I’ve been training with Diana for three years now and both my strength and confidence have steadily grown during that time! Diana knows how to push you beyond your comfort zone to get stronger, but not to the point that you get injured in the process. With her, I feel like there is an emphasis on consistency and making smaller, manageable adjustments to keep ramping up my progress.

Diana is a kind and fun person with a knack for getting you to do hard things. You are sure to break a sweat every session. It’s always a pleasure to see her and also, of course, the studio dogs, Apollo and Raven. I absolutely recommend training with Diana!

Diana is the most talented and effective personal trainer I have ever met. I consider her an important key to helping me get and stay fit. She is always focused on me and how my body responds to particular exercises. Every workout is different so I never get bored. Sometimes I do wonder how she manages to hold all those different routines in her head at once. My workouts with her are a priority and I am so grateful for her.

If you’re considering booking a session with Diane, do it! Her workouts are fun & total butt kickers. She focuses on working multiple muscle groups at once so you get maximum results. I love that she tailors each workout to your needs & goals. The space is very welcoming & clean. There’s lots of free parking too. Plus she has dogs there to cheer you on. Could not be happier with my personal training experience. Highly recommend to everyone!

I’ve waited to write this review until I’ve been going to Diana for over a year. In 20yrs I haven’t been able to make meaningful progress on my strength. I’ve tried it all (orange theory, other trainers, Physical Therapy, yoga, peloton, p90x, bowflex) and was always injured. Diana has skillfully navigated my chronic illnesses and managed to make sure I walk out each week sore but not injured and eager to return the next week. I’ve seen amazing results with her transforming my body composition from fat into muscle. I notice it every time I lift a laundry basket or vacuum at home. I was nervous to spend money on a trainer but her prices are transparent and average for Colorado Springs. She even lets you bring a plus one for no extra charge. I was on her waitlist for several weeks at first and am so glad I stuck it out. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I have been athletic and active my entire life, but recently have had some major health issues that have set me back. Diana has been wonderful working with me and accommodating when needed due to my limitations. The work outs are always changing and that keeps me on my toes instead of doing the same old things all the time.

I’m already starting to feel stronger everyday by working out with Diana! Also I don’t like gyms at all so a huge selling point for me is the one on one in a private studio.

Working out with Diana has changed my life! Prior to Club Room Fitness, my workouts had been traditional weight lifting in a gym, which did not prepare me well for many of the athletic activities of real life, in my case competitive mountain biking. I came to Diana mostly due to severe back pain when I rode hard, but also because traditional workouts had become boring.

I immediately realized I wasn't as fit or strong as I thought I was. Functional fitness training with Diana is serious training for life's activities, and I soon improved by balance, mobility, core strength, and overall ability to perform athletically. My back pain went away, my riding improved and I knew I was stronger overall in ways that would sustain me throughout life.

Recently, I joined a group of colleagues in a high intensity interval strength training workout geared towards runners. While I'm not a runner and I've got at least a decade on my colleagues, I'm crushing this workout. I credit my years of Club Room Fitness workouts for much of this. Thanks Diana!

Diana is amazing! I have been training with her over a year and started going after having a baby to repair my core. I have tried lots of different group classes and workouts over the years, and none of them have given me the same kind of results as Diana.
She has kept my attention with consistently varied programming tailored to my needs and is always motivating and kind. I enjoy every session and how strong I feel.

Diana is an excellent trainer. All of the moves she puts you through involve multiple muscle groups at the same time and she gives very clear and understandable instructions beforehand as to the exercise and proper form. I went to Diana to gain more more muscle so I would feel healthy and strong on my wedding day. We accomplished that in four months and I walked down the aisle feeling like the best version of me! Each workout was different and each exercise moves quickly so it keeps you engaged and looking forward to whats next! I love Diana's training style! It is individually tailor made! She is Encouragingly Motivating!! I would not be able to make myself work out that same way at home :/ After only 2 sessions I immediately signed up my 18 year old son and 16 year old daughter...and they love it :) ...that definitely says a lot!!! Diana has set up a well placed, well equipped gym, that's just you and your trainer! We all like the privacy and individualized attention! No strangers staring, no embarrassment! We can just be relaxed and focused on ourselves. It's also great to jump on the elliptical (or bike) before each session to warm up and to get charged to go! I'm a mother of three children under 5 and have been with Diana for six months now. I'm able to bring my children with me which is so convenient for me. I have seen amazing results and, overall, has been a life changing experience! While nursing, I've lost 15 lbs and two dress sizes. I've been going to Diana for over three years now and I absolutely love her! She is knowledgeable, motivating, and fun to work with. She creates a well-rounded, but fresh routine every time. She always knows exactly how much weight/resistance/adaptation to use that challenges my body, but isn't so hard that I want to give up. She works with your schedule, the location is great, and the space is always very clean and comfortable.

It was definitely hard when I first started. There were times when I left after 30 minutes and thought I was going to throw-up. But she motivated me to keep it up and I'm so glad I did. I feel so much stronger and I've lost a lot of weight. More than that, I'm in better shape for running, hiking, skiing, and playing rugby and I'm happier with my body in general.

I love that Diana never made me feel bad when I first started. She's always positive and encouraging. She listens to your goals and makes it safe to push yourself. She'll work around injuries and I think I'm less injury prone after working with her. She'll help with nutrition advice, weigh-ins, and tell you about other fitness opportunities (races or other activities you might enjoy). It's always a fun workout and I leave feeling great.

I have been working with Diana for about a year and highly recommend her. Prior to Club Room Fitness, I was running daily with no variation in my workouts. I was constantly trying to lose fat and get toned by doing the same exercise. It wasn't until I began working with Diana that I noticed changes. She introduced me to resistance training and it has completely changed my outlook on exercise and fitness. As a female, I was skeptical of weights. Like most women, I didn't want to get big and bulky, I wanted to get lean. With Diana's experience and training program I accomplished what I was trying to achieve through cardio for years. Beginning a regular workout with Diana was last year's resolution, and I have seen her every week since. Each session is different, with new exercises and variations that always keep me on my toes - although she easily adapts them according to issues I might have or what I want to work on. In particular she has many exercises that focus on strength training while balancing, these do wonders for core strength! Diana also sees through my occasional laziness, knows how much she can push me, and always does so with a smile :) after 30 minutes I am wiped out and pumped up! Not only have I lost 30 pounds and decreased my body fat percentage by 10%, but I am more energized, calmer, and generally healthier in so many ways! Her sessions are intense (but super fun and always different) and are tailored to your ability without any judgment. I love Diana at Club Room Fitness! I worked out with her for 2 years before I had 2 small children and moved to a part of town far away from her studio. She is a lovely, genuine person who is so much fun to be around. Even though it's fun, during her sessions she is still making sure you are working out hard and with great form. We smiled and laughed all the way through our workouts much of the time. And she got me into excellent shape!

I stopped working out with Diana 4 years ago, but I still think about her when I do my workouts at home or at the nearby gym now. I remember what she would be saying to me about proper form and pushing hard. I think both the time and money invested with her was some of the best I have spent.

My wife started working out with Diana over a year ago and has had great results. When I left the Air Force I knew that I wanted to stay in shape as well so I began attending the workouts with my wife. I have been going to Club Room Fitness for a number of months now and Diana is a fantastic trainer. She always has new exercise and workout rotations. This helps keep from getting bored and is also better for strengthening and toning muscles than doing the same handful of exercises over and over again.

I just started at Club Room Fitness about five weeks ago and it's awesome. It's in a beautiful studio downtown and it's very clean and comfortable. I initially checked it out because it was less expensive than other private training places I had looked at and I'm so glad I did. Diana is great, firm but very encouraging. She pushes you to work your hardest, but kindly, not in a boot camp kind of way. Also, she's so beautiful and fit, it's really inspiring. Sessions usually consist of resistance training, weight training and calisthenics, but she also has a treadmill if you want to do some cardio before or after your session. I've had eight sessions and I'm really starting to see the muscle definition in my shoulders and legs (so far). The workouts are tough and addictive. Highly recommend.

I have been working out with Diana at Club Room Fitness for over a year now. Diana has magical ways of making you work harder than you ever thought you could or would. Before you know it you are stronger, healthier and happier. Her sessions are generally 30 minutes long (which is plenty of time, trust me), she is unbelievably accomodating with schedules, and provides water and snacks if needed. She will ask you what your goals are, and will help you with a plan that works for you to meet your goals.

Diana loves dogs, and her wonderful dog Cheyenne is always there to encourage you during your workout. I am a dog lover so this a huge plus for me.

Diana always encourages everyone to get out and enjoy getting fit. She doesn't want you to be in a gym hours on end. When I first joined she organized a hike every weekend where a bunch of her friends, clients, and their dogs would spend a few hours getting exercise, enjoy some laughs, and experience the city. This is my kind of exercise and shows her passion.

Her studio is clean, in a great location and welcoming. Her workouts are never the same and she is always coming up with new fun things to push you.

If you are looking for a trainer that is willing to work with you, and will push you without you even knowing, this is the place for you. Diana is the best!
