I have been practicing at Cambio yoga since 2022 and I must say I have thoroughly enjoyed Cambio very much. The studio is always very clean and provides a very welcoming, accepting and friendly atmosphere. The teachers at Cambio are knowledgeable, helpful and Im always greeted with a warm welcome and smile when I come into the studio. I highly recommend Cambio yoga for anyone starting or continuing their yoga journey. All around I give Cambio my highest rating of 5 stars. I dont drive and Cambio is only a short walking distance from where I live. Great job Cambio, for offering such a great yoga community and yoga experience.

I had a wonderful experience at this studio! I was late due to unforseen circumstances the first time I attempted to go to a class and was unable to attend. They were very helpful and offered to refund me for the class. The vinyasa class I attended the following week was just what I needed! The class was a bit full, but I took the popular demand as an indicator that it would be a worthwhile class. And worthwhile it was - Hannah taught a wonderful class that was both challenging and refreshing.

There are many natural wonders in COS. There about three man made spaces in COS that rival them. Canbio is one. It is truly an amazing spot for everybody and every body.

Cambio became my yoga home on Friday January 31st, 2025 - I stepped foot in there and simply never left! I experienced βHot Yogaβ @ 5:45pm with Sebastian and this was my first βHot yoga on locationβ experience. I had been doing βHot yogaβ on my own for several years, yet what a different experience when you are actually in a studio environment! Especially with great teachers like βSebastianβ. It June 18th today and so far I have had the pleasure to be taught by almost every teacher.
If you are looking for a place to practice yoga and you enjoy a welcoming environment, come to Cambio yoga.

Many years ago, some of the teachers at cambio were foundational in inspiring my yoga practice. Respect where it's due: I don't know if I would have latched onto yoga as strongly as I did had I started somewhere other than Cambio. Maybe, maybe not. More recently I had some questionable interactions with senior staff and have not been back. I also think the standard Cambio flow for new RYTs is bland. Repetition is important--but to what extent? If Cambio is blessing you, I hope it continues to do so and that your practice and your yoga community flourish. Namaste.

ALWAYS BOOK YOUR CLASS AHEAD OF TIME! I have been coming to Cambio for 10 years now. I think that pretty much says it all. Itβs the most friendly and inviting yoga studio Iβve ever been to and itβs perfect for every level of student. Whether youβre a beginner or a vet, a casual attendee or a die hard yogi, they have classes for everyone. I am personally a huge fan of hot yoga and Iβve enjoyed every class Iβve attended. The studio is clean and cute but the class rooms are small so the more popular classes will fill up quickly. The donation aspect is so unique and such an awesome way to make yoga accessible to all. Thereβs no membership necessary which is amazing. If youβve been looking to try yoga for the first time or arenβt a fan of the more uppity, expensive studios (Iβm looking at you Core Power) then Cambio is perfect for you!

I'm new to Colorado Springs and was craving yoga but wasn't in my budget to practice as often as I wanted to so I was trying to practice at home, which I don't really love...UNTIL I found Cambio Yoga! Beautiful facility and classrooms, amazing instructors, and most importantly VERY AFFORDABLE! Being very money conscious at the moment, I love the monthly unlimited option as it gives me extra incentive to make it to as many classes as I can in a week. My favorite is YIN as I'm not looking for an intense workout regime, but rather a chance to check in with my body and deeply relax at the end of often high paced days. Its the perfect way to end the day!!!

**Edit: Iβm a month in and every class has been exactly what I needed. You can learn something new and important from each of their instructors, whether itβs breath work, creating and remembering intentions, body alignment, and practicing yoga - despite how difficult the pose or vinyasa may be - with ease and a smile (not to mention killer playlists!).
Lovely friendly and knowledgeable instructors, nice upstairs studio with plenty of cubby holes for your jackets and shoes, cute little shop with quality clothes and yoga mats, and best of all - they truly care about their community, offer donation based classes, and accept you just as you are. Thanks so much Cambio for your guidance and love!

I've wanted to do yoga for years after being privileged enough to have it as an option for gym classes during college years ago and I've finally hit the jackpot in terms of price and engaging instructors! At Pikes Peak - Jill is the reason I've kept coming to beginners classes (and yoga in general...looking out for her power classes!) after all these months. She really breaks it down yet keeps it challenging. As for Austin Bluffs - Morgen hosts an amazing warm fusion and makes sure every pose is accessible. I fell in love with warm yoga (hot is currently not accessible for me) and every week she keeps it interesting and challenging.

I recently moved to a more rural area where there is not a yoga studio and I really miss having a regular practice in my life. I was so happy when I saw that the online Cambio classes were still an option, even as we are moving towards more in-person events. Thank you for the instruction today and for allowing me to join your class from my living room. I know it is an extra step and more work to livestream, so please know how much those of who can't be physically present appreciate it. Looking forward to joining again soon.

I went to Cambio for the first time last Saturday afternoon at 445pm. I had practiced yoga for a long time but have stopped for the last year since COVID. I was very impressed by the new instructor there. Andrea was amazingβher radio voice was warm and steady, her instruction clear and encouraging. The sequence flowed seamlessly. She was conscientious in meeting every student at his/her level and in that giving a great example of self acceptance. I love the inspiring stories she told in letting go our mental burdens and relax into our mindfulness. She made it so much of a practice not only for my body, but for my mind and soul. I loved every minute of it. Thank you Andrea for your teaching. You have truly inspired me into picking the practice up again.

This is a true gem!! Their mission is to bring yoga to everyone, and they deliver! Cambio was my first yoga studio and the first place I really experienced yoga. I very distinctively remember lying on my mat looking up at the purple and orange and blue ceiling allowing peace for myself for the first time in a long time. The instructors are wonderful and diverse, as are the classes. Since then I've been in and out of Cambio, mostly because of driving distance for myself. With the pandemic, Cambio has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to make yoga accessible to as many as they can, offering in-class classes, classes in open spaces like a park, live classes you can do from home, and even on demand classes. I am now taking their Teacher Training with the knowledge that these guys know what they are doing and are very kind and understanding of the roads we are all on.

I searched free yoga classes in the Springs. Cambio was one of the results returned. I liked the donation option and not having to have a membership to be able to go. The sign up process and website were very user friendly. Iβm new to Colorado and a beginner to yoga but do intense Strength training and long workouts. I signed up for the βrestorative yogaβ class. Jess was our instructor. She and the studio were amazing. I invited a friend and we both attended. We were greeted warmly. The studio was clean and out classroom was peaceful, great lighting and music. She gave us mantras (if we chose to use), explained poses and options if we couldnβt do one. It was soooo relaxing and the stretches felt good on this power-lifters body! Jess also ended the class beautifully by closing with some great thoughts for us. Iβll be back. Thank you !!

I attended the Power Vinyasa class Bobae Barnes as I was visiting Colorado Springs over the Christmas weekend. The studio itself is a little worn, but the quality and spirit of the class was great. The room was small, 10 people could fit comfortably. Bobae was a really sweet instructor. She was challenging and also incorporated some moves as a visiting member I had never done. She likes to use blocks. The room initially didn't feel so warm, but it it got hot fast and near the end of class, I was drenched in sweat. It was roughly 95 degrees. I didn't bring my own mat and the mat I borrowed didn't have good traction so I was slipping. Regardless, I left the class feeling refreshed and cleansed and would go back. It's a very affordable studio with a great community of people, including Bobae who gave me a hug before I left. :)

Love Cambio!! Been attending since 2014. Itβs transformed my body in remarkable ways gaining peace, tone& strength, relaxation, & more. Theyβre the most authentic & affordable studio Iβve found in the Springs, with donation based individual classes, an extensive variety of types of yoga in 3 separate studios, (use the Mind Body App for viewing & booking your space in their daily calendar wi classes beginning 6:30am through -8:30pm Mon-Sun to fit your levels & schedule), Also theyβre a yoga instructor certification school wi easy payment plans&class schedule, and/or take special small fee extra classes for a variety of disciplines, like β yoga for runnersβ, & creative workshops, . This school is a friendly community based environment for beginner, yin, child classes, hot & power & vinyasa-flow yoga, and adaptive yoga for people with disabilities or just need to take it easy with their body. Read about them on their website, peruse their schedule & pick a class & I promise youβll come back.

Judgement free zone. Warm and welcoming community that accepts you as you are.
This place has brought opportunities for so much connection into my life. Connection with myself, with others and the world around me. I have just completed my 200 HR teacher training with Cambio and what a wonderful journey of learning and love it has been! I initially signed up for teacher training as a way to deepen my personal practice and about six weeks in, I was inspired to teach. THIS is how inspired and encouraged and confident in my own abilities I became thanks to the guidance and wisdom of my teachers. The space held at Cambio is one of love and of growth. Itβs one of presence and transformation and I am grateful to have taken the leap out of my comfort zone. I hope you all do too!

Cambio Yoga is a wonderful studio where I feel like I've truly been able to develop a deep love of yoga and achieve personal growth - both physical and spiritual. This studio is special for many reasons:
a. They are donation based (really & actually), making yoga accessible even when money is tight.
b. They have classes available 7 days a week at virtually all daytime hours (~6am - 9:30pm) making it easy to work in a practice no matter what my schedule looks like on any given day.
c. They have a ton of teachers, with all different teaching styles. Even when practicing the same type of yoga, each practice feels different and I learn something new each time due to the variety of teaching perspectives and personalities.
d. The instructors are dedicated to yoga and are deeply knowledgeable. When I compare the instruction to classes I've taken at multi-disciplinary gyms, there is no comparison. Cambio is the real deal.
A true gem in Colorado Springs, filled with good vibes and cool peeps, I adore Cambio and the community it has built.

I was trying to go with my husband after work to the beginner class. The first time went okay, but the second time there was construction in the parking lot. We got there in time, and went upstairs to check in. The lady was talking to someone else and ignoring us. When she finally got around to us she told us our class was downstairs. We went downstairs to find the doors were locked. We went back upstairs to see if she could let us in, but she was quite rude and completely uninformative. She never explained that there is a late policy. And we wouldn't have been late if she could have taken 30 seconds to tell us where our class was!

Some teachers humble and some are not and i would suggest you enforce rules that everyone to be humble as yoga is not a place for arrogance or even prejudice ( why turn off those lights? it only creates more peer pressure or fake expectations , it isnt a union of well toned bodies but rather should be a place of union of positive all accepting minds ..isnt it the goal of yoga ) , place can be cramped so better try to expand the place so that it doesnt look like kungfu class..overall exp is fine but those are my points

I started going to the Vinyasa for Beginners class, taught By Holly Horter on Saturdays at 10:30.
Great atmosphere, and good people. Holly makes your first yoga class less scary. After going for about 2 months I am start to get the hang of it. The breathing and learning what each pose works has been very helpful in both leveling my mood and getting space from the stretching this does.
Also Holly keeps it to where even a scientist like me is into it.

I came from out of town. I was home for work and to see my family. Things have been stressful, so I looked forward to a yoga class. Iβm a working mom of two and spouse of an active duty military wife at Ft. Benning. Iβm originally from CO. I was taking my older brother and niece for the first time. We arrived and the lady, who we later found out was in our class helping the main instructor, was absolutely rude to the front desk gals. She was barking orders and acting completely u professional in front of us. My niece is 11 and was witnessing this poor behavior. I felt rushed, put off n a burden for being mildly late to the class. My first impression was that there could be more pleasantness from this employee. Iβve been to yoga studios where they are great at setting the mood from the MOMENT you walk in. That was NOT the case at Cambio.

Tried this studio for the first time, and so far am very impressed! It's by FAR the most affordable yoga I have ever encountered, yet the classes don't seem to suffer. I've never been able to practice super regularly due to the cost so I am so excited to be able to try everything they have to offer. From what I hear, I would recommend getting to classes early due to parking. I like to do that anyway to get settled and calm.

I came from France to spend holidays in the US and taking my first yoga lessons at this studio was one of the most amazing part of my trip! They are really nice and welcoming and the classes were awesome! Moreover the fact that they are donation based is truly amazing :)

Place only cares about money . Places like this try and act like they care about your well being but itβs all about money to them. Donation based just to avoid taxes.

I have been going to Cambio for about two years. I love Cambio and all of their staff. They have great teachers and it is always a positive atmosphere. Cambio has a good variety of yoga classes and workshops available to choose from. They truly are donation based.

Itβs not very relaxing being put in a room in a tiny room with 40 people. Itβs changed over the years and now feels like theyβre just shoving as many people in as possible for donations. Will not be attending any longer.

I started practicing yoga here around 6 years ago now π€€ I was fairly inconsistent, but always enjoyed it. Couple years ago I headed off to Alaska and currently live in San Diego. Along the way, I've taken classes at so many studios all having things I liked, but missing a little something. I always missed cambio. The atmosphere is great here, good music accompanies the class and a varied temperature to suit your preference and so many classes. The donation base is great, back in the day I was poorer and probably never would have done much yoga trying to afford the usual 10-20 per class. Will always enjoy coming back to the springs and knowing there is some good yoga to be done while here! π€π

Haven't been able to take a class here in a few months but I miss it here. It is a very supportive and committed community at Cambio and they add loads to the local yoga scene. As a teacher around town myself, I always recommend this studio to my students.

I went for the first time tonight to a 1 hour class. I really enjoyed it and didn't feel pressured or judged for not being able to keep up at times. The room was a little hot (not hot yoga) for my liking but it was tolerable, Average donations are $9-15 per hour you attend but any amount is accepted with no attitude or judgement. They also do other events including a quarterly self care class (I learned about it today before and after class at my own discretion). I highly recommend Cambio and will definitely go back.

I think it is ridiculous to lock the doors of the studio before each class. Especially before the class officially starts. I had to take care of a few problems at home, at 520 AM, mind you, and drove to Cambio as quickly as I could. I arrived at 559 to find the door already closed. I have never once been to a yoga studio that locks it's doors. Every other place understand that things happen and if you are a few minutes late, it's not the end of the world. They also know that people are capable of entering an ongoing yoga practice quietly and without disturbing others.
This studio acts as if they are the greatest set of yoga teachers. I can tell you I have met people who are ten times better instructors and don't treat me in a condescending manner. If you want people to practice with you, don't lock them out.

This local studio introduced me to yoga and it's still my favorite place to practice in Colorado Springs. They offer different types and all their instructors are incredible. Rita's Saturday morning flow is fun and challenging and Erica's Saturday night class has the best music. This yoga studio hosts classes for every level, but the instructors take the time to demonstrate poses during class as well.

I attended the Sunday evening 60 min Hot Yoga class led by Taryn. It was an exhausting, yet amazing experience. I felt great afterwards. The space was clean and organized. The men's locker room had clean showers. If you have been thinking about trying a hot yoga class, do yourself a favor and sign up for a class. The class fills up pretty quickly, I recommend arriving 20 minutes early. I'm definitely going back for more.

took a sunday am power vinyasa class. the teacher was super welcoming and I got a great work out. i hadnt realized the rooms were heated but this was manageable. (the teacher may have even taken pity on me and turned down the heat after seeing the look on my face when she explained the class i had bought. i get the feeling itβs that kind of place)β€οΈ

I have been to a few other studios in the springs and Cambio is the best. They really support the idea that every one is different and everyone's yoga practice isn't going to look or feel the same and that's okay. Everyone is easygoing and understanding. It doesn't feel like if you can't do a pose then you're looked down upon, like it can feel in other studios. My first yoga class was actually at Cambio. I felt welcomed and I didn't feel overwhelmed at all. Cambio has been my go-to for the past few years.

On Saturday I attended my first session of Beginners Vinyasa . I'm a beginner who lives a sedentary lifestyle. I've never liked gyms, I always feel out of place around super-healthy, workout- freaks. I came to Cambio initially, because of their accessibility. They offer a variety of classes, at varying times (I have an insanely busy schedule.) Their mission statement is to make yoga accessible to all. The studio Is donation based so anyone can practice.
When I arrived, the teachers and staff were so helpful, welcoming and friendly. There were men and women of all sizes and ages, at different levels of experience. My instructor was on her last day of her "internship?" she did an awesome job, it was like I was learning with her. I was able to easily keep up with the pace of the class.
There was no sense of inflated ego, or annoying yoga-elitists. I felt absolutely amazing after my class. My body felt rested, my mind was clear and still. Now I'm totally hooked.

I was a little nervous about trying something new. I typically think yoga and Circle Solei type of poses comes to mind. This is not the case, although I am in awe when I see advanced yogis go further into poses. This center is very welcoming to everyone. It is nice to see a variety of levels practice together and there is no pressure. Everyone is welcome to do what they feel is right for them for that day. The variety of classes and times is also a plus.

I'm just now about two months into my Cambio yoga practice. I've never been let down by the experience. The instructors provide insights, intentions, and delve into the heart of yoga that goes beyond the realm of physical wellbeing deep into spiritual, mental, and emotional health. I've become stronger in more regards than just my body by frequenting this studio. Thank You Team Cambio

Incredible, friendly yoga studio where all the instructors are not only committed to the practice, but also the the lifestyle and making the community better. They offer classes for every level and take time to help with different poses and challenges. I moved about 30 minutes away and continue to go here because of the wide range of classes and the proficiency of the instructors.

If you want a place that's run by hollier than though Nazi teachers who have no compassion or understanding go to cambio. Thanks for ruining my birthday. I'm a new mom with an infant & my husband's always gone with the army & I'm playing mommy 24/7 alone. My husband asked me what I wanted, nice dinner a present erc... i said no all i wanedcwas him to watch the baby while I did ONE yoga class. finally had the chance to do one hour of yoga on my birthday, the only hour I have had myself in months. My husband who's new to sitting the baby since he's always gone felt most comfortable if they hung out downstairs in the car/ took a walk around the block while I had my phone on me in case he could no longer manage the situation or something went array.
I had my phone upside down & on silent. I didn't even put it on vibrate because I know that's still distracting. I checked it twice; the first time nothing, the second time my heart dropped... a missed call. I stepped outside & I guided him through what turned out to be a very needed diaper change. I went back inside to what was left of my practice. I checked it again 15 mins later this time the teacher literally bent over and snatched the phone out of my hand before I could even look at it and proceeded to walk away with my phone! !! I stepped behind her and took my phone back she started to lecture me about how I can't have my phone in there. I told here I have an infant whose being watched downstairs by his father & that I was on stand by. She said with a terrible condescending attitude that i am not alliwed to check my phone. I said I that I had to and she told me that I should leave the class then. So I did. I was being discreet not disrupting class or texting or anything just half lifting my phone that was upside down to see if my husband had called or texted. I was in tears. My only hour that I jumped through hoops to get off for my birthday was ended in humiliation and with a broken spirit went back to washing poopy cloth diapers and breastfeeding and didn't even get a shower that day. That wouldn't have been so depressing if the 3 hours it took to preparefor, get to and get back from that yoga class weren't a total waste and completely humiliating. I have taught and practiced yoga for over 12 years and never once felt the need to talk to someone about their phone use. I never take it personal or feel the need to touch their personal property or humiliate them or be so dispassionate. Even if they WERE checking Facebook or instagram... it's their personal practice and it's their choice to fully show up on their mats or not. It's not my job to police them into a focused dedicated state. Or play highschool principle and march iver and snag their phones. Never ever returning to this studio.

Cambio Yoga is a wonderful place! I absolutely love the idea of a donation based yoga studio with different classes for different levels of practice and ability. The instructors are all pretty friendly and willing to help students work around obstacles that might impead one's practice. They are also simply lovely to talk to. I keep going back again and again. My favorite class is the Gentle Hatha class Sunday mornings.
