I have been a member at this gym for several years. There are many reasons I believe it is the best gym in town: a super clean aquatic center, the friendly staff and members, super steam room, lap lanes for swimming, fantastic hot tub, personal trainers that are “real“ and a variety of classes. It’s not crowded and has just a great vibe all around!

I love this gym! It’s spacious, clean, and has everything you could want for a great workout. There are two full levels — tons of cardio machines, turf room both upstairs and downstairs for functional training, and plenty of open space so it never feels crowded!! The pool is a huge bonus too — plus hot tub & steam-room! I do not have children but there is also a Kids Club for parents who want to workout and need to bring their kids with them. The atmosphere is super relaxed, and the staff are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the best gyms in the area!

Club Loveland is by far the best gym in Northern Colorado!!! I love swimming laps in the pool there because it's not over crowded and the water temp is perfect, not cold to jump in but comfortable to swim distance. The new pool maintenance guy is fantastic! He is continually working to make the aquatics area sparkle! I also love the people at Club Loveland! It has a family feeling where everyone becomes friends. Keep doing a great job CL!

Never ever busy compared to CHUZE. Super kind staff and I really like the layout of the gym. They also have a great steam room and hot tub that they maintain really well. The weights are pretty nice and provide a lot of different exercises which is great. The classes here are also always a blast. My favorite part though are the massage chairs!

Been a good club for a lot of years, but unfortunately now it looks like it's being allowed to get rundown. They've increased the price of the monthly membership and have stopped taking care of the facility. Months ago, the water fountain in the pool broke down and they have done nothing. As you can see the picture it's starting to rust-out and there's even sandy rust particles all over it .

Also there little swimsuit dryer, that they've had for more years and I can count, broke down and it doesn't look like they're gonna fix it. Club looks like they're in the last throws of life, sad but maybe somebody will purchase it and update it and fix everything that's broken. The maggots review is pretty gross too. 🤢

However, we were disappointed to find that when we called to ask about the pricing for classes and memberships, Rebecca on the phone was extremely rude and refused to provide positive customer service. I absolutely love everything this gym has to offer but if some serious effort isnt put into cleaning the family locker room and the lockers and fixing the drain moths that are all over in the hot tub and walls and steam room, I'll unfortunately have to switch my large family membership to a cleaner facility. I don't ever see anyone cleaning and its very concerning and definitely has been noticeable. Its a huge factor as to if we stay or leave so I'm hoping to see more cleanliness from the pipes (bug infestation) to the locker rooms and equipment. It is a deal breaker even though I really want to stay. Please make necessary improvements asap, especially w sickness etc flying around. Your paying clients need to be reassurred that it's being cleaned frequently..we pay for that also. Thank you. Other thank that huge concern, staff is nice and welcoming and the amenities are great. I've been getting so grossed out, I don't even want to go back.

I strongly discourage women from joining this gym. My experience has been marred by repeated instances of verbl harassments from certain members towards women. Despite reporting these incidents to management, they have failed to take appropriate action and continue to allow the harassers to use the facility. This demonstrates a blatant disregard for the safety and well-being of female members. Until management prioritizes creating a respectful and safe environment for all, I cannot recommend this gym to any woman.

The kid at the counter in the evenings isnt that friendly. Other then that this place is amazing, it's definitely a great place for young teens, its helping my son to stay out of trouble! Such an unexpected space, my husband and I really enjoy working out here. It's a weird old building with lots of little rooms that make almost every workout you choose feel like alone time (maybe with a small group), rather than the cavernous gyms with a thousand machines in the same room. I like the pool, hot tub, and steam room the most, while my husband enjoys the variety of weight and other machine options. It's just a great local gym that's one of a kind.

The Hammer Strength machines in the weight room are always clean, and functional. Very good selection of equipment for a nice round workout.

The pools are clean, and the water is great. The staff are very nice people, who are always there to help. Definitely my favorite gym in the city~!

The ONLY complaint I can even fathom having is that there's no lying hamstring curl machines!

Don't you just HATE being LIED to?? Went with a friend to "check out the pool." Friend was interested, and wanted me to come with her. Had to fill out name, email address, phone number and even copy of driver's licence, which we declined. The frond desk gal "PROMISED" that NO ONE would contact us. Before I even got home from Club Loveland, I got a TEXT and and EMAIL!! Then an hour later, I actually got a VM from "Chuck" asking if I would interested in a free week. OMG, not only was I lied to, I now feel like I am being harrassed! Wish I never went there!!!!!

So happy and glad I came back to this gym. This gym is clean, and the staff is amazing! Every time I am there, I feel I am working out with friends in the spin class, total tone (Kim is the best). Parking is easy and always equipment available. I had Courtney as a trainer for 3 months and she so motivating and fun to workout with. Only complained a few times but in humor of course.

In regards to the review from a guy being disrespected by the owner is totally untrue, the owner is great and he did the right thing by asking this guy to put his shirt on and stop screaming like a mad man while punching the bag, I was there, this guy is an MMA fighter and should train in a MMA gym, he was yelling like he was all by himself working out in his basement and was totally disrespectful to all the other members and also to the physical therapy business right there where he was working out.

This is a great gym. The employees are fantastic. Location is great. But I feel extremely discriminated against after my experience. The owner Todd, is a cowardly man child. I feel like I was treated different, in part racial and in part because of my tattoos. But for the owner to try and intimidate me, after first treating me like a child. quite frankly this whole situation is unacceptable. And I don’t recommend supporting a business like this. Honestly whole situation has made me sad and was completely out of my control. One Love✌🏼(quick edit because I see the response) it wasn’t what you asked but definitely the way you approached and spoke to me. To talk to me like a child, then to try and size me up are the reason I left this review. when I didn’t respond verbally to your second sentence you attempted to physically intimidate me. Club Loveland and Jake Merges, one of their trainers, changed my whole way of being. The gym is always clean, the equipment always works, and the variety of options for workouts is exceptional. The staff is always super friendly and helpful and everyone regardless of fitness is made to feel welcome.

Jake is a great trainer that I've worked with for almost a year. We've never done the same workout twice, he has a great instinct for when to push and when to lighten up, and his focus on form really helps me get the most out of my workouts. Jake's clients vary from high-performing youth athletes, "average" adults like me, seniors, and special needs folks and he is invariably encouraging to everyone while tuning workouts to each person's specific goals.

I came into the gym out of shape, not at all excited about exercise, but needing to make a change in my life. With steady effort and Jake's training I'm feeling good, just finished a great ski season full of personal bests, and have a new appreciation for taking care of myself.

I joined Club Loveland in 2022 specifically to work with a trainer. I am awesome at walking into a gym and not knowing what to do…Club Loveland set me up with trainer Jake Merges.
I have been training with Jake right at a year now. Prior to this, yoga was my only practice. I am in my mid-30s and wanted to incorporate weights and strength training into my life. Jake has taught me how to listen to my body in a new way, workout with focus, and most importantly, how to recover and support myself through nutrition. This is a long game to play and it has been rewarding to feel stronger every week. Our workouts are always fresh and challenging and I find myself pushing hard each time. At the end I am exhausted but filled with gratitude for what I am capable of doing. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, I highly recommend Jake as a trainer. 10/10

With that being said, the star of Club Loveland for me has been my personal trainer Jake Merges, who I have been working with twice a week for about 1 1/2 years. Overall the facility has a lot to offer, but the layout feels too compartmentalized. I am struggling to get in a rhythm that is easy, affective and promotes progress. I find myself wondering, trying to figure out where to start and what will be most beneficial to my needs within the time I have. Inevitably I run out of time. I leave not feeling like I got the workout I came in for, which is not only disappointing but a bit defeating. Hopefully I will get more comfortable and things will be better but at this point I will not resign when my membership ends.

The last family-owned gym in Colorado. They assist youth advocacy programs. Before visiting I had a lengthy conversation with the owner over the phone. It looks small but has a myriad of rooms. Spent about a year at club Loveland with my daughters and we loved it so much! Ages 12 and over can get a membership too. It was so fun to be on a fitness nutrition journey together as a family! Very clean and professional. Always has good music on the days I forget my headphones. I just toured this gym and signed up on the spot, it's that wonderful. Normally it seems most gyms are lacking a few amenities so you're having to sacrifice but this place truly has it all! Pool, sauna, free weights, cardio, HIIT training rooms, etc. I really loved the variety, spacious building, and everyone in the club and the staff were really friendly. I have belonged to a few gyms in Loveland over the past 8 years. Club Loveland was by far my favorite. I have never had a bad experience at any of my previous gyms, but the customer service, pool, and privacy sets Club Loveland apart from the other facilities. If you don't like being in a wide open gym where you feel like everyone can see you working out, then this is the place for you. Kid's club area was great too! My kiddos loved it. Love this place! Tons of amenities, a super value! Clean clean even before covid. With respectfulness of covid, it is a place i can go and feel safe. The classes are limited now and cleanliness is taken to an over the top level. The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. Although I appreciate all the staff and the extra that they do for us, Jodi especially is an awesome trainer for all levels, and keeps you motivated and accountable. I feel so lucky that I found this gym.

Small (feeling), quiet, lots of classes of that's your thing, pool, hot tub, sauna (usually at least), good selection of equipment, towel service, one thing though - only one squat rack and two deadlift platforms sharing the same official size-flat plates so be sure to go when it isn't busy on leg day or you might be in trouble

Amazing gym. They make you feel like family. The staff and other members are kind and helpful. It's a busy gym but never feels crowded. We enjoy a bite to eat or a smoothie after our workouts. Our whole family loves to go for a workout, swim, or soaking in the hot tub.

I was initially happy with my membership at Club Loveland however when my schedule became too busy to attend this gym I decided to put my membership on a 3 month hold. When doing so, I was never informed that I wouldn’t be able to cancel my membership while on a hold and I would have to reactivate my membership and pay another month, over a $100 charge might I add. Very disappointed with this hidden fee and when I told the membership clerk I was never informed of this her response was “I wish there is something I could do for you.” I will never renew my membership here.

I have joined the Master's Swim Class at 5:30 am on Mondays and Wednesdays. I was hesitant because of the time of day, but have ended up enjoying myself greatly! I already feel in better shape and my knee doesn't bother me anymore. Amanda, the coach, is fantastic. She comes up with new and interesting workouts and is able to work with all ability levels.

I have been a member at Club Loveland for 6 months now and am extremely happy. The customer service is outstanding, I am warmly greeted every time. The facilities are always clean and in working order. I tried the Chilson Center for a few months but it was always so crowded and the staff were not as friendly. I have to give a special thank you to Allison who is one of the Body Pump trainers. She is the best; so positive, energetic and fun! She makes us all feel comfortable enough to go at our own pace while still pushing us to work hard. I was paying a personal trainer $$$ for similar workout routines. I have lost weight, gained muscle and feel so much better! Also, the clubhouse is a great place to grab a snack/drink and unwind after a tough day.

Club Loveland is not what you would expect in
a health club! There is very little water coming
out their sinks or shower in the men’s locker room. What little water that comes out is cold.
The hot tub has no pressure coming out of jets!
Make it impossible to work out and get ready for
work. Also once you sign up they will charge you
additional month dues and annual fee of $30 to
Terminate your membership. Anybody would be better joining Chilson Recreation Center.

UPDATE: The lady in membership called me and apologized. I think it was very nice that she went out of her way to call and apologize. She let me know that it was not her intention to come across as rude or to make me feel rushed. She spent a long time on the phone with me explaining classes and to make me feel welcomed as a new member. One of the managers also called and talked with me. They were both very nice and want my experience to be great from this point on.

When I was in the process of paying for a one year membership… I was abruptly rushed out of the office so that a couple touring the facility could meet with membership. I found this to be very uncomfortable and rude. I belong to another gym but decided to join this gym for their group fitness classes. The lady that was rude to me happens to be one of the group fitness instructors so now I am wondering if this gym is a good fit for me.

New member here and loving it so far! It’s a huge facility with everything you could ask for. My favorite is the lap pool, which is never too cold. I just started going to this gym about a month ago but it's been great so far. The kidcare is worth going to this gym alone. I love that most of the staff knows my son's name and they greet him with excitement each time they see me drop him off. Another great thing about this gym is it's never too crowded to get a good workout in, I come from a very big gym that you always had to wait for equipment, I have never experienced that here. Overall, a great place to workout and worth the price.

This place has it all. There hasn’t been a single time I couldn’t find a piece of equipment that my workout called for. This gym really hits all aspects of fitness. Even on the days I’m too sore to workout, I jump in the pool and flutter kick or take some time in the hot tub. They have child care, a HITT room, loads of cardio machines, group classes, a bar/restaurant and they host events for their members too! If I could complain about one thing it would be that there isn’t a scale in the locker room, non scale victories I guess.

I LOVE this gym! After being a member of another gym for 7 years, I was hesitant to leave, but knowing that Karrla was going to be there before opening even happened sealed the deal for me. I also had a chance to meet the owner and view the facilities as well. I was especially happy that a swimming pool was available as my daughter is also a competitive swimmer. We could now work out together, then hit the pool and steam room after. The staff here is so kind, happy, and most of all, you can tell that they love their job! A truly inviting atmosphere has been created which is so important when going to a gym puts many people in a really vulnerable position. Great job team!!

Awesome gym! I'm so glad that we have this club in Loveland. The facilities are excellent. Top of the line cardio and weight equipment, always immaculately clean, separate areas for stretching and quiet space and the lap pool and hot tub are great. I use the pool regularly and there has always been a lane available. The towel service is such a bonus! (no taking wet towel home). Best gym in Loveland!

My wife and I have been members here since they opened and have nothing but great things to say about the gym itself and the staff. The gym has anything you could possibly need for a work out and is a warm and inviting environment. The staff always greet you when you walk in and the trainers are top notch and have an impressive knowledge of how the human body functions and responds with each exercise.
