We have been helping clients for 10+ years to get in peak condition for their favorite outdoor activies such as: hiking, skiing, snowboarding, biking, swimming, golf and other mountain sports.
We also help busy business professionals maximize their time with efficient and effective training programs.

Training for life is what you get when you work out with Sean. He’s a boss of TRX, Kettlebells and more. He’ll tailor your workout to accomplish your goals. He will keep it safe for you. I love his techniques to make it “all core, all the time!” He’s also willing to train outside no matter the weather, and this is great for my personal mindset and cold / hot weather training. When we work out together the goal is to keep me strong and prepared to do the activities I love outside the gym. By the way, I’ve been working out with Sean for over 4 years.

For over 2 years Sean has been my personal trainer. Before I trained with him, I wrestled with joint issues in my knees and elbows during and after exercise for many years, which led to a sedentary lifestyle despite a desire for an active one. Sean had me do stretches and, while exercising, focus on form and reduced range of motion. As my joints got stronger and my flexibility increased, I noticed I had less joint pain and was able to lift more with weights. Now I lift heavy weights pain-free and can come back for more!
Sean is a truly amazing personal trainer, coach, cheerleader, and human being. He meets you where you are in your fitness journey and crafts a workout plan to help you meet your goals. He enjoys hearing his clients' stories of how their training translated to real-world success and cheers them on. Some personal trainers are pushy, but not Sean. He's kind, patient, flexible, encouraging, and recognizes hard work. His infectious optimism and enthusiasm makes it easy to focus on the wins and not the losses in your life.
Today I lead an active lifestyle with climbing, hiking, camping, pickleball, snowboarding, and strength training. I can also easily switch gears to other sports and recreational activities. I wouldn't be where I am today without Sean's training and support!

I cannot recommend Sean enough!! When I started working with him, I was very, very overweight and out of shape, and I’d had some not-so-great experiences with other personal trainers in the past. Sean was different. He’s so incredibly encouraging and he’s made me feel totally comfortable and supported every step of the way.
He really understands exercise science and knows how to create a workout that works for you. When I had an injury, he really went above and beyond and worked with my Physical Therapist to make sure everything I was doing was safe.
I’ve lost 40 pounds since I started working with Sean and I definitely feel stronger and healthier than I ever have. Seriously cannot recommend him enough!!!

I have been training with Sean since 2020. His knowledge of mobility and strength training is excellent and his clients range widely from age to physical fitness. He has helped me recover from a back injury that left me with severe strength loss and pain in my lower back in my sciatic area. After proper rehab, I am now much stronger then I was before the accident. Give him a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I've been in the fitness game for over 15 years. Sean is not only one of the most knowledgable coaches that I've ever met, he practices what he preaches. Fun fact, he also wrote the first ever book on Splitboarding. Whether you're someone looking to get fit for a backcountry adventure, or you're brand new to fitness and you want to work with an expert, I can't recommend Sean enough!

I have been training most of my life I am 64 now. Still going full steam but needed a change. Sean has helped me over come thinking I have to go heavy and use free weights to grow yes still want more muscle mass. His knowledge of TRX and Kettleballs is mind blowing. It has helped my golf game and most importantly proving change is good. He has also helped me be comfortable in a group setting and leaving my ego outside the gym.

I have been training with Sean for over 5 years. Each session is tailored specifically to me. If there is a health question or issue with a particular area of my body, Sean researches it to ensure a proper course of action or

I've had the pleasure of working with Sean (Sean working on me, more correct), since April, 2015. I had just gotten gastric bypass surgery, and needed someone familiar with gastric bypass patients' needs, and Sean not only fit the bill, but, became a fierce advocate of working with individuals who had the surgery and wanted to work to not only lose weight, but tone up. Sean was patient and gentle with me, but, pushed me to achieve, and keep achieving my goals, and the sessions quickly got to be one of my favorite times of the day--as not only was he a great coach and mentor, but, he kept me interested in the routine, preventing it from every being boring. The results show, as I have much more stamina, strength, and my wife even says I walk faster and stand more proudly. I credit Sean with pushing me to get to this point, and, could not have done it without him. HIGHLY recommended!
