I have pivoted to pilates after going to physical therapy on and off for years. After just four sessions I feel more centered and strong than I have in several years. Each instructor has highlighted the importance of body safety, and has respected my limitations. It seems pretty common for people to come do modified workouts after injury, which I find really cool! I highly recommend this spot to all who are interested, especially given how expensive physical therapy can be!

I love Club Pilates. I’ve only gone to the Longmont studio, but it’s the best. It’s clean, the people are friendly and, best of all, I get a good workout. I started Pilates because I have arthritis, and I wanted something that would work my muscles but not put a lot of weight on my joints. This is a perfect fit for me. I recommend them to anyone!

I’ll admit, I was skeptical about Pilates at first. My main goal was to find some relief from sciatic issues, and while the pain hasn’t completely gone away, it has improved noticeably. More importantly, I feel stronger through my core and much more flexible.
After about 35 classes at Club Pilates, I can honestly say I’m impressed. Each instructor brings their own unique style and strengths, which keeps every class both engaging and challenging. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the instructors are always accommodating.
If you’ve ever considered trying Pilates, I highly recommend starting with one of their Intro classes. That’s how I began—and I was hooked right away. Don’t overthink it—just go for it!

First time doing pilates and I LOVE IT. I signed up for x4 classes a month and can totally feel my core getting stronger, legs getting tighter, and my technique improves every week! The instructors have decades of experience and the most wonderful vibe. Could not recommend more highly! Don’t be intimidated, it’s such a cool workout experience and you can FEEL the muscles activating as you progress. All different types of classes too, something for everyone.

I've been out of the Pilates game for a few years but from the first intro class I knew Club Pilates was the right place to return to the practice. The way their classes are structured by difficulty level is fantastic to make sure each person is challenged within their own unique abilities and experience. I'm 60 classes down now and loving it! It's so clear that all the instructors are dedicated to their Pilates practice and are so ready to share that knowledge and expertise to make Pilates work for you and your body. I recently tried out a free introductory class at club Pilates. The place is very nice and clean, I didn't have non-slip socks which are required for the class and they have them available there for purchase. The trainer was very nice and she walked us through the equipment and what we needed to know during the workout. It was a lot of fun and a great experience. I will definitely be back.

Wow! I have been an athlete my whole life, and in May this year, at 67 years young, I discovered Pilates through a good friend. After two complete knee replacements in the past year, I felt the need to incorporate some combination of core work and strength training and stretching. Club Pilates in Longmont is just an excellent place to have fun and to get serious about feeling and looking better. I came to Pilates with a bad rotator cuff, plantar fasciitis and a miserable lower back and hip. All of my symptoms are gone today and I blame it all on Pilates! Yes! In addition, every single teacher is excellent in their own way. I particularly like Teresa (she's fun and encouraging and works us hard), Carolynne (she's funny but is serious about giving you what you came for), Lindsay and Kelly. The set-up of the studio is great for having your own personal space. The hours are great. The availability of classes is reasonably good if you just plan ahead. The location is excellent - parking is never an issue. And, with the 50-min. format, you get in and get out and get on with the day. And, absolutely every single person that I have encountered (student, teacher, staff) has just been friendly, courteous, encouraging and kind. It's just a great place.

I am pretty new to Pilates but so far I love it!! It’s a great complement to my strength training, and I love that it is core focused.
I have the 4 classes a month membership and I can only go on the weekends. The only reason for four stars is that it can be very difficult to book the classes you want unless you have unlimited (which is out of my budget). I wish I could book classes at other locations that have more availability because then I could go to different locations on my way home from work but if you don’t have the unlimited membership you can’t go to any other studios. Otherwise the classes are great! I love meeting all the people in class, everyone is so supportive and kind - it’s a great place to make friends. My favorite instructor is Teresa, she is so sweet and motivating and really helps everyone understand how to do the movements to get the most out of it. I’ve been going a month and I already notice my posture is better and I have less back pain.

My daughter encouraged me to join Club Pilates here in Longmont. I have to say so far so good. I was experiencing joint pain in several joints over the past year. Something that I’ve never experienced before and was feeling frustrated. I’m 64 years old and very active, but between work and various other obligations, I’ve had little time to devote to self-care. Club Pilates help me get back in the groove and I’m excited to see the changes that take place as I continue.

I’ve been a skier since I was a young kid. Now in my 70s, I’m slowing down and find myself struggling on tougher slopes. This winter was my first since I started pilates, and what a difference engaging my core makes!! It’s turned the clock back 20 years!!

This Club Pilates location is the BEST!!! They have a great group of instructors that make space for everyone in their classes. You can be at the low end or high end of the class level and get everything you need out of your hour. The other people in the class are all so very nice and helpful to one another. If I have to be awake and moving around at 6:30am, I hope it's because I'm at Club Pilates Longmont :-)

I've been a Club Pilates member for years on their 4 classes a month membership. Its a great supplement to my regular workout routine. I enjoy the variety of classes and no class is the same twice. I'm often complimented on my form in other classes - due to pilates.
The only drawback of such a popular studio is it can be frustrating to sign up for classes at times because they fill up fast. They do have a waitlist option, but their use it or loose it credit system combined with big waitlists requires some patience and tenacity.

I’ve been enjoying classes at Club Pilates since Sept 2024. Overall, It’s been a great experience! Sometimes it’s difficult to get in classes but there is a waitlist program so many times you can get in classes but won’t know until 12 hour to 1 hour before it starts if people have canceled and you are admitted through the app.

I have really enjoyed adding this to my routine. If you are new I recommend going to Carolyne's intro class - the instructor can make a big difference and her intro was great (obv I signed up 😊). I've also especially enjoyed classes with Bex. The classes can be tough to get into if you don't have the unlimited membership but it's a set amount of reformers so it's up to the members to manage their schedule. A friend tipped me off to watching the class openings 2 hrs before start time when the wait list stops auto filling- if you're flexible you can jump in.

I stopped in to the location to check it out and sign up for a free class because never tried Pilates. I asked how much the membership fees were and she would not tell me. She said that they would go over that when I did my free session+ medieval sales tactic! I came for my free session and the liability waiver had a bunch of stuff about fees for this and fees for that. Not just a liability waiver. After I filled it out she asked of I had grippy socks. I said no and she wanted me to buy them. Well dang it I had some at home. Why did they not tell me that when I was on there the first time
Now they want me to pay for socks. She said it was on a text they sent. I scrolled back through a very LONG text to find it embedded in there. Just tell someone when they stop by on the first place. So I left. Just a poor experience and small place. I like yoga pod better anyway.

I was very disappointed in my experience with Club Pilates in Longmont.
The "waitlist" system means that you often don't know if you're in a class until the class starts, which is unrealistic for scheduling. They tell you that you can often get in even if you're 7th or 8th on the list but I never found that to be true. The suggestion was to "just show up" at the class, and maybe a spot will be open. Right.
They also don't print out a contract or have one available on the app, so little clauses like you have to use all your classes in a calendar month or you lose them.... and you have to give 30-day notice to cancel a 3-month contract no matter what date you sign up....these policies are not accessible to the client.
Overall I felt like a number in a corporate machine. The objective seems to maximize profit at the expense of customer service. The scheduling system is designed to fill every slot regardless of convenience to the client. I would NOT recommend signing up for any contract unless you've read the fine print - and look for smaller boutique Pilates studios....support local businesses.

The classes were great for pelvic floor strength, and I would have kept going if one of the instructors (since fired) hadn't been so rude and demeaning and simply agreed to advance those of us who were ready for 2.5, instead of making us essentially audition for her. In addition, the app often doesn't work for Android users, and the patches pushed out rarely fixed the issues. The final straw, though, was the inability to book classes, since they were habitually full for weeks on end. I've since been told they've fixed that issue, but having to constantly fight to get the classes I paid for left a really bad taste.

Love the classes and the nice people at Cub Pilates! Carrie teaches a fantastic Cardio Sculpt on Wednesday evenings! What a great way to get a solid core workout in with a bit of aerobic, strength, and alot of fun! She keeps us moving constantly and "jumping' in a manner that is easy on the joints while effective in movement and muscle build! Highly recommended!

A Disappointing Experience at Club Pilates - Save Your Time and Money.
If you have Pilates experience, this is definitely not the place for you. The workouts are not challenging at all. I felt like I was just stretching and resting. What a waste!
I was excited to try Club Pilates, but unfortunately, my experience has been underwhelming.
The classes often feel monotonous and repetitive, lacking variety and energy. The music choices are uninspiring.
Scheduling classes has been a major headache. Securing a spot, even weeks in advance, is nearly impossible. This lack of availability disrupts workout routines and makes it difficult to maintain consistency.
Customer service has also been disappointing. Before signing up, they were attentive and eager to enroll me. However, after charging my credit card, it's been nearly impossible to reach them with questions or concerns.
If you're considering joining Club Pilates, I strongly recommend researching the specific studio you're interested in and reading reviews from other members. Based on my experience, I would advise potential members to explore other Pilates studios or fitness options that offer a more engaging and effective workout.

You cannot beat this studio for Pilates. Whether you are a complete novice or have been doing pilates for years their wide variety of classes can meet you where you are and push you to where you want to be. Their teachers are highly trained, passionate and personable. The owners and their staff do an incredible job of bringing pilates to the community through outside events as well! As I am completing my first year of Pilates practice, I have been reflecting on how much I have learned from the fabulous instructors at Club Pilates. I primarily visit the Longmont location, but I have also worked with instructors at the Boulder location. Without exception, these anatomy and biomechanics experts have been encouraging, humorous, and attentive in each and every class I have taken. My lower back issues are almost completely resolved. I started pilates a number of years ago with a private instructor. During the covid years, I gave it up...I really missed it, so a friend recommended the Longmont Club Pilates. I never thought I would enjoy a group class, but I was wrong, I LOVE it! The social interaction of a group class was what pilates was missing for me. The instructors are wonderful and always there to make sure you are safe and doing it "right". The schedule is very expansive and usually easy to get in (with the unlimited membership). And the best part, anyone can do it! Pilate is accessible for all - modification are always available (I have seen people with knee and hip replacements, a women recovering from brain surgery, pregnant women, young and retirement age individuals, both men and women, etc). Club Pilates in Longmont is a great place to exercise! I never did Pilates before I came here, and I’ve discovered that I really like it. I feel challenged by the workouts while having fun in a comfortable and non-judgmental environment. I like the music that the instructors play. I especially enjoy Lindsay Hannah’s classes. She always makes me laugh. Today, I went to Joe’s class and he read a lovely poem at the end of class that made me smile and helped kick off the day on a positive note.
Three things that could be improved: I wish that the classes didn’t always fill up so quickly. I’d appreciate fans to stay cool while exercising. The wipes to clean the equipment after class are so thin and difficult to clean the mats with. Microfiber towels instead, maybe?

Pilates, specifically Club Pilates Longmont, has been an absolute game-changer for me. After dealing with back issues from a spinal cyst, I was searching for a way to strengthen my core and ease my back pain. Pilates has completely turned things around for my back and brought so many other benefits. I now almost enjoy hiking up steep hills, can navigate physical obstacles more easily, have better balance, and am developing upper body strength that I never had before. Additionally, I can see and feel a positive change in my body. Not to mention the mind-body connection and stress relief I find in pilates classes.
The studio is always clean, well-managed, and filled with friendly faces. The instructors are fantastic. They really care about the students and take the time to explain exercises thoroughly and make corrections in a kind, gentle manner—even for those of us without a ton of coordination.
No matter your reason for considering Club Pilates, I recommend giving it a try.

I’ve been meaning to try Pilates for years (24 to be exact), and finally signed up based on a recommendation from a PT. I LOVE it. The beginner classes are perfect for helping develop my strength and way better for people with joint hypermobility (like me) than yoga. The instructors keep the classes interesting and we are always doing something new and different, so it’s never boring.
This is a perfect way for a 50 year old with early osteopenia, healing frozen shoulders and shoulder weakness, and hypermobility, and general deconditioning to ease back into better shape.

I have been a member of Club Pilates since 2019. They have excellent instructors and offer a variety of classes from reformer, chair, and TRX. They have added more classes so it is easier to get into a class & time that work for your schedule. CP also offers Instructor training, If that is a path you wish to pursue! I took my first ever intro Pilates class. The introduction class was free, lasted about 30 minutes. Before class you need to purchase grip socks, They had a large selection at the studio, Offered a 20% discount.
When you start the class, your instructor will guide you through the process of learning the equipment, Exercise movements, The muscle groups affected, And the philosophy behind Pilates.
As I fumbled a few times to learn placement and technique, my instructor was very patient and aware, offering Guidance. Membership or drop in cost are minimal.
I work in Longmont and their location is centrally located off Ken Pratt, making it easy to attend classes. I would recommend taking the intro class, there is also teacher training available for those who might want to move to that level.
