I've been fortunate to work with Sam for nearly 6 months, and in that time, I've both lost weight and gained an amazing amount of strength. I first began training with Sam 3 months ago. I came in with shoulder and knee injury and I was terribly out of shape. I had no idea what I was capable of doing until he began training me. My shoulder and knee are so much stronger now! Training with Sam has given me confidence to push harder and push myself to a level I have never been!

I've had the pleasure of working with Sam for several months and cannot recommend him enough! I came to him because of ongoing back issues that were preventing me from continuing my fitness journey. From the very first session, I could tell that Sam was knowledgeable, experienced, and dedicated to helping me solve my back issues achieve my fitness goals.

Sam Weinberg is a phenomenal trainer. He takes a genuine interest in the goals you're trying to accomplish and creates a workout plan tailored to those goals. For me, I was trying to gain weight and build muscle. I tried accomplishing this on my own on and off for 15 years with no success. Within 6 months of working with Sam, I gained 25 lbs with a noticeable difference in my arms, chest, and legs. Whatever your fitness goals are, I highly recommend giving Sam a call.

Our son was looking to build muscle for hockey. He had done strength training before with his team, but had not built the muscle he wanted, and was getting injured. He spent the first 2 weeks with Sam learning form and how to train the right way. We love Sam’s wholistic approach: training to build strength and prevent injury. He talked with our son about nutrition and hydration (he always hears that message from Sam better than his parents!) He was eager to train with Sam daily, and made it a priority. This is a tribute to Sam and his investment in his athletes. Not only did our son reach his goals, he is dedicated to continue the progress he made with Sam. They stay in touch even though he has moved away from Colorado; Sam guiding him along the way. Sam builds great relationships with his athletes, and truly wants to them succeed. Sam is a wonderful trainer. I have been weight lifting for about 15 years now but he is always helping me tweak my form to get the most out of my exercises. I have gained a lot of muscle in weak areas that I did not realize were weak. Sam has helped me with knee pain and lower back pain through building stronger muscles to take stress off these areas. His dog Sarge is also a joy and always puts a smile on my face. I highly recommend Sam, I would never go to another trainer after working with him. Thank you Sam!

I began training with Sam my freshman year of high school with the goal of gaining weight and getting stronger for baseball. Sam trained me five days a week and helped me to restructure my diet so that I get could get the most out of my work in the weight room. By the end of my freshman year, I had gained 30 pounds, going from 130 pounds to 160 pounds. Not only was I stronger, but I was also more confident in how I looked.

I have known Sam for several years and just recently started training with him in August. Sam knows his stuff, pushes you hard but not beyond safe limits. In addition to his expertise on body movement and strength, he is also very knowledgeable on nutrition and body recovery. I have been very impressed by Sam. He has helped my 9th grade son gain flexibility, strength and speed. He has extensive knowledge of exercise physiology and kinesiology. He is patient, funny and a great motivator. I am pleased with his focus/emphasis on the correct form and set-up for each exercise to maximize benefit and reduce risk of injury. He has a baseball background and is able to communicate effectively how different exercises are beneficial to baseball players.
