Both of my girls do gymnastics here and love it! They've advanced and gotten so much stronger and more coordinated. And Regan is so great to work with - our schedules changed and she did everything she could to try and help us make the ideal timing for our kids. The coaches are all so patient and kind, and we all look forward to class every week!

Our daughter did gymnastics here for a couple of years. She really enjoyed the coaches and the other class participants in addition to learning gymnastics. I appreciated the positive yet serious approach of the coaches and CSG as a whole. Safety is clearly important to them. One of the highlights was community building -- I'll miss seeing other families from the neighborhood and school there!

My daughter had previously done gymnastics at a different gym, but it wasn't a good fit. We called Regan at CSG, who welcomed my daughter to tryout for Team. She made Silver, and had a wonderful experience with the team, coaches, and at the meets. The staff of CSG is incredibly caring, helpful, and they correctly and carefully train the athletes to avoid injuries. The team members were all very close, and very encouraging with each other. We are sad to be moving this summer and leaving her friends and coaches. I just hope our next gym will be half as good! I highly recommend CSG.

Regan and her team are fantastic! Our 10 year old daughter has participated in CSG’s weekly intermediate class as well as a week of their summer camp and loves it there! CSG is a great school. The coaching staff are friendly and knowledgeable; our kids have learned new skills and they have fun. Even if/when there is turnover or a change in schedule, it’s seamless from coach to coach.
Our children also love “Open Gym” which is an ingenious way to provide students with a makeup class if they’re away or sick.

CSG is perfect for our beginner-gymnast daughter. She has attended CSG for the last 1.5 years. We have been very happy with CSG for a number of reasons. First, the instructors care about the kids and are well-trained to work with young kids (who sometimes don't want to listen). I was always so impressed how they handled a child who was struggling to follow instructions in class. Second, Regan and her team provide excellent customer service, are responsive, and communicate well. Third, you cannot beat the value: whether its attending one session per week or multiple sessions per week, CSG keeps their enrollment/fees very reasonable. I also appreciated that if a gymnast missed their scheduled class in a given week they had the option to go to open-session on Friday nights.
For context: my daughter participated in gymnastics for recreation and not to compete. If I wanted her to improve more quickly/ compete in this sport, multiple sessions a week would have been necessary.

We have been going to the Colorado School of Gymnastics for a long time. Regan and her team are wonderful, from the organizational parts of class schedules, payments and reminders to the teachers dedicated making gymnastics fun and have kids learn even the hard things, it's been fantastic! My daughter has lots of fun and is looking forward to gymnastics every week.

Great studio with a positive, confidence building vibe. The atmosphere is much more one of collaboration than cutthroat competition. The coaches are kind, while pushing the athletes to improve. I have seen other studios and this is a notably more positive and uplifting operation.

My 8-year-old has been taking gymnastics lessons in the Denver area since she was 2. She spent years at both Gymnastics Plus and DU, and both programs basically had teenagers coaching some basic skills while they cashed your checks and put you on wait-lists. This is NOT the case at CSG.

My daughter learned more from coach Dave and his staff in her FIRST SESSION than she did in years at the other programs.

I am very involved in her skills development and coach Dave is the first person to actually help put my daughter on a path to competing.

If you're looking for a Denver gymnastics school for your kids, I highly recommend Colorado School of Gymnastics. The class sizes are small, and every child gets the attention of top-notch coaches for the entire duration of the class. It's very disciplined, yet constructive and fun for the kids. I wish I'd found it sooner.

My daughter has gymnastics here and she absolutely LOVES her coach, the experience and skills she has been taught and continues to learn! I even enjoy watching her lessons and the experience the kids have! She always leaves with a smile and wanting to explain how class went even if she is sore. Whenever we are out and about I can't get her to stop showing me her cartwheels or demonstrating another move she has began to enjoy. I absolutely love what Colorado School of Gymnastics and Coach Dave have shown my daughter! They have started something in her that I hope continues to grow! I would without a doubt RECOMMEND this place to anyone and everyone that was looking for a place for their kid to begin gymnastics!!!!
