I'm impressed with how equipped, clean, and friendly this place is. Makes you want to work out more often. Plenty of parking, equipment, and classes. I absolutely LOVE this gym! All the staff are amazing, but I want to give special recognition to Jasmine, I was having the same issue with my membership for like 2 weeks and she was able to resolve it in 5 minutes and she had great customer service while doing it! I am still a new member but so far I like the gym a lot. Staff is welcoming and patrons are also pleasant. I don’t feel awkward there at all. Okay listen. I started going to this gym because the person pushing me to go to the gym went to this gym. That was a couple years ago, and I have since moved out of the neighborhood. I cancelled my membership for this place, and I absolutely regret it. The gym was always so nice, a great place to work out. My new gym sucks. So I'm getting another membership to this place, and eating the commute to get there. Because it is really worth it. The staff is always friendly, the kids club is cool, all of it is just so much nicer than any other gym I have gone too. Also, they have a private family bathroom separate from the locker rooms, and I really appreciate that.

I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at this location due to racial injustice and religion. During the sign-up process, Jackson at the front desk interrupted a conversation with another employee and then denied me access to the gym. When I asked for clarification, he told me he “didn’t like my tone,” but was unable to explain what exactly I said that was considered rude. As someone who is mixed Black and White, I could not help but feel that his remarks and actions were racially biased. He also implied that he had full control over whether I could access the gym, which made the situation feel even more discriminatory and uncomfortable. His coworkers supported his behavior, which only reinforced my impression of bias and unfair treatment.

No one should have to feel unwelcome or discriminated against at a gym, a place that should promote health and community. This experience left me feeling disrespected, targeted, and denied access for reasons that appeared to be rooted in prejudice rather than policy.

Definitely the best gym we have ever been to. Staying consistent with prior reviews, this place is always clean. There's always somebody cleaning something. Vacuuming or cleaning equipment, but I've never seen someone spend a significant amount of time cleaning the treadmills! They really make sure to keep their equipment looking new. The staff greets you every time you come in and it's really welcoming. The people here in general are cool, the gym almost deters annoying folks (for the most part). I love the layout of the gym as well. After visiting a bigger Chuze that included a pool, the Peoria gym has more equipment and open spaces. It does get packed at times especially the first half of the year, but they have included additional equipment and another room to try and accommodate for this things. Its really made a huge difference.

I will say I'm very much against people publicly recording their workouts because of all the controversy in recent years. There are few, but you're bound to see 1 or 2 during your workout. I wish the gym would enact their own rule to ban this, but alas that is just a personal opinion and I think they still deserve 5 stars.

The gym is big and has alot of machines but i go to the gym for the sauna mostly but here the sauna is soo small and it isnt conected to the bathrooms so taking a shower after makes it harder since you have to walk across the whole gym. Only 1 person in the room at a time and you cant take you shirt off ?? Like you cant take your shirt off in a sauna ?? I got my membership and in 1 hour i cancelled it on the spot. VASA is better

Clean and large gym with great selection of equipment that is well maintained. Over past 2 years I believe there had been a single machine for pec fly that was out of operation for a few days but that was all. Crowd is also a good one, at least in the hours that I go and I always see everyone wiping down their equipment after use. Staff is friendly and quick at the guest even when it gets overwhelming for the sometimes solo person there

TLDR: Rude staff. Non-compliance with the CPA (Colorado Privacy Act). Extremely poor customer service.

I was visiting from out of town, with no location Chuze nearby, so I went in to purchase a day pass. I called ahead and verified a day pass was available for $15.

What should’ve been a simple waiver and payment of a day fee turned into a nearly 20 minute nightmare instigated by the AGM (Assistant General Manager, I assume) who demanded that he enter my personal information from my photo ID into a computer system. Mind you, I filled out the waiver at the front desk twice, received email confirmation, and showed it to the AGM before he demanded my ID.

The computer system was clearly faulty as even the AGM at the front desk acknowledged. I offered to let him physically inspect my ID to verify my legitimate age to use the club. He demanded my physical ID so he could enter my personal information (DOB, legal name, address, physical characteristics) into a computer screen I could not see nor verify was secure, and I refused as is my right per Colorado law.

When I asked for a written policy that Chuze had, he failed to provide one and said, “Uh we don’t have one right now.” He then called me “shady” despite the fact I already purchased the day pass and willingly allowed him to visually see my ID twice.

At that point, I immediately demanded a refund which I was told would take 7-10 business days to process. Completely unacceptable in a day and age where refunds can be processed immediately.

I would NOT recommend this location to anyone attempting to use a day pass. Serious non-compliance with the CPA and possible violation of data collection law. And frankly, the AGM needs an updated lesson in customer service.

I truly do enjoy this gym. It’s clean, never over crowded, plenty of space to not feel like you’re on top of the person beside you and I rarely wait on equipment. I do wish there was a hip thruster machine due to the complexity of the movement and possibility of injury but it’s easy to still get it done.

Honestly this was a great gym that was kept clean and functioning. I never had to wait long on equipment to open up because there were plenty of machines. Again, the cleanliness was a major bonus and the staff was incredible. After having an awful experience at different gym, I joined Chuzes. This is by far the best gym I’ve been to. The staff is constantly cleaning, they are super friendly great to just have a conversation with. Almost every one there wants to work and be better not just sit and Snapchat. With all the options for equipment you are still able to get a good workout during most busy time.
If you’re looking for a new gym don’t try anyone else just pick Chuze.

Chuze is hands down my favorite corporate gym in Colorado. The environment is way better than others I've visited and used. Most folks I've met there are very growth oriented and focused on improving themselves
The staff is awesome, very friendly and always nice. I have no issues asking them for anything if I have any.
The memberships are cheap and offer better amenities than other gyms.
Highly recommend! Get in there and get better 😤

Big warning for parents with Autistic kids like me, DO NOT bring your child here. They will say they have experience with autistic kids BUT they DON’T. Ask them for their level of experience and what ways they can work with your child based on their behavior or stimming level. Their excuse for my son is that they’re NOT trained specifically for “him” and he’s autistic. They clearly don’t know that Autism is a big spectrum. Their excuse whole entire team lied to me that they have experience which clearly they DO NOT.

Only went to this gym 3 times and all 3 times they pulled me out in the middle of my class to kick us out. They say they tried to be patient instead of working with him.

The manager Chris and the supervisor was never informed about conversations I had with the team about trying different things with him to get him to be stimulated. The supervisor was going to come work with him to give tips or train them her team about ways to work with him but never showed and the whole team didn’t even know about it.

Communication between the teams is clearly unorganized. The child care doesn’t care or was even willing to be patient and work with him.

I am a frequent gym goer for the past 6 years. I tried the 7-days free gym pass and love this location. It is close to work for me and the gym is very clean, staff are nice and facilities are brand new. I appreciate that the staff keep the place spotless. The gym is huge! I do not feel like it’s overly crowded and there are plenty of different areas and types of equipment you can use. I love the sauna and recovery area. I ended up getting a membership.

This gym chain is a great value for the money. I live smack dab between this location and the one on Monaco, and typically prefer this one. It's bigger, cleaner, newer, and better designed. It doesn't have all the same amenities as the Monaco location, so sometimes I alternate depending on what I intend to do that day. Staff is always friendly, and you can find them cleaning just about anytime you're here.

I have been going to this gym since May and it’s the best gym I’ve gone to in a long time. I previously went to vasa. It was dirty, full, and the workers weren’t very friendly and keep in mind I went to vasa for 3 years. Chuze is clean and I constantly see workers cleaning. They are busy in the evening like any other gym but I can still get a good workout in. The staff always
Welcomes me and says bye when I leave. The area is not the nicest but this specific Chuze is the best. I’ve gone to other location but nothing beats this one. Only thing I will say is take your cold water. Their water dispenser has really warm water.
