If you’re looking to be the fittest you’ve ever been, we have the knowledge and skills to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether it’s looking good, feeling healthier, getting stronger or having an edge in your sport, we can help you get there. We prescribe to the CrossFit model, which combines constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. Training includes but is not limited to sprinting, jumping, Olympic lifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, rowing, and biking.

After trying and inevitably giving up on CrossFit at two different gyms, I’m so happy I found CrossFit Park Hill. What everyone else has said is true: the coaches are outstanding, the environment is relaxed, and the community is full of people who leave their egos at the door and work hard for 60 minutes. I can’t recommend it enough.

All-around excellent gym for functional cross-training and high intensity workouts.

Daily workouts are designed to maximize the full hour; warmup + instruction + practice + performance + cooldown = 60 minutes with few seconds to spare.

Overarching programming framework is exceptionally thoughtful and deliberate; daily workouts are part of a grander scheme, so it pays to adhere to the plan even if/when sore. (Consecutive days target complementary muscle groups and allow for recovery.)

Of similar gyms in Denver area, found ParkHill’s coaches to be the most watchful and attentive to athletes’ form across experience levels. Not only is there technical instruction before any complex movement, coaches monitor the workouts mid-flow and “nip bad form in the bud” before it is encoded into muscle memory. Scaling and modification options are always available, published alongside the programmed routine.

During “open gym” time blocks the supervising coach is on-hand, ready & happy to assist with any individual needs/requests to improve performance.

Vibe very welcoming, friendly, and down-to-earth. A+ establishment.

I was really worried about taking a CF class, let alone joining! I didn't think I could do it or worse, that I would hurt myself! Or that it would be full of those scary weightlifting guys making all those grunting noises like other gyms! My husband had been going for months and I could see definitive results on him which intrigued me. He gave me a 10 punch/pack for my birthday and after the FIRST class I was hooked. I LOVE this box! Every workout is different. The instructors are sticklers for form and safety and I always get an amazing workout. There are SO many amazing and strong women that attend classes (and coach classes!), which was also inspiring!

I was a gym rat and roadie - I would do weights, cardio, swim or spin classes and or ride my road bike. But I was not achieving the same results I once did and bored as well as unmotivated. This is SO much better and takes you to a whole new level of fitness. It pushes you to do your best. It motivates you to get stronger. It's a positive environment where even your smallest achievements are recognized. I WANT to go to the gym every S-I-N-G-L-E day. At the end of some of these workouts, I'm amazed at myself that I FINISHED. I love that I'm sore after almost every workout and sometimes for DAYS after!

I patiently hit "refresh" on my computer to discover the next day's WOD.
Speaking of computers - I sit on my tush every day for 8+ hrs a day which has destroyed my back and core. Coming here has HELPED my back pain. I didn't think it was possible that deadlifts could help a bulging disc but it is definitely strengthening my core and back where I no longer have pain every day. THAT alone is worth every penny I spend here!

I have taken classes with Michelle, Justin and Sarah and ALL are fantastic coaches!! I am a beginner and Sarah always watches out for me and makes recommendations on weights, form, corrects me if I'm doing something wrong and patiently doesn't give up on my clumsy giraffe like attempts. :) I really appreciate that about this place. You can work at your pace, and they don't recommend you increase weight if they don't think you're ready (if your form is not right - forgetta about it!)

They have 7 or more classes a day to fit your busy schedule - including a beginner class most days; different pricing structures for your pocket book; state of the art equipment and coaches, as well as truly inspirational attitudes.

This place is not for everybody. If you want to get in shape, workout HARD, push yourself to limits you didn't know you had in you - this place is for you. If you like the regular pace of gyms, spin classes, zumba, central heat/air - this may not be the place for you. OR - mix it up and use both! I would highly recommend checking them out!! They are AMAZING!

Dropped in while in Denver and loved it! Everyone was super nice and inviting, still being on the newer side of Crossfit it can still be intimidating going to a new box but this felt like a home away from home. Definitely recommend if you’re in the Denver area!

Terrific crew here at CFPH... Coach Margrette will make sure your technique is on point (at least as good as her's), Coach Ian is playful and upbeat and totally changed my approach to DUs, Head Coach MK is an excellent example of a prime CF athlete and the rest of the team is so approachable and easygoing, they make a grueling challenge like CF actually very, very fun.
Solid box, even more better staff. Bumping my membership up as we speak!

I have been to many Crossfit gyms all over the place and this one by far had the most friendly, inviting atmosphere. They welcomed me in like I was family. The coaches are amazing, inspiring and over all just wonderful people. You wont be disappointed. Every time I come to Denver I go there to toss weight around.
