of the instructors are very nice and create a welcoming enviornment. Love the style of each class and the scented moist towels are the best part. Would reccomend to anyone interested in yoga!

BoL is still thriving, and you'll thrive too! Not a pretentious yoga place, where you feel awkward if you don't know the moves, or can't pronounce most of the poses. It's not that kind of place. I laugh (mostly at my self) every class. You can get a killer workout with any of the powerflow classes, even the gentle flow offers a chance for serious stregenth trainin' and balance. If your down for a stretchy stretch, they have those too. Classes early AM and even till 8pm.

I've been attending here for about 6 months 3 to 4 times a week now, and its awesome! All of the instructors are patient, helpful, knowledgeable and very encouraging.
In the time that I've been attending I have lost weight, my lower back no longer hurts, my right hip and my shoulder impingement are both healing very well.
I've been lucky enough to take classes fron Audrey ( Owner) Michaela, Ashley and Sarah D. All 4 instructors have their own style which are able to get you to health in different ways.
If you have never been to Yoga this is the perfect place to start and if you are a Yoga guru this is the place.to continue your growth.

This Yoga studio is the real deal, beginner to expert there is a class for all of us. The welcoming vibe you get when you walk in puts you at ease and gets you ready for class, the expert instructors help you flow through classes and the cold washcloth at the end is a welcome treat during savasana. Great place in a great spot, check them out!

There’s just an amazing feel you get when you walk through those doors. Every class I have attended has been beneficial and the vibe is inviting. The sound bath I went to was incredibly relaxing and I felt the affects immediately and loved every minute of it.

I highly recommend coming and dropping in on a class or even buying the passes. Worth every moment and penny spent.

The best choice I made about where to go for yoga. I started about a month ago, first time ever doing yoga. Julie was super helpful when I attended her class for the first time.

The vibe here is amazing. The class sizes are small and intimate. The instructors do a great job of hitting at the poses to get the most out of stretching. Everytime I leave here, I always feel amazing.

Went here for a month or two winter of 19/20. Fantastic instruction for all experience levels. Very friendly and nice place. Took a break during quarantine and they were very flexible (hah) with membership and payment and online accomodations. Recently returned to in person instruction and think the accomodations are fantastic now.

I tried out Breath of Life Yoga for the first time a while back. As for my first experience, it was great. However, I'm not a Yoga kinda of guy yet but I did enjoy the heated Yoga.

This is an amazing studio! The instructors are so in-tune with the students and that makes all the difference. I especially love the Total Zen, Ashtanga, Powerflow and Yin classes. I've been practicing here for about 3 and a half years and wouldn't trade my time here for anything.

If you're looking for a yoga studio that isn't packed, that has a staff and community that actually care for you and your practice look no further.

Give BOL Yoga a try if you live in the area or if you are visiting town, you will not be disappointed!!

I’ve only been going here for a few weeks but I have so many wonderful things to say. First they have a monthly student discount, so that was a huge incentive. Also, even though I don’t use it, I appreciate that they offer a “hero”/first responder discount, as well as a teacher discount. That’s awesome!!
Since I’ve been coming here, even only in a few short weeks, I’ve noticed not only my happiness and strength increase, but also my confidence, dramatically! Special shoutout to Ashley and Heather for making me love this place so much. You guys rock!
They have so many different classes to take here and I haven’t gotten to try them all yet, but I hope to soon. I’m so grateful to this place for helping to reignite my passion for yoga and find some love for myself. Thank you!!

PS- also the fact that BOL Yoga has an app to see and book classes, AWESOME!
