I brought my managers in for something fun to do and it was so much fun and the staff was incredible. Nikki, the owner was patient and explained everything to us. I ended up doing some individual classes myself and plan on doing more. If you’re looking for something different to do, I highly suggest coming to this place. It does not require you to be a fitness junky. They have classes for all shapes, sizes and ages. I also like that I made a few friends. If you own a business, bring your team!

I started in Aug at the grand opening. I’m a “senior” and very active but…hips replaced and a rod from a broken leg really limited what activities didn’t hurt. My cardio was suffering because of it. Joining was the best thing I did for myself. I can get a very strong workout without hurting, it's so fun. You will sweat especially when flying!! The instructors are all excellent and patient. You owe it to yourself to try it!! Thanks, Nikki, for starting this in GJ.

My husband and I decided to give this a try, something different. We went to an intro class and both had a great time while working up a sweat and getting the hearts pumping! Unfortunately, we both also injured ourselves (ankle/Achilles). I can see this being a fun option for people who do not have any knee or ankle issues and great muscle tone and flexibility.

If you’re looking for a GREAT workout, look no further than BUNGEE ONE!! This is a great cardio workout that is majorly fun! The instructors are fun, lots of laughing, making new friends, losing weight and toning….what more could a person need?? Come check it out! I promise you will enjoy it!!!!

My husband and I both had a great time! My husband is a retired football coach and when I went by myself he said looks fun but I doubt it is much of a workout 😂Well , I had him go with me to try it for himself! After I said what do you think he said it really is a workout , the only thing is these old knees and my other joints don’t hurt but you can definitely call it a workout 😂Our instructor was amazing ! Can’t wait to go again!

Great intro class tonight! Everything was light and fun! Low stress and a fun way to exercise. Everyone was laughing and having a good time. New moves through the whole class and different ways to put them together. Looking forward to learning more moves. Tip: wear very tight pants so that the harness is more comfortable.
