CPY Colorado Blvd is such a gem. The studio has plenty of parking, a huge plus, and the space itself feels modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed. Every class adds real value to my practice, and the retail section is always fun to browse before or after.

The leadership team—Andi, Sasha, and the rest of the experienced instructors—creates a warm, motivating environment that keeps me coming back. There’s also a great spot to freshen up after class, which makes it easy to roll right into the rest of the day.

If you’re in the area, definitely try an HPF class or one of their special offerings. The location just off I-25 makes it super convenient, too. Highly recommend!

Ruby’s calming guidance, paired with positive motivation, creates such a flowing and engaging experience. Each session not only brings a sense of tranquility but also delivers a truly intense workout. This perfect balance is something I deeply value and look forward to every time.

Just took a class with Ruby at the Colorado Boulevard location. I think this was the finest choreographed class I have ever experienced in over 1500 classes at Corepower! Her “ Infinity flow “sequence was incredibly smooth and well positioned in the overall class. If you get a chance to take one of her classes, you are definitely in for a treat. Cannot recommend her highly enough!

Love CP... Have been coming to many of the locations in Denver for the last 6 years on a regular basis and Chicago before that. The classes are very consistent and always a good workout. Super fun and I think the class variety is great along with the fact that you can fit a class in just about any time of day since they have at least 10 studios in Denver.

I love this studio and most of the teachers but I have been disappointed in the last few classes I’ve taken. I didn’t know where else to leave an anonymous tip/complaint, but I have had an issue with the Wednesday 5:30 class taught by Ruby. I enjoy her teachings in yoga topics, but the room is far far too hot for a normal C2 class. The humidity and heat is at the level of HPF, maybe even hotter, and her classes are very difficult. It makes it frustrating when I want to get a good practice in but I am seeing stars and on the verge of passing out almost all of class. Additionally, for the few classes I’ve been to she starts late and lets us out late, which I find inconsiderate. I love this studio and the classes I’ve been to, but this class is a no go for me in the future.

Best CorePower studio in the area. It is very clean, spacious, and has a nice locker room. The classes are never overly crowded (something I hate about the Cherry Creek location) and all of the instructors whose classes I’ve attended have been great.

Such a great studio. Awesome classes, teachers, ongoing encouragement, kindness, and understanding. Half the battle is showing up, and when you walk in, you're definitely glad you made it! I am happy to have found a CorePower that feels like home.

The instructor told me not to take too many breaks at my mat to sip water during a HOT yoga class. It was also 100 degrees outside that day. Very strange.

This week was my first experience with CorePower Yoga, and I absolutely loved it!! I particularly loved how it was a perfect combination of yoga, cardio, and a HIIT workout, and the instructor was uplifting and encouraging. I was exhausted yet energized by the end of the class. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys mindfulness workouts and wants to strengthen their mind and body!

**Also important to note that they’re taking COVID restrictions and guidelines very seriously and I felt very safe the entire time.

This one little studio packs a punch! it draws the most positive, energetic crowd that pushes you to stay with it, even in the perils of yoga sculpt where it burns so good. The staff is super friendly (but favorites are Brogan, Patty, and Keira!) I always recommend this location because its easy to get to from downtown and down south sitting right off the highway and I like the vibe.

One studio, locker rooms are always clean (though crowded immediately before and after most classes). Hot vinyasa offerings for all levels including (no kids or individual classes). As the name suggests, a segment of core work is incorporated into every class. Class sizes depend on times and teachers. 5:30 PM is usually packed. Kada (studio manager) and Ruby's classes are usually packed. Juliet's Saturday Core Restore is an entirely different experience (a "yoga nap") and a great place to focus on breath and meditation. Only complaints? No C3, hot ("bikram style") or 75-90 minute classes available at this location. And the stairs are treacherous in the winter.

Great studio! Very clean, the instructors were very welcoming and very good with alternate poses for more/less flexibility. The changing rooms were very clean and well stocked and up front they had a great selection of clothes/merch! Would definitely go here again!

Frustrated that this studio does not offer ANY low heat classes. The 25 year old yoga instructor I had this weekend flat out said she “loves her classss really hot.” Yoga was not meant to be done in a heated room. Yogis are meant to generate internal heat. It’s sometimes so hot I could pass out and have to leave the room. I’m in my 40’s and love yoga, but I need to not feel so drained and sick when I leave. Turn down the heat!! At least to 80!

Hi there, yogi here! I started my free week at CorePower after a few friends said I needed to check it out. I have been going to a competitor for about two years (Kindness Yoga). This is going to be a fairly descriptive review.

Pros:

The signup process for the free week was easy and they have plenty of studios around Denver. Most of their classes are heated which I actually like so that was cool too.

Upon arrival I checked in and got ready. My first class was Hot Power Fusion at Colorado Blvd. The staff was friendly and the class was great. The facility was clean and tidy which was also a plus.

They had a really good selection of classes at different times throughout the day including later classes (8pm+) which is great for me and my busy lifestyle.

Cons:

Their studios are incredibly corporate. I get it. People want to make a profit and that’s fine. But one thing that really annoys me (and from what I can tell their employees also) is that they charge a $2 mat rental fee. This is so absurd. Their monthly membership fees are nearly the highest I’ve ever seen (I’ll get to that) and yet they can’t provide mats for class. Interesting choice CorePower.

Their unlimited monthly membership fee is $139/mo. This is extremely high for a yoga-only studio. No Pilates, no weights, just classes. Yes, their classes are good but you can find a much better value elsewhere. (Example - Kindness Yoga(89) + Planet Fitness or Chuze (15) = 105)

There is no Zen. For me, Yoga is not only about the physical workout but also the mental one. A healthy body + a healthy mind. I don’t feel at peace or connected to my inner fire (again that’s just me).

Notes to management:
You have to get rid of the $2 mat rental fee. It makes clients and employees feel awkward. Also try and make your studio feel less like a store and more like a studio.

Try and incorporate a little more meditation or empowerment during your final savasana.

Final decision:
For now I’m going to stick to Kindness Yoga. CorePower is great if you’re only looking for a workout but for me I just need more than that.

Thanks for reading. Namaste.

A San Diego native, I was visiting Colorado for the first time and was thrilled there was a Core Power studio close by! It happened to be National Friendship Day so I brought my husband and his 2 buddies. Stephanie was the instructor & she was SUPER nice and is an amazing teacher- Thank you for the pleasant experience! Not to mention, the facility is beautiful, wide open, great retail selection and is very clean. Trust that the Core Power in Colorado did not disappoint! Namaste!

7/20/16 another one of your customers hit my car door this time blue Toyota SUV with temp tags

I'll be honest I never said anything before.... I've always thought the people walking in and out of your place look kind of stuck-up but that's personal judgement and assumption.....beyond that, this one chick just gets out of her car, im parked next to her in my car granted, she swings her door open hits my side rear view mirror pretty hard. I roll down my window to check my mirror and she just walks away locking her car......

I've been doing Yoga for almost 8 years now. Mostly with CorePower. However, that is ending as they have compromised all quality for quantity and in doing so they have lost their integrity. I recently went to a class at Colorado Blvd- there were 75 people in the studio! Every person's mat was nearly touching (or touching) their neighbors mat. First, this is unsanitary and disgusting. Second, it is impossible for an instructor to instruct when the room is beyond max capacity. Third, it is impossible to focus your intention with someone's a** or foot in your face. Yet, the staff seemed to be pretty pleased with them themselves and their yoga "community". Unfortunately, most people do not practice yoga for community- in fact, it's quite the opposite. We get plenty of community at work, home, and stuck in traffic. We practice yoga in studios- for the environment and peace. Otherwise, we could all go to 24 hour fitness, pack in to the sauna and half-moon all over each other.

And don't get me started on the staff- it appears that CPY will let anyone instruct a class that forks out 4K to do there certification training. The result is that you have instructors that do not have the slightest common sense to modify a routine when there is 75 people in the room.

CorePower is a confused business. My guess is their monopoly will soon be on the decline. My only hope is that they won't taint the entire yoga industry. So please CorePower Yoga, if you're going to run a business with such a lack of respect and integrity to Yoga- please stop with the Namaste bull* you're not fooling anyone.

As a beginner I tried this place a few times. The instructor went way to quickly and assumed everyone knew the poses and names. I asked a few times for a beginner class but wasn't given much help. I didn't even end up using all my prepaid package. I'll stick to the DU gym and biking.
