Beyond wow! My body was recovering from two years of nasty cancer treatments. I was welcomed at my pace and immediately felt at home. The coaches are amazing and they push just right, so you feel challenged but within your own limits. Best of all are the other MissFits. Great place for women who want to improve their fitness but don’t like the big gyms. The trainers at Camp MisFits get to know you and adapt programs to your individual needs. In group classes several versions of an exercise is given to accommodate all fitness levels and abilities. The group personal training plans take it further by having a program written to help you achieve your personal goals. The women taking the classes also make this gym a great community. The women who take the classes support each others individual journeys. This is a great place to improve your fitness with support from both the staff and members.

Camp Misfits is amazing! I have problems with my back and shoulder that limit me from doing certain exercises. The coaches have helped me find the exercises that work best for me. I love Camp Missfits!! I discovered them on Facebook about a year and a half ago and couldn’t be happier that I did. I have never been so motivated to workout and keep up with it…….the best part is I don’t even have to leave my house to exercise. Since I am on the East Coast and Camp Missfits is in Colorado I can workout virtually on Zoom and still get a great workout because they can see me, keep me motivated while also correcting my form when needed. I can’t say enough good things about Camp Missfits, I love being part of the Missfits family and encourage everyone to try them out, you won’t be sorry.

When I first arrived at Camp MissFits, I could barely climb a flight of stairs. I was quite overweight and could do very little because of my many mobility issues and my lack of muscle tone. With the great patience and gentle, yet firm, coaching, I can do things I never thought possible. Did I mention I have always hated exercise? Every gym I joined made me feel overwhelmed and insecure. No one cared to help me succeed. MissFits is different! We are just regular gals trying to better ourselves. The coaches here care about each and every one of us. They call us by name, they remember our trouble spots and mobility issues, and they text us to see how we're doing. They coach us on nutrition and ways to move more effectively, and they acknowledge and celebrate our successes.... It's truly a place like no other --- a second home!

I love to workout with MissFits, a women's fitness program in Littleton for any age, any level of fitness. I've been with them for over 7 years. They help you achieve real goals - it's about being your best self, whether that's losing weight, becoming more flexible, becoming more confident or getting stronger. I suffer from severe chronic pain in my right leg, for years I thought working out wasn't a possibility for me. My mom convinced me to participate in one of the events where I got a week free. All of the coaches have worked with me and my limitations. They helped me discover a part of me that I thought I lost. Gosh, the fact that I am still at the same gym for over 10 months is an actual miracle!! Why have I stayed?? It’s the community. Everyone is welcome! All fitness levels and abilities. All the coaches know every single member’s name! It really feels like family. The coaches are fun and extremely knowledgeable. They give modifications for injuries. They know so much about overall health, not just fitness — nutrition and mental health included. I am so excited for what they're doing at camp missfits. I am working out and being supported by women just like me. Who knows and appreciates a woman's body and strength. I have been an active member of this gym for over a year. I have been repeatedly impressed with the support that ownership and coaches put into their members. I feel challenged, supported and appreciated. The encouragement and camaraderie of the members keeps me motivated and laughing throughout sessions.
A COVID note: this gym has gone above and beyond to ensure members fitness is a priority with the ever-changing COVID limitations. From on-line platforms (available) to sanitation/distancing/safety procedures in-person, I have felt completely comfortable to attend sessions since lock down limitations were lifted in 2020.

Camp MissFits is phenomenal! Each and every coach has their own method of coaching and success sessions. They all truly care about your health and fitness. Camp MissFits is there to help you achieve your fitness and health goals. Another wonderful thing is they customize your workout to what YOU can handle. No judgement here! If you have a shoulder issue (or other issue) as I do, they modify moves to ensure you don't injure yourself. They schedule success sessions at your convenience, to speak one on one with a coach, who assist with diet and fitness. They help you to be accountable to YOU!
I have never kept with any fitness program for any length of time. Love it here and have not quit! I started at the beginning of 2020, and I have lost 21 lbs. and 4 % body fat! I am stronger and feel so much better. I am coming up on my year anniversary, and I'm looking forward to another year with Camp MissFits!

I lost 26 pounds with MissFits! Start feeling better and with more energy after two first weeks! Their exercises are adjustable for many ability and difficulty levels which was extremely important in my case. I couldn’t exercise for 10 minutes straight without getting dizzy when I started last year. They also provided me with the diet suggestion and the actual meal plan that helped to turn my metabolism back on track. I’m 47, looking and feeling good physically and emotionally, and happy that I was introduced to this club. The coaches are very supportive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Best workout in town!! The trainers assess you before you start classes so they know the best exercises to give you. I love the diversity of the classes and exercises....never the same thing twice! The classes are small (12 people at most) and all the women here are incredible! They offer not only classes but they help you set goals, plan your nutrition, and get you to where you want to be physically and mentally. Highly recommended!!

Love Camp MissFits! It's not just a "Boot Camp", it's a FUN BOOT CAMP! The coaches are always encouraging, and don't push you to do something that you really aren't able to. They always give us a modified version of every exercise so you can start with that and work yourself up to doing the harder version. No one judges you for what you can or can't do, members or coaches! And the challenges and celebrations they put together make every session fun and interesting! Missfits is, without question, the best gym/bootcamp/fitness community I've ever been part of. The workouts are challenging and tons of fun, the trainers are wonderful, there's tremendous focus on form and strengthening individual areas of weakness to avoid injury, and modifications that make it accessible to the absolute beginner and the hardcore athlete. I've shaved over 70 seconds/mile off my runs in the last three weeks, and the only change I've made is coming to Camp Missfits. If you're wondering if you should do it, go try a class.

I am the type of person that hates the gym. I was always buying memberships and going like twice and never getting much out of it. I always felt like people were watching me in the gym. But with Camp MissFits I feel like I am a part of a group and everyone cares whether or not I make it. Especially when Priscilla makes us do extra workouts when we don't make our goals! I have worked with Priscilla and Connor and they are both great. Really encouraging and they try and make it as fun as possible (but we are working out so it can't be that fun!). The other women are also really encouraging which is really helpful when you want to give up and lay on the floor. I think if anyone is looking for a challenging yet encouraging workout place MissFits is the way to go.

I started to go to MissFits about a year ago for a few months. I loved going and had lots of fun working out with and being encouraged by other women.
