Dreamy place, resistance training is addictive and euphoric if you give it some time and dedication. Chuze is great, low cost, gets somewhat crowded at times. I never really have trouble getting a good workout but I have learned a lot of ways to work whatever muscle group I'm working on a given day. I'm able to avoid the peak crowds which helps as well.

Always a good experience at a Chuze Fitness location. The machines have directions and show what part of the body you should feel being worked out. Friendly staff. Clean environment. Smoothie bar and this location and others which is always tempting. They have a movie theater that you can watch a movie and bike or walk, and massage chairs a steam room, sauna, and a pool if you upgrade your membership. All the guests I have taken have also enjoyed going. No complaints, highly recommend.

This gym is probably the best gym I've ever been a member of. It's clean. The equipment is in great shape and very rarely out of order. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I went to Chuze Fitness on the way to work needing to only use the RESTROOM and they literally told me I needed to sign up to become a member first before I could USE THE RESTROOM. I'm disabled and in a wheelchair and have a weak bladder and Chuze Fitness denied me of relieving myself.

Facilities are clean and operational. There is a good collection of free weights arranged in a functional and efficient layout. I use the pool, steamroom, sauna, and spa regularly. I am 55 and fit, a feat that requires the ability to work around injuries and energy levels. I like to run, but when my knee is tired i swim instead. I like to use the squat rack and the smith machine, and the spa and sauna help me work out soreness. Having these various options available helps me stay in a routine.

After touring a few gyms in the area, we ended up choosing this Chuze location and have been really happy with it so far. Right now, we’re on the month-to-month membership and still debating whether to upgrade. This location is much better laid out than their Westminster one and seems to attract a better crowd overall.

It definitely gets busy during the after-work rush, but we’ve never had to wait too long for a machine. We’re always able to get a full workout in, even if we have to switch up the order of our exercises based on what equipment is available. Personally, I think they have way too many cardio machines and would benefit from adding more than one instance of some of the more popular lifting equipment.

The staff here are always friendly and welcoming, and it’s nice seeing familiar faces week after week. One cool feature about this location is the in-gym smoothie station. The staff will make your smoothie and charge it directly to your account, which is super convenient. The smoothies themselves aren’t anything to write home about, but when you’re wiped after a workout, it’s really nice to have a quick sugar or protein boost.

Overall, this is a great gym. It just needs a bit more lifting equipment and fewer cardio machines. Even with that, it still beats the nearby VASA location—especially when it comes to the crowd and atmosphere.

I typically don’t leave reviews but after today’s experience at Chuze Fitness I feel compelled to share. I had an extremely unpleasant interaction with a female- a manager named Hope. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but also completely disrespectful.

Without any effort to engage in a polite conversation or explain the situation, she abruptly approached me, pointed toward the door with her fingers, and told me to leave. The tone she used was unnecessarily aggressive and condescending — not something I would expect from any staff member, let alone someone in a managerial role. There was no attempt at clear communication, no explanation and certainly no courtesy. I left feeling humiliated and disrespected.

Having worked in management for over ten years, I know firsthand how crucial it is to treat every guest or member with dignity, even in difficult situations. The way Hope conducted herself today reflects a lack of training, emotional intelligence, and basic customer service principles. It was unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

Chuze Fitness promotes itself as a welcoming, community-focused environment , but unfortunately, the actions of this particular manager sent the opposite message. If this is the standard of leadership at this location, it raises serious concerns about the values being upheld.

I sincerely hope upper management at Chuze takes this feedback seriously. Leadership, especially on the front line, sets the tone for the entire team and directly shapes the customer experience. I would strongly recommend immediate retraining in guest relations and communication skills for this individual — because no paying guest should ever be treated the way I was today.

I really want to like this gym since it is the closest one to me but the facilities lack overall cleanliness and equipment is often not working.

One of Chuze's sales slogans is "We wouldn’t blame you if you joined Chuze just for the hydromassage". Unfortunately the hydro massage chairs have rarely worked over the last month when I have been in at various different times of day. The staff recently told me that Chuze corporate purchased residential quality machines which are not meant to run all day long (apparently these units overheat regularly) instead of more expensive commercial grade equipment that can handle regular use.

The worst part for me is that I am paying for a Premium membership and not getting the benefits that Chuze promises to deliver on. If Chuze is unable to provide a consistent experience, perhaps they should remove those benefits or provide a credit to members when an entire offering is unavailable.

I love Chuze for so many reasons! The club is beautiful and well-kept, and it feels like I'm in a special club when I go. I love the choices of machines, the cardio movie theater, the saunas and hot tub, and the smoothie bar. I tried a smoothie yesterday for the first time and had a wonderful experience with Eddie. He's very friendly and personable, seems like a real team-player, and honestly made my day! The smoothie was great too :) I'm so happy I "choze" Chuze!

If you guys have children you need to choose this location. I previously went to a different location and my child was having a hard time adjusting and we had to leave multiple times. I came here and my child did wonderful with the staff being so welcoming. I am a solo mom of two under two, so my alone time is important.
The second day I came the same worker was here Lindsey. She welcomed my son through the gate and knew to offer him a dinosaur. (Within one day she knew my son loved dinosaurs). The workers here care about their jobs and are not just here for a paycheck. Thank you!

Compared to the other gym memberships I've had the last 8 years, Chuze, by far, beats them all. Love the hours, cardio theater and more secluded areas accessible with certain memberships. As far as crowding, its nothing compared to the other gyms I've been to and for the most part is super easy to get our full work out in when we go. People are super respectful and nice and the biggest thing for me is the VIBE!! The vibe here is what I expect from a gym. Thanks Chuze and thanks to all your amazing staff too. My membership just ended at the local recreation so I have been on the hunt to find a new place to workout. I have been trying trials to several gyms. Chuze is like Vasa but less crowded and newer equipment. Out of Vasa, Planet Fitness, and Chuze I think this spot may be the place I purchase a membership at. They have a variety of weight lift equipment, its clean, and the staff are friendly. They can use better fans and air conditioning because is gets hot and musty. Not a deal breaker though.

Love the gym amenities, I can always get a power rack in the dark room, and the protein smoothies are priced pretty decently !
However, the locker rooms are gross. The sprinkler escutcheons/skirts are covered in rust, the men’s has had two showers down for 5 months now, and there are BUGS all over the ceiling (see photos)
Hate to be that guy, I won’t be changing my membership, but we can not let such conditions stand and my lady tells me the women’s locker area is much the same
UPDATE: the two showers are back up and running, but more bugs than ever so can’t raise the rating-

The kids club hours on Saturday’s and Sunday’s are only 8am-12pm. This makes it very difficult to be able to get in a workout on the weekend, because most of the time if you don’t arrive by 8:30, then they have too many kids. It would be nice to offer evening hours on the weekends as well. Another complaint I have is on the weekdays in the evenings parents can only drop their kids off for 1.5 hours, however, for the parents who come in the morning they are allotted 2 hours. Because it is busier in the evenings it is more difficult to get in everything I want to accomplish within a workout, during the 1.5 time frame. I feel we should also be offered a 2 hour time frame.

I’ve been going to Chuze for years and overall it’s a great gym. This one is closest to my home, but it’s also the smallest with the worst music. Specifically the lift lab. The music is 10x louder which we love but, today for example, it felt like sitting at a middle aged dive bar. I left because it was an absolute workout mood buzzkill. Sometimes it’s heavy edm and the main gym is usually very pop-y. I find myself driving to other Chuze gyms, like the one in Thornton, because they’re bigger and the playlists curate a better atmosphere. If the music was better I’d up the stars but as of now the gym is a buzzkill with its crowds and classic rock.

Had to go here because my normal location was renovating the pool. It’s in a gloomy dark room. Not a complete 3 lanes, 2 1/2 lanes was weird. The water was super cloudy today but I still went for it. About 15 minutes left on my workout a couple other customers get in the pool. Then a staff member comes up with cleaning solution and begins scrubbing the dirty walls. I get you need to clean the pool but while all 3 lanes are in use. Not to mention it’s just gross. Do it after hours! I don’t want to watch that float around me while swimming. I mentioned it to the staff member as I was getting out of the pool and he just laughed. I wasn’t upset with that because that’s his job to do what they tell him. Management should seriously adjust pool cleaning time. I’ll go to another location next time..

Chuze is the best! I love all the classes for weightlifting, yoga, dance, spin, etc. The place is huge with everything you would ever want fitness center. Free weights, machines, CrossFit type exercises. Then there’s a pool area with multiple IR saunas as well as a steam sauna, lab pool, Jacuzzi. Grab a pre-or post workout smoothie and/or a hydro-massage after your workout. All the employees and members are friendly, chill. They make workouts FUN, which is why I’ve been a member for over five years!

My first trash review goes to Chuze unfortunately...
As for the facilities, it's what you'd expect of a commercial gym. I enjoyed utilizing their space and it hit my needs from July '23 - March '24.

As for canceling my membership; absolute crooks and will screw you over for every penny. I had followed their only available direction at the time (March 2024) to go online from the apps instructions, navigate their difficult online format, answer ALL of the questions, to which i was informally shown my membership was successfully canceled. I thought it was weird I didn't get a notification, but I had several life changes I was prepping for, so in my eyes the 'to-do task' was complete. Wrong.

Now in August I found out the billing continued PLUS the annual bs fee of $49.99. I've been charged over $100 and Chuze told me to kick rocks essentially. They asked for proof and i have explained what i saw and what happened and they don't care at all. I enjoyed their amenities, including plenty of post workout Protein shakes. They only see you as a $$$ walking dollar sign, not a customer. Great business formality guys. They've since updated their app to make it user friendly but still told me it was my fault since I didn't email, call, use my pager, or write a letter to the President of the United States, which i wasn't aware I had to have "over the moon" communication all to simply cancel a membership while I prepare to make life changes. VASA gave me no issues with canceling when I moved from that facility and they made things very clear, even though their amenities need a little work.

If I get my refund I'll happily remove my review.

Update: it wasn't just my most recent visit. I visit this location once a week for a class. I just would much rather use the weight lifting equipment and treadmills at the Thornton one. The layout of this one and the quiet music make it uncomfortable. The service is fine.

I love Chuze. I mostly visit another location. This one has a weird vibe. It's really quiet. And not the high energy zone I want for my workouts. This one has a smoothie bar, which I was super excited for, but it's mostly protein shakes which are great sometimes, but on my light days I'd rather just have something light and refreshing like a fresh pressed juice or a berry and juice smoothie. I'll stick with the Thornton one on 102nd and Washington, thanks.

Probably the worst gym in all of Colorado i went for a 7 day free trial they tried giving me a tour I didn’t want a tour and the employees said they don’t do free trials anymore I said why the girl employee with piercings on her ears super skinny one was just laughing at me for no reason I used to like this gym not anymore employees are horrible at explaining things I saw them explaining the membership to another guy and he just left mad that he was being charged extra

I can’t say enough good things about this gym. I’ve been telling everyone how much I love it! The pricing is reasonable, the classes are SO good, staff is fantastic, hours are great, and I love how this location has a smoothie bar too. It’s the best gym I’ve ever been to, and I’ve had various gym memberships since I was 12, so I’ve been to my fair share of gyms. There’s even a hydro massage chair room where they show animal planet shows. It’s the best.

I've been going to Chuze now for about 2 months and have found it to be an excellent gym. It's generally much cleaner than many other places, and the amenities are a great reward for a good workout. It's much better to create a healthy habit with a place you want to go! Absolutely recommend.

I love the diversity in ways I can manage my fitness all under one roof! I use every part of the gym from the classes, to the lift lab, to the sauna, etc. etc. I love that I can diversify my workouts all the at the same gym. I never get board. The classes are exceptional! Each trainer has been so amazing to work with. I have chronic health problems. Each one has been helpful in providing modifications and a supportive environment. I also LOVE LOVE the kids club. I considered Chuze before you launched the Chuze max. I did not go with the gym then only because I have more than one child. I moved on the the rec center. BUT once I found out you guys had launched that membership option my husband and I jumped on board and never looked back. :)

Clean, friendly, inviting. I always look forward to my visits. The staff is wonderful, the work out equipment is in good order, and people are great about wiping down machines after they use them.

I love how many options I have for weights and machines. I also love the add-ons like infrared sauna, steam room, pool, Hydro massage chairs, tanning, and lift lab.

Would not let me cancel my membership over the phone or online when I had already moved, not very helpful at all and tried to charge me all sorts of fees to cancel my membership so I ended up just getting a new card. Staff here is pretty good and equipment is nice but it’s extremely crowded m.

I have to say not only is this one of the best gyms I've ever been a member of in terms of equipment and classes offered but it has a high standard for cleanliness. I had the privilege of meeting an employee Becka, every time I see her she is always busy cleaning or just showing a beautiful smile. Her and the rest of the crew always make me feel at home!
