Claire is an incredible trainer - incredibly knowledgeable, effective, and kind. She helped me recover after surgery and I started to feel stronger after just our first session. Sessions with Claire are also a lot of fun!

I feel so lucky that I found this gym. I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and I've been working with Claire since about 12 weeks. She is super knowledgeable, really encouraging, and I'm stronger now than I ever was. Any time a new pregnancy symptom appears she's quick to identify it and address it so that I can keep moving forward. The semi-private classes are also amazing and provide a great chance to meet and connect with moms of all stages while still getting a lot of hands on attention from the trainer. I plan to stick with Commit through pregnancy and I already can't wait to go back postpartum and keep building my strength and endurance.

I’ve been working with Claire at Commit Fitness for the past year on a weekly basis, and I can’t recommend her enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable about pre- and post-natal fitness and always makes me feel supported and confident in my workouts. Claire takes the time to understand my goals, adapts exercises to meet my needs, and creates a positive, encouraging environment.

As a new mom, it has meant so much to have an instructor who not only knows the science behind safe training during and after pregnancy but also genuinely cares about my progress and well-being. Commit is amazing! They offer professional, knowledgeable trainers, and a clean well equipped space. I started doing personal training here while I was pregnant due to their prenatal offerings. I had a smooth, easy + wonderful birthing experience, and I attribute that to working with Claire, who specializes in prenatal and postpartum training! I can't recommend Commit (and Claire) enough!! It's so great that I have stuck with it postpartum, and am feeling more fit and healthier than before I was pregnant! Commit Fitness is easily one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The coaches are super knowledgeable and care about your progress. The workouts are tough but smart — always something new to keep you pushing. The community vibe here is great too. Was looking for a different gym. I wasn’t sure about the place at first, but first visit was amazing, mainly due to one of the trainers I ended up speaking with, Alex Spangler made me feel right at home and comfortable. Definitely recommend, especially if you’re looking for a solid trainer, Alex is the way to go!

I’ve had a super positive experience with Commit Fitness overall. I started there when they first opened their location in the Highlands and I’ve done a mix of private training sessions and the semi-private group classes. One of the things I really liked about their approach is how they focus on goal setting and accountability. We meet each month and review progress and set goals around fitness, strength, and diet.

The trainers are exceptional and highly skilled. I’ve worked with TJ and Sarah in my 1-1 sessions and they are the best! These workouts are exceptional and customized to me to help with goals and potential issues I’m dealing with.

The semi-private group workouts are excellent too. These are smaller classes (6-8), so you get proper attention from the trainers in these classes. They will help you setup proper weights and help people with modifications where needed. This is quite a difference to some of those large national group fitness places where the classes are much bigger.

Overall this is a great group of people that are genuinely interested in helping people meet their health and fitness goals.

She made me feel super comfortable coming back into the gym post baby and really worked on my core strength that helped me feel more me after carrying a baby for 9 months!! Highly recommend!

I’ve been training with Sarah for about six weeks now and she’s absolutely incredible! Always willing to make adjustments where necessary to ensure you have an effective and challenging workout with no injuries. She’s overall the sweetest human and genuinely cares about your progress. Erica and TJ are also great - they did the initial consult/training and are respectful of your lifestyle and set realistic goals based on your schedule (mine includes lots of travel and working late!)

Enough amazing things simply cannot be said about Commit Fitness! It had long been a dream of mine to have prenatal-specific personal training during my pregnancy, and Commit has made this dream a reality!
I came to Commit at about 6 weeks pregnant and laid out my goals for a healthy, active pregnancy. Owners TJ and Erica were so responsive and helpful. They thoughtfully matched me to a trainer to help me achieve these goals.
They did a great job, my trainer Kristina is incredible! She and I clicked effortlessly and I was immediately impressed by her background and wealth of knowledge. Her immense knowledge in strength training, pre- and postnatal coaching, and the fact that she is also a trained birth doula means that I am in great hands! We train for far more than just the stage of pregnancy I’m in, but for the future as my pregnancy progresses, for birth and for transitioning to motherhood.
I am so thankful to Kristina and to Commit Fitness for giving me the strength, both physically and mentally to have the healthiest pregnancy, birth, and transition to motherhood possible!

I worked out with Olivia for nearly the entirety of my pregnancy. I began at the gym because I was concerned about my overall health and how it would impact my baby. I was overweight, at a high risk for gestational diabetes, and was already experiencing some physical discomfort in the first trimester. From our first session Olivia helped me to feel strong and capable. Under Olivia’s knowledgeable guidance I - safely! - worked my butt off and did things I hadn’t thought I was capable of. I ended my pregnancy stronger than I began it, had zero pregnancy complication, my recovery from a c section has been quick and smooth, and my baby is the healthy and strong infant of my dreams. Plus I have a new appreciation for the capabilities of my body and the hard but rewarding work it takes to keep it fit. I can’t recommend Olivia enough. ♥️

Commit Fitness is such a gem! I started doing one on one training with Olivia when I became pregnant, which was one of the best decisions I made my whole pregnancy. My strength improved during my pregnancy and I was able to stay safe because she and the whole team at CF are so well versed in prenatal fitness. Olivia's style is encouraging and challenging at the same time, which I really appreciate. Beyond pregnancy Commit Fitness is amazing too. I love the small group classes.
