Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I came into Burn boot camp an already very athletic person with a big ego as to how good I would be, and boy did Burn HUMBLE me! The people doing this are absolute beasts. You will work hard, you will see results and you will have support while doing it. This is like having an expensive personal trainer, but you also have people around you to motivate and inspire you. The energy is unmatched and you will leave feeling so brilliant. Come in with your problems and leave with them gone!
Everyone will make you feel welcome and the coaches will not only push you to be your absolute best, but they’re out there doing it on their own time too.
What brought me here is that I was bored of doing the same old weight lifting routine, so so boring. At burn you will never do the same workout twice it is never boring and if you’re always changing it up like that then you’re always progressing, I definitely improved my athleticism quickly. Thank you to all the amazing coaches, every coach brings their own little flavor, I love them all! And thank you to all the other members that made me feel welcome and pushed me that little bit more!

I began my journey at Burn Boot Camp in August 2024, and it’s been an incredible experience and just keeps getting better! I typically attend the morning sessions, so I mainly see a few trainers, but I can’t say enough about how fantastic Rita, Malia, Rachel, and Sophia are.

I recently moved to Parker and had a baby. I was looking for a gym
Similar to one I went to in Wheat Ridge before Covid. This gym has met all of my wants in a gym. I started going when my son was 4 months old, and got all of my baby weight off. They also have free childcare. The classes are great because you don’t do the same thing each time. They are challenging for everyone no matter where you are at physically. The trainers are all very nice and everyone is welcoming. There is also some accountability unlike if you join a larger gym. You also just show up, you don’t have to think about what you are going to do. 45 minutes, and you feel like you got a great workout in at the end every time! I highly recommend this gym!

I did a 4-week trial with Burn and had a great time! I took classes with Heather each time and she was so funny and encouraging at the same time. I left each class feeling sweaty and satisfied. The space inside is set up so that you can’t crowded by your neighbors and social distancing is easily managed! The team did a great job sanitizing and keeping equipment lean during class, between classes and at the end of each day. Great place to be!

I signed up for the Commit2Fit 6 week challenge, and have been going for 2 weeks now. Being overweight and unfit, I was not looking forward to a group workout setting (but everyone from owner, trainers, and other members) have been so welcoming and encouraging! I’ve never felt out of place or been discouraged while I’ve been there. The workouts are tough, but can be modified to any fitness ability, and the only limitation you have when you’re there is the one you put on yourself. The workouts are always changing, so you never know what to expect (in a good way), except for the fact that you are going to get a GREAT workout in only 45 minutes in a fun, supportive environment!

This is hands down the best work out place in Parker! I have been going here the past 3 weeks now and I have lost inches and gained muscle. The owner and the trainers are amazing and so are the members that come to work out. The classes are 45 minutes long and it goes by so quickly. I look forward to the next class, knowing I am getting stronger and healthier each day! I have changed my diet slightly, but mostly I have made sure that I have attended every day except for Saturdays and Sundays, and they are not open on Sundays. I knew within minutes of walking in, that this was the place for me. I look forward to getting up and getting in there and getting it done! The camaraderie and energy is over the top amazing. I cannot say enough good things about Burn Boot Camp in Parker. After being out of shape for over a decade I had developed a full blown gym anxeity. It took me three weeks before I could make myself walk in the front door. When I finally did make it inside I have never looked back.

I have never been a group exercise person but this is very different. They mean it when they say, "personal training in a group setting." Because of a few health issues I needed modifications. They have never once made me feel awkward about needing those modifications; in fact they offer them to everyone so you don't feel singled out. The workouts kick my butt, however somehow I am loving working out for the first time in my life. I always leave with a smile on my face and excited to come back. I am hooked.

I joined Parker Burn Boot Camp, upon the grand opening, two years ago. I left, in tears, because I didn’t believe I could do it. I sabotaged my goals... I followed Burn, on Facebook. The owner, Sarah Ragatz, continued to encourage me, over the course of the two years it took, until I was ready.

I signed up for Raise The Bar, which started on January 7th, 2019. I am 51 years old, have a desk job and very little experience working out. I am overweight and lack self confidence.

I cannot speak highly enough about Sarah Ragatz, Heather Timmons, Ellen Minnick and every woman who has been a participant at the Camps that I have attended the last two weeks. I have limitations, and require modifications for every exercise. I have received no judgement. What I have received is an abundance of encouragement and inspiration!

The first Camp I continued to look at the clock. It moved very slowly, I literally felt the burn, it was physically challenging, I didn’t think I would make it. The second Camp I attended went by much more quickly and by the time I thought I couldn’t do it anymore, it was time for final stretch - I did it!

I love working out here. There’s a really fun upbeat atmosphere at burn that you just don’t get at a traditional gym. You workout as a group and I feel I work harder with people around me. It’s easy for me to waste my gym time moving from place to place at a normal gym but you make the most of your 45 minutes at burn because of the structure of the workouts. The instructors are awesome and will help you with your form if you’re unsure how to do a move. I highly recommend this place and though be warned you might have a hard time going back to a normal gym after this.

I purchased a Groupon for Parker Burn in December 2018 for 30 days. After my Groupon expired there was no question that I would be joining this gym. The location, the length of workouts, and the daycare are so convenient for me and my baby that is under 1 year. No reservation needed to bring my baby to daycare, which is such a plus for a busy, working mom like myself. Along with the convenience this gym kicks my butt! I love this gym! My favorite part is that every workout is different. It keeps me engaged and challenged which was something I was looking for. The instructors are fun and encouraging. I had an ankle injury from outside of the gym and they helped me modify the workouts so I didn’t get too behind. There are also modifications for every athletic level. So happy I decided to take the leap to join the Burn Bootcp family. One of the best decisions I ever made. Awesome 45 minute workouts that kick your butt and they are always mixing it up! I never feel like I’m doing the same things over and over. The trainers are awesome. I have some restrictions and they are always right there to find an alternative exercise so I always feel included and still get the full effect of the workout! Yay!

Burn Boot Camp has changed my life! I was mostly sedentary before coming to Burn! The trainers push you when you need it and give you modifications when you need those too! Burn creates a community and you have support from your fellow campers as well as your trainers. The Focus meetings show you your progress and you get specific one on one support from your trainer. I am living proof that you can teach an “older” peep new tricks! Lisa

Love the workouts and sense of belonging. This workout is good for all ages and all levels. As my joints continue to age slightly modifications are always an option. The entire staff and members are always supportive and encouraging. If you are looking for a new gym family this should be on the very top of your list!!!

Great community of support and motivation. Each camp is tough in a great way that really pushes you to YOUR best. All fitness levels can succeed here. I always feel supported by my burn sisters, regardless of my abilities. Also great one on one coaching...Sarah, Carman and the whole team really care about me as an individual. Would recommend 100%.

If your looking for a gym family this is your home! The trainers are amazing at remembering everyone’s names, helping with modifications if needed and holding you accountable if you need pushed! Also the added childcare provided and in house spray tanning is an added bonus to make this gym have it all!

If you are looking for a motivating community of support in fitness & nutrition - BURN BOOT CAMP IS IT! In the 2 weeks I have attended, I have been pushed within my personal limits and trainers Sarah & Duvi have taken the time to get to know me & my personal goals. Every fitness level is welcomed and worked with. It is like a personal training session experience in a group setting of motivation & encouragement! I leave feeling on top of the world.
