I started out at this studio in Jan. 2024. It has been a great experience. I go once a week, because I also weight train, swim, walk, bike, etc. Pilates has helped me out so much with all of my other activities. The breathing practice has energized all of my activities immensely; especially swimming. I have never been disappointed or felt like the Instructors didn’t do a great job. The workouts are always different, to keep our bodies working & progressing. A few months ago, I had a total knee replacement. Before the surgery, Donielle helped me prepare, and when I returned to class, she was great at helping me to move forward in my recovery. She is amazing & always so clear, helpful, kind, energetic, with a great sense of humor.
Thank You Donielle!

I really enjoy going to this Club Pilates! I have only attended 8 classes so far. I really like the workout and that it's easy on the joints and pain points. My favorite instructor would have to be Alexis, she really pushes you in her classes while staying positive and encouraging even in level 1! I'm not a member and I dont plan to be, instead I just purchase a class when I would like to go directly through the app, and that works best for me. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because I havent had a phenomenal experience with every instructor who comes through, some don't offer the best instruction, aren't as upbeat, dont offer ways to modify moves, or something else. You have to find the person you like training with best and stick with them. Other than that I totally love coming here!

It’s absurd how they spam call you when you’re already a member/have a class package. They need to stop calling/texting/emailing if you’re already paying!

I really enjoy this Club Pilates. It's always a great workout and so much variety. It's great to see how each instructor teaches in their own way. There is always something new I learn from the different classes and instructors. I definitely recommend trying it out!

I'm not new to fitness classes but new to pilates using a reformer. I was really excited to try the free intro class but my experience wasn't great. They wrote our names on the mirrors so the instructor could direct us and the instructor proceeded to look at them and say something like: oh good, the names today are easy to pronounce! Maybe she didn't mean anything by it, but it didn't make the place feel welcoming for everyone.

The workout was just a taste of the different exercises and equipment and I found it pretty easy. However, at one point I hung up the bands because we were in between movements and my shoulders were pinched. The instructor, Donielle, then looked at me and said "this is like Simon Says, if the instructor doesn't say put the bands down, don't do it." Listen, I'm a grown woman and I will do what is best for my body. Don't talk to me like a toddler. Once the 30 minutes was up, we all got a speech about memberships and the women at the front desk looked legitimately annoyed that people had questions. The classes sound great, but based on the staff, I won't return to this location.

I am loving pilates. All the instructors are great but I really enjoy Marissa"sclass. As a new pilates student she has been informative, patient, and really takes the time to explain everything. I'm now a regular at her Wednesday class which I look forward to every week. Added bonus GREAT PLAYLIST.

You will never know how the policy changes and how hard it is the push forward your class schedule. It just turned out you always need to pay more and they always have the power to let you pay more through the docs you signed.

After 7 months, and 100+ classes, I can wholeheartedly say that my experience at Club Pilates (Lone Tree) has been fantastic. Beyond the benefits both in fitness and for my chronic lower back condition from the classes themselves, I have to say the instructors are the highlight. It is through their education, enthusiasm, and diversity of style that my proficiency has progressively increased from 1.0, through 1.5, and now to 2.0 level. I'm totally hooked on Pilates thanks to the team at Club Pilates (Lone Tree).

The Pilates studio provided an appalling experience marked by a shocking lack of instructor competence. However, what truly stood out was the abysmal service attitude. The dismissive and rude behavior exhibited by the staff overshadowed any potential benefits of the workout. This establishment urgently needs a complete overhaul, focusing not only on improving instructor skills but also on a radical transformation of their customer service approach

I attended an intro class and when I arrived there they forced me and other customers to buy their socks which is $14, their confirmation email didn't mention that.
I didn't bring my wallet while I went out to exercise so I asked if could use my phone to tap pay, and they said they only take cards or cash…It made me upset, they ruined my exercise mood. Later, it was a kind lady to helped me to pay for that, I appreciate it! But I also don't want this business company to take this money.
Also, the Pilates teacher didn't check whether the students doing right or not, students were confused and needed to see each other to figure out. I won't recommend this place!! I have been to three different Pilates, this one is the worst! No company forced customers to buy socks.

Love love love Club Pilates. The ease in booking classes online or with the app are really nice. Been incredibly pleased with how many classes are provided and I am sore after everyone-but equally stretched out and happy, aka Pilates perfection!

I have been trying to cancel sense November and now the company has sent me to collections! I have not used their services and have called the business multiple times and talked to the owner with no resolve. If you plan on not using their services and canceling one day I would not use this company.

I joined Club Pilates a few months ago after my yoga studio shut down. So far I'm really enjoying it! There is an intro class (free) for beginners and every instructor I've had has been super attentive. The classes are small and there is clearly a lot of attention given to cleaning and safety.

Thank you Club Pilates Lone Tree for being here for us as we try to stay fit and healthy during the pandemic! ❤

I think the business acumen at Club Pilates Lone Tree need to be reviewed. I read the reviews; good and poor. I provided a letter from doctors during CORVID-19 and gave them 45 day notice that I was cancelling my membership (signing their cancellation form) due to medical illness. Since the GM is requesting that I pay a final membership fee for the month of November while I have been on "FREEZE" since June, I need to involve Colorado Attorney General so they can review their business practices. I had a membership at "The Joint" in Lone Tree and I was able to cancel my membership 48 hours prior to the next membership fee with no future financial responsibility. There are other Club Pilates who are members of BBB....I did not see Club Pilates Lone Tree registered as a BBB member.
