The CorePower Yoga Grant studio in Capitol Hill is truly special β€” full of history, heart, and community. It’s one of the originals, and you can feel that legacy the moment you walk in. There’s a warmth and familiarity here that’s hard to find, yet it still carries the same fresh, inspiring energy CorePower is known for.

The location couldn’t be better β€” right in the heart of Capitol Hill, easy to get to and surrounded by so much local charm. Every teacher brings their own unique energy, and the studio team makes everyone feel genuinely welcome, whether you’re a long-time yogi or just starting out.

A Denver classic that continues to grow and inspire. Love this place!

Enjoy corepower but for what I pay, the studio is always dirty and stinky. Very rundown

Huge studios and very clean. Would 10/10 recommend, but intensity can 100% vary from teacher to teacher.

I highly recommend Laura's hot yoga and restorative yoga. I took them back to back, and felt amazing. Wonderful instructor, and great music playlist too, which makes a big difference.

The OG CPY - two studios, one downstairs, one up. Mike's bhakti class is universally loved and always packed. Dr. Melati always offers a challenging and thoughtful sequence. Parking can be an issue - the garage has limited availability and is often closed for no reason without warning. Street parking is rough in cap hill.

I love the instructors, the flows, the hot room and the overall vibe/experience at CorePower. I've been an on-and-off Black tag member for a little over 10 years now! The sun shining through the upstairs studio at the Grant Street location is what makes my day. I walk out feeling refreshed, calmed, stronger and ready to take on the day.

Really enjoying the membership. The C1 classes are challenging but the instructors slowly get you there. Highly recommend for the in-person classes.

What a great place this used to be. Now the big corporation will gladly take your money but offers zero customer support. Been several months and can't register for a class because two different studios couldn't update my email address, and so far, neither has CES. Their web live chat isn't live but canned responses, and several of the Denver numbers just drop the call after their standard TT pitch.

Late-afternoon teachers are fantastic (Lara, Mike) and early morning classes are their best kept secret. Forget the stinky sweatiness and stuffiness of a 5:30 p.m. C2 -- for the early bird, the studio is fresh, clean, and spacious. Staff is also more personal, friendly, and still amazing. Kick off your day with Fay or Kasey (my personal favorites) and feel ready to conquer your day!

Nice studio, nice teachers, however... this is not hot yoga. I don't understand why many studios claim to have hot classes but don't have higher temperatures. I understand that it's on an 'interval' and the fine print says that's even that interval is only 'recommended' , so I shouldn't even expect that... Then why market it as heated? These classes are not heated, and I frequently get chills from the moisture levels.

Wow! What a disappointment today! I came to practice to one of the C2 CorePower classes this afternoon and found studio to be in the dirty and filthy stage. How is it possible during pandemic? Teacher was teaching generic and uninspiring, class, using most inappropriate for yoga soundtrack.
I had to leave in the middle of the class, which never happened to me before.

It is heartbreaking to see an original CorePower location studio being in such a bad shape. Please step it up! Or you will lose all of the CorePower yoga enthusiasts

Not responding to their emails for over a week. Charged me after they shut down. Their psycho teachers keep sending me snarky messages on instagram because I'm asking a giant corporation to refund my money. Really tired of dealing with these psychos. I will absolutely only be supporting small yoga studios from now on. This has been a horrible experience.

So excited when I arrived at the Grant street location to find out I was at the First CorePower location! The place where it all begin! I have the instructor take pictures of me posing in front of the signage! And my class was amazing as well as invigorating! So glad I made the effort to get to the early am class!

Leah Vo was such a wonderful instructor! Easy to follow and allowed for people to choose the level that was right for them. And great music! I love CorePower because I not only feel stronger and more confident, but the practice also causes me to slow down and be more present.

Have loved practicing here lately! A great variety of classes and times to choose from to suit all schedules and abilities, easy to walk to from central downtown, and all teachers I've had the pleasure of meeting have been so friendly and motivating. Facilities are clean and well-maintained. Classes can be challenging and fast-paced so I'd recommend feeling comfortable in C1 classes before graduating to anything more intense.

Studio space and changing rooms can be crowded and busy at peak times, so if you prefer a little more personal space then opt for a weekday class during the late morning or early afternoon.

The membership price is steep compared to other local yoga studios and currently out of my budget, but would be worth considering if you love Corepower and want to practice 3x a week or more.

The atmosphere is so positive and there is a variety of instructors that all bring something wonderful and different to the table. I feel very supported on and off the mat and love the community that is built here. I feel more confident in my yoga practice every time I go. I absolutely love it here!

Core Power Yoga is located very close to my work and not far from my apartment and has many other studios in the area. There are a lot of classes available before and after work which gives me a lot of options when developing my schedule for the day or week. The classes give me a meditation like experience that allows me to let go of stress from work. By strengthening my core and improving flexibility i have been able to reduce quite a bit of back pain that i suffer from.

Disappointed. Please post on the website when classes are cancelled. Biked from across town to attend 7:15 C2 class on 5/5. Arrived at 7:05 and all doors were locked, no employees in sight, and no note on the door. I'm on a free trial week and have been enjoying classes but I will not purchase a package for this reason.

It has been a great experience attending class at the Grant Studio in Denver. I have had the opportunity to travel to several different Core Power Yoga's to take class and I have found that the Brand Experience at each location is similar no matter if I am practicing in DC, Chicago, or Denver. Thanks again for the great experience!

Parking can be confusing: park on either the basement level in an unmarked space or above the ground level in an unmarked space. Bright pink pieces of paper are available at the front desk to put on your dashboard while you workout

I've come here several times now with my fiance and the service is excellent. The instructors are well versed and I always get a tremendous work out and great stretch. The place can get crowded, but you can't fault a great studio for that. That indicates that it's a great studio! Looking forward to future classes!

Appreciate instructors and schedules. While it is 'cookie cutter' you know what to expect and it's enjoyable and reliable. Recommend if you like to do yoga regularly with others. Also like some of the 'special' classes, like New Years session. Nice job overall ...

They lock the door when class starts and parking is tough, so you have to plan to get there very early. Pretty disappointing to drive there and finally find parking and be stuck outside 1 minute after the class started.

Although Grant St. hosts some of the best yoga instructors, studio 2 doesn't heat up to expected temperatures. There have been a handful of times I left my Hot Power Fusion class dry, not as anticipated after expecting the room to reach 98 degrees with humidity. Such a disappointment seeing that I adore so many hard working instructors at this location.
