"WARNING TO ALL FITNESS LOVERS IN DENVER! I just had the most ridiculous experience at Core Power Yoga Central Park (7485 E. 26th Road Place). As a long-time member, I was stoked to start practicing at this location... until I realized the heaviest hand weights are 10-pounds for Yoga Sculpt classes.
When I brought my own 15-pound weights to use, I was initially told there wasn't room to store them (despite instructors saying it was fine). Now, after using them without issue for months, they're telling me they need to be removed?! Apparently, wanting to get stronger and challenge myself is a problem.
Add in overbooking classes in a tiny room, and I'm DONE. Canceling my membership and taking my business (and yoga mat) elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money here.

Really here for Dakini, Ramsey and Stacia. People definitely sweat in that room!!! - so there is a smell for sure- but also nice to not have pressure to show up in any other state than natural.
Always so much parking and plenty of space in the room.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at CorePower Yoga! The sculpt classes led by Mary, Dee, Kristen, and Shannon are simply fantastic. Each session is a unique challenge that keeps me engaged and motivated—no two classes are ever the same! They truly know how to kick your butt while also making it fun and upbeat.
I'm working my way up to joining Stacia's classes, which are energetic and inspiring. A special shout-out to Patty, who always greets me with a smile and remembers my name; her kindness adds a personal touch to every visit.
I absolutely love this place and look forward to every workout. If you're looking for a supportive community and a challenging workout, CorePower Yoga is the place to be!

The staff at this core power location were incredibly rude and made the overall experience very unpleasant. Do not be even one minute late to this location otherwise they will close the door in your face and lock it. When i asked about how i felt claustrophobic in the class since they overbooked the spots, they spoke aggressively towards me. The other clientele were also not nice towards a first timer and it felt like it went against the entire ethos of yoga.

Great studio. I have been practicing yoga more than 20 years and tried many studios. Found a home here— a connected, diverse, and kind community. Sculpt on Sunday is a great class and often has a waitlist. Gifted instructor with positive energy, fun flow and amazing play lists. This class reminds us we can do hard things on the mat and take those lessons with us off the mat.

I am not a big fan of leaving reviews without remembering to take a mirror selfie, especially in a yoga studio full of mirrors. But, I wanted to give credit to where credit is due. Went to a class taught by Toby G last night and he was an amazing instructor. He did everything I think an instructor should do. He wasn’t overly talkative complimenting individual poses people are doing. Continued to remind people to do what felt right with their bodies and played Mac Miller. Seriously, I think all yoga teachers should learn from Toby because he was an addition to the class, not a distraction like many other teachers have been in my opinion.
Also, bringing in the towels at the end. Bravo. Shout out to Toby, please never change.

I absolutely love my yoga sculpt class on Sundays and Thursdays with Stacia. It has been life-changing for me. I highly recommend these classes. You have to book early because everybody else loves them as well. I'm so glad my friend introduced me, to this class a year ago.

The Yoga Sculpt at Central Park is an incredible departure from the status quo of Cherry Creek, Grant and Broadway. The instructor maintains the balance and tradition of Core Power while creating a highly sought after and valued workout. If you want a workout that will assist you with developing strength, cardio and flexibility then this is the class for you. It's a tough but balanced routine that the fragile and/or privileged might fail to grasp. I highly recommend this class and studio.

Skip this CorePower studio. It is not up to the standards I’ve come to expect from CPY. The place itself is tiny and cramped, including the locker room. The women’s locker room smelled strongly of mildew; gross. The decor looks like it’s from 2000, and there is a lack of mirrors in the studio. Honestly, I could have overlooked these issues, potentially, but the class I went to today was atrocious in every way and I feel the need to warn others. The Yoga Sculpt class I wanted at my usual studio (Cherry Creek, though I also enjoy Grant, Broadway, and Colorado Blvd.) was full so I decided to take a chance on the Central Park studio, taking a Yoga Sculpt class with an instructor unknown to me. Thankfully I am an all access member so I didn’t waste $25 on this class… but my gosh it was so bad.
The biggest issue was that the music was so loud, I could hear maybe 15% of what the instructor shouted. She also started class by saying “I am different from other sculpt teachers in that I move really fast” or something like that. The last time I checked, rushing through exercises involving weights is not only a waste of time since you’re using momentum rather than your strength, but truly dangerous! Especially when you cannot hear what the instructor is saying to cue. I had no cues because I cannot see well without my glasses so I rely on audible cues. Which were non existent. Ugh. That she moves fast was an understatement. I (and others around me, I observed) missed so many of the reps we were supposed to be doing… I was appalled, though I forced myself to stay for most of the class, but I left feeling frustrated and like I wasted my time. The instructor also had the audacity to call out the entire class for “getting confused” (a lot of folks facing the ‘wrong’ way) when it is obvious that people could a) not keep up with the inappropriate pace and b) not hear the instructor! Total lack of self awareness. She also rushed through the safety instructions regarding how to hold/move the weights during warrior 2, etc., despite there being at least one student in class who said they were new to sculpt, and did not explain any modifications whatsoever nor even mention them. I mean… come on. I have been to about 90 CPY classes including sculpt, c2, and hot power fusion, and this was the worst by a mile. Hope someone will actually address these issues!

I love CPY!! Not only is this CPY location closest to my house, but uses the least amount of credits in ClassPass vs other locations. They also do community classes, which are complementary and everyone is welcome to practice without being pressured to become a member or buy a punch pass.
The studio is not too small, but also not crazy huge. It is definitely "just right." They have a variety of classes that will get you to your goals whether you need a non-heated class, sculpt class with weights, a heated fusion class, etc.
I love taking class with Adam the most as I love his teaching style and his vibe, but all the teachers are awesome and will talk with you before or after class to connect with you.

Every other core power location I've visited keeps doors unlocked until the minute class starts. This one (taught by Jessica Bl) had doors locked 2 minutes before class time. On a day with road conditions that would be expected to cause delay.

I am very disappointed with the service here. I signed up to become a member when they were offering a free two week trial. After attending one class, I knew it wasn’t for me so I tried contacting them to cancel my membership. It was very difficult trying to reach a live operator and nobody is hardly at the front desk each time I made trips to the studio. For 4 months they continued to take out the $149.00. That’s nearly $600 for service I was not using. When I finally reached a live person, they told me they would only refund 2 months worth of payment because they don’t see any emails that I’ve sent to them in the past stating I wanted to cancel my membership. The fact that I only attended one class in 4 months wasn’t good enough for them to credit a full refund. I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone unless you want to lose your money! They are unprofessional, total scammers, and overall just untrustworthy…. All they want is your money!

Dakini and her team are great and knowledgeable, and I specifically love Kelsey's C2 classes! Also, they have been super kind and willing to work with me on technical issues they can't control! During COVID, they did a great job adhering to the mandates while keeping a good attitude and making sure everything was super clean. I really enjoy the energy and the space, and have a few friends who also love going to this location as well. Pro Tip for newbies: Park in the back in the library parking lot!

Easily the best Corepower location ever! This place is one of a kind and has a completely different vibe. The teachers are so incredible and genuinely care about your wellbeing and how you are. So many times I walked in frantic and the energy of the room just instantly calms you down. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to this location!

The instructors here are amazing and really kind. They are selfless and go the extra mile to take care of you. I am not in any way affiliated with the studio other than being a grateful member and I should have written this review ages ago. However, I noticed that there was a one star review and couldn't let this one slide by. Please note that "Ariana Roberts" has only written 6 reviews and each of them are one star complaints-including her mental health counselors/psychiatrists, wal-mart, mobile phone service, etc. Take this person's opinion with a HUGE grain of salt. You are better off disregarding her review completely and I filed for google to remove it as her story has nothing to do with her experience at CorePower.
Thank you for being so kind and selfless at CPY! I know it has been challenging during the pandemic but I feel so safe since you follow all the guidelines. Thanks for all your accommodations!

Great studio and fantastic instructors. One of just a handful of CPY studios nationwide that is independently owned and operated. The owner will jump through hoops for the members of this studio. She makes sure that her members can reach out to her directly with any needs or concerns...can't say that about any of the corporate studios. Keep up the great work!

This studio is horrible. Customer service is absolutely atrocious. I am a black tag member in CO and have been for years. They wouldn’t honor that here because they said they are a franchise and need to make money during this pandemic. Every other business has made exceptions during this difficult time as they see the bigger picture. This will clear up and people will always remember how they were treated during this time. They also require you wear a mask during the class which is entirely unsafe. As a doctor that was alarming to me so I asked why they were the only yoga studio in the county requiring that? The manager of the studio stated that was the rule from the Mayor....if you look on Denver.org us clearly states you don’t need to wear a face mask while exercising. I assume the mayor clearly understand the health risks this can cause people which is why he included that. Not sure how that isn’t common sense, but clearly this place has no idea what they are doing. If you are trying to be healthy, I would avoid this yoga studio at all costs during this time.

Requested cancellation of membership because I am moving to another state. However, the billing did not stop and another $119.00 showed up on the credit. Called about it and the Staff member said no notice was received... explained to them notice was definitely given. Staff member pretty much said I was lying. Said something about giving me credit as an exception, like they were doing me a favor... Sad that the owner cares more about money than honesty/integrity. Capitalism at its worst. Instructors are great though.

This place is a joke. One minute late because there's never any parking and had to walk blocks away. Since I was 1 minute late they locked the doors. I will never try to come here again and waste my time and gas. Pathetic.

I've enjoyed every class I've tried here. I like that they have a good variety and amount of classes throughout the day. Sometimes it gets crowded but they can't help how many people are going to show up and how many people enjoy their classes ;)

I'm very new to yoga. I researched yoga studios all around Denver, wanting a heated studio and Vinyasa style yoga. While CorePower is pricey, I think it's worth it...especially if you have the time to go to class multiple times a week--which, after taking a few classes here, I think you'll want to. This is honestly my new drug. The instructors have all been very pleasant and approachable while also knowledgable of their practice. The studio is clean and intimate...I feel as if I am taking ballet classes again! I'm usually a gym rat, so I am not used to the spa-like environment.
This place is my temple, church, etc. It's where I go to not only work my body, but also to work my mind. I always feel refreshed - mind, body, and soul - after leaving. If you are on the fence, please use the free week. I'm so happy that I have found something that I enjoy this much.
