My wife and I have been training with Marc for about a year now. Marc customizes our workouts to meet our specific needs and gives us weekend workouts to do on our own. He also helps out with nutrition and best practices. I recommend Marc to anybody that is looking to get into shape, no matter your skill level.

I worked with Marc for approximately 6 months and he was a nothing less than a great trainer (and person) who helped me get started on my fitness journey. He worked with me in all aspects of fitness including stretches to reduce pain, weight training, and nutrition.
He even managed to work on exercises that were fun and I didn't even notice I was doing cardio.
His attention to detail and follow-up after workouts is unmatched. He gave the building blocks to move forward on my own. Marc was also very accommodating and tailored the workout for me. I was able do things I never thought possible and I was able to gain confidence enough to do exercises I avoided for fear of being hurt. (Deadlifts are now one of my favorite exercises.)
If you are looking for personal trainer, I would definitely recommend Marc. He's done a lot to help me and I know he is very passionate about what he does.

I’ve been working with Marc since 2016, and I’m extremely satisfied with my training experience. Not only has he helped me meet my goals through our weekly training sessions, he has set up workouts for me to do outside of our sessions, helped guide me in nutritional choices, and provided an overall encouraging, positive atmosphere. He also trained me through a sport’s a injury, redesigning our workout program to aid in my recovery. Marc has a passion for fitness and helping people reach their goals. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer!

I started working with Marc about 2 1/2 years ago. My whole life I had been "active enough" which was, well, a lie. Yeah, maybe when I was younger lifting, racquetball, you name it but it was never a lifestyle. I was 47, at least 35 pounds overweight and, being honest with myself, I knew I needed to make a change and I knew I was never going to get that consistency and drive on my own. My back was tight, my knees hurt at times. I was on a road to becoming my father... Well, I met Marc and started training with him. Within a year, I had dropped 25 pounds, aches and pains went away and I began to feel, well, alive. Marc wants to see everyone healthier and better and achieving the goals you have. He truly tailored an approach to me and what I needed and wanted: functional strength, flexibility and better overall health. Marc's approach is first and foremost to teach you correct body mechanics. It is extremely important for anyone at any age to lift and workout correctly, but especially a man in his late 40's and now, early 50's. I can honestly say I am stronger now and feel better now than I did in my 20's and 30's. Marc's personality and dedication to his client's is second to none. No judgement, just a desire to help you make lifestyle changes and find the youth that exists in strength and physical fitness. Nearly 3 years on and I have lost that 35 pounds, kept it off and gained muscle, strength and flexibility to boot. Thank you, Marc. I wouldn't be at this point without you and your guidance and support!

I have been training with Marc for a couple months with the goal of gaining strength and muscle mass. Marc has helped me meet and exceed my goals. He has helped put me on the right track for optimizing my diet. He has been very flexible with modifying the schedule of my routines if I need it. Being able to work with him in person and via an app has made my training a success.

I've been working with Marc for about a year now and have seen some pretty nice fitness gains. Marc does a good job of keeping me motivated, even on the cold mornings when I just want to hit snooze. I honestly would not be able to meet my goals without Marc. Highly recommend.
