Had to change my previous, poor review of this location because they’ve really turned it around here! Much more class offerings, they’ve done a much better job about cleaning, and some of the amazing teachers that had left are back! Kudos to management here!

Angelina taught a wonderful C2 class this Sunday at 6pm. Creative poses, wonderful guidance (just enough, and not too much) and loved the vibe of the music. Thank you! I’ll be back!

Showed up today for. the 1:00 CSX strength class with 7 other individuals. The instructor was a no show. No one had been informed of the need to cancel class. Would give it no stars, but that's not an option.

This studio is horrible I am not really sure why Corepower has a studio here. Too small and it feels dirty in the rooms. Will never return to this location when the others nearby are so much better.

No showers. I wouldn’t mind if I lived walking distance but hated getting into my car covered in sweat. I am on a schedule, I need to move to my next appointment but had to go home first to shower and change to something clean.

I would only recommend this if you live walking distance. Besides that it seams like a standard CorePower.

I recommend arriving fully dressed for your session as well.

Class was amazing. The studio was clean and intimate. Only downside was people coming into the facility either didn’t realize class was going on or how loud they were outside the door, which was a little distracting. I will definitely return.

This is such a cute and hidden little gem. I love core power- but the intimacy here feels different. I took a great C2 class- the room was clean and warm. The teacher was also friendly and warm. Can’t wait to come back.

Love this tiny little Corepower gem! It’s cramped but everyone is friendly about it. Teachers are the best of all the Denver studios and so grateful for them adding a daily low heat C2

Way too crowded. I have a partner discount but couldn’t fathom paying full price for someone to sweat all over you. When I lightly mentioned it I was told to grab a business card and email corporate...

Friday afternoons here are great. Even with the limited space you have t room to move. However, like today, Saturday afternoon, the large studio was already shoulder to shoulder, three rows of people in a two row room, and the instructor announces more people are coming on. Corepower has shown, at this studio, they don't care about their customers, only about making money. Especially when there's a second, unused room. I recommend you use any other studio before this one.

Wonderful studio, the manager Veronica is amazing. Davina plays the best music. Most of all, you come as you are and it’s totally acceptable. They always say it’s your practice, bottom line, no judgement, no competition, enjoy! Namaste!!

Loved Emily. I noticed her awareness of each student’s needs & ability to articulate adjustments that helped us all stay aligned in or minds, bodies & spirits.

Staff was rude and made the studio feel really uninviting. The teachers were whispering and gossiping among each other by the door when the class was getting out. Not welcoming upon arriving either. Very disappointing as I have never had this experience at a CorePower before.

Amazing instructors but horrible studio. I've been to CorePower studios in multiple states, but haven't seen another one without showers or changing rooms. The studio is super cramped and tiny entryway is where all the action is. The floors are wet and dirty, especially in winter, and you are forced to step on it barefooted.

I love this little CorePower studio. The teaching staff and community is amazing. There are no showers (only two bathrooms) and the space can be quite tight before/after busy classes. I can walk home to shower so that doesn't bother me. If you need to shower and like more space, you may want to go to LoHi.

Liz is amazing! I love everything about her class. I like how she reminds us to connect with our breathing, letting go of the day...just the positive messages we start and end class with. As a beginner, I truly appreciate the way she tells you the proper way to do a position once we're in it. "Pull your right hip forward...point your pinky toe toward the ground...etc" These little corrections have made such an impact and I feel the difference versus other classes where I've gotten into a pose, and wasn't sure if I was doing it right. Love, love, love Liz's class! She's the best!

Warning! This studio is tiny! There is always a line for the bathroom, no showers, and people are shuffling to get out of class as the next class checks- in. Hardly enough room by the lockers. Get here at least 15 min early!!

There are no locker rooms in the studio and only two small bathrooms so come prepared. I had a 7:30 a.m. Saturday C2 with Leah and she was fantastic! Her flow had a lot of balancing poses with several twists at the end that worked wonders for strength and detox. The smallness of the studio makes practice warm, cozy, and intimate.
