I’m a new member at Sanitas, and this is my first time trying CrossFit. Truth be told, I’ve always been a little in awe of people who do it—but I’ve set a goal for myself to get stronger and fitter, and this is something I’ve wanted to do for a while. As a novice, I started with a series of 1:1 appointments to learn proper form and the fundamentals of CrossFit workouts. I’ve really enjoyed each one-on-one session and appreciated the time and instruction. I’m excited to keep going and start joining the group classes.

Our family was in Boulder on vacation and I just dropped in to CrossFit Sanitas randomly. They were incredibly welcoming and let me know all the things needed before the workout started. Dwight was so knowledgeable and Tyler was very thorough, dedicated to the class schedule, and above all else encouraging and quick to point out correct form and technique.
I would highly recommend CrossFit Sanitas to anyone!

I dropped in the other week from out of town during open gym to do 25.3. Everyone there finishing class and working were super nice and helpful. The space is huge compared to my regular gym and although I did not have time to use all the extra offered but will definitely use them and drop in again if I am in the Boulder area.

Enjoyed the WOD, used some extra equipment we don’t have in my box and then enjoyed the sauna and the cold plunge after. Don’t forget your swimsuit and towel to enjoy all they have to offer~

I have been going to Crossfit Sanitas for the past 9 months and it has been- by far- the best gym I have visited in my 10 year history of going to crossfit. The gym space is clean, huge, open and inviting. Not only is the space great, but the community, coaches and workouts are fantastic- As a physical therapist, I am extra sensitive to proper form, coaching, and emphasis of intensity. This gym excells in everything. I would not hesistate to refer my patients over here for continued strengthening.

Recently finished the on-boarding process for people that are new to CrossFit that goes over a lot of the fundamentals movements with Josh Lee and it was an amazing experience.

The first time I met with him he really put me at ease that CrossFit didn’t have to be something scary or really intimidating. I now feel very empowered within that space to continue to grow and become the best kind of CrossFit athlete I can be.

I couldn’t recommend CrossFit Sanitas highly enough. For anyone that feels like CrossFit could be intimidating or too much for you, you should totally come to these guys. It’s going to be the best place for you to start.

I moved to Boulder in 2017 & immediately began looking for a new gym. CrossFit Roots was the bigger name, so I started there. There are plenty of nice people over there, they have great coaches, etc. Nothing bad to say about them at all (well, except that they were following crossfit.com programming at the time, which I wasn't a fan of). But...

It just didn't feel like home. I came from a super tight-knit group that can only be described as a family, so I was looking for something special. When I walked into CrossFit Sanitas, I found it.

I was immediately welcomed at the front door with smiles. The coaches started introducing me to people. Basically, I was treated just like one of them on my very first day there. That feeling of inclusion is hard to come by, and it's a huge reason why I chose CrossFit Sanitas as my new gym.

I recently moved to Longmont and that's the only reason I'm no longer a member. If I was still close by, I'd still be there. But I had an amazing 3.5 years.

The coaches were always fantastic. Some have left; some new ones have arrived; and the coaching is still top-notch. They still amaze me with the creative scaling solutions they come up with.

The same thing can be said for the programming. It's gone through several iterations, but it's always been intentional, and of course, constantly varied & highly intense. The warmups are dialed in. We used dumbbells frequently. Lots of single arm/leg work. Time for gymnastics skill work. Barbell cycling, obviously.

It's the most thoughtful, all-around fitness programming I've seen anywhere.

Sanitas also offers a variety of class options. Classic in-gym CrossFit workouts, outdoor WODs at nearby parks, a gymnastics class, a competitors class, track workouts a few days a week in the summer... and you can even work with a specific coach on individualized programming.

And of course, the members are fantastic. I've met some amazing folks, some of whom I spend lots of time with outside the gym, and some I only see when I'm there (but we have a blast for that hour). It's an incredibly friendly place, and the energy is always upbeat & positive 🙂.

CrossFit Sanitas is incredible! Speaking as a CrossFit/gym amateur, what I love best about CrossFit Sanitas are the coaches, and the lack of pressure from members (which is huge). The coaches are always giving me advice on my technique, and members are always encouraging me no matter if I’m lifting 10lbs or 100lbs.

I was very hesitant joining a gym because I had no idea what I was doing and didn’t want to look silly. On my very first visit, CrossFit Sanitas made me feel comfortable.

A+ job all around

Clientele is disrespectful of wearing masks and 6ft rule when running past others. And they're still doing it; What is wrong with management and these people?
Edit: I didn't say it was unlawful. I said it was disrespectful - which I still maintain it is: having 10 people run past me within 6 feet, without them even trying to distance themselves and without wearing masks is wrong. You need to set a better example. Or better yet, stay inside.

At 52, I've never felt stronger or more motivated to continuously increase my strength and fitness. What keeps me coming back to CrossFit Sanitas are the knowledgeable and skillful coaches, a supportive community and a holistic approach to health and wellness. The community at Crossfit Sanitas is amazing and I don’t know what I’d do without it! Not to mention that the coaches on staff are great at pushing you to work your hardest while also giving varied modifications for movements - I always feel warm and ready for the wod. I make it a point to be at class four to five times a week; otherwise, I become more irritable and I don’t sleep as well. Throughout COVID, Crossfit Sanitas has continued to provide a great community and motivation to continue working out. It’s rather easy to just keep going when there’s already a work out written for you and a coach to warm you up. When I was working at home during quarantine, it made it easier to keep myself on a schedule so that I wasn’t falling back into bad sleep habits and it gave me a sense of accomplishment to start my day!

I love the way movement keeps me physically/mentally/emotionally resilient, and thus workout several times a week; however, sometimes that inner voice alone isn’t enough and I need a gym to provide external motivation. When I first dropped in at Crossfit Sanitas a couple years ago, I knew instantly I’d found the place that checked that box, and so many more. This place goes above and beyond for its members, and I often refer to it as my “second home”. The coaches are incredibly well-versed and create an inclusive, welcoming, and safe space for us to push ourselves in the gym. This, as well as wide variety of class offerings, chill atmosphere, general camaraderie, and friendships I’ve made since joining are what kept me going to this gym before the COVID-19 pandemic hit. The support, encouragement, genuine caring, and moments of a sense of normality Crossfit Sanitas provided to me throughout the pandemic is what will keep me coming back long after we return to “normal”.

CrossFit Sanitas is nothing short of amazing; big, well-equipped gym, excellent, professional coaches, incredible workout programming and a great Boulder community of support. Being over 60, I consider CrossFit workouts essential to keep me in great health, both physically and mentally. Even more than just health, CrossFit Sanitas keeps me in peak fitness so I can do the sports and activities that I love. Of course, during this pandemic, I find that workouts greatly help improve my mood. The leadership at the gym has created a safe space and approach to get great exercise. Hazar!! BEST CrossFit gym you could ask for. I’ve never found a crossfit gym that has ticked all the boxes, until now.
Sanitas gym has thee best trainers, lovely customers, and the manager (Tom) is such a darling.
I would love to write something about each trainer individually, nevertheless I don’t want anyone slipping into a coma, so I’ll keep it short.

Laura, Elissa and Courtney were the main trainers I had during my two months visit from the UK and they were fantastic to work with.
Every coach is dedicated to safe practise, nobody can hide, but that’s what you want, a gym that cares about your safety first.
It doesn’t matter what level of fitness you are; we all must start somewhere.

The coaches will help you adapt accordingly, and the customers are very encouraging.

In case the coaches thought it and didn’t have the heart to say it to my face “SEA LEVEL, REALLY IS FOR SISSIES” Thank you for being patient with my altitude issues.

Comparing different Crossfit boxes, Crossfit Sanitas generally earns its reviews. The coaching staff is usually good. If you're new to Crossfit, you're less likely to get injured here than box classes you purchase from GroupOn. Sanitas gets good traffic relative to other boxes so the energy is usually good. A well-trafficked Crossfit box also means it's sometimes pretentious. Other boxes may exchange your dollar for more attentive coaching. In general, for $185+/month, you can have people yell at you and show you how to exercise with weightlifting plates. That makes sense some of the time. The rest of the time, you can save $100/month with another gym. For the regulars, it's a club predicated on money, not exercise. Some of the reviewers drank the kool-aid and could afford it.

Great gym, more importantly, lets talk about Tom. Tom's a great guy, he's always sitting at the front desk all holly-jolly with the upmost restraint to not intimidate other top tier athletes of the facility. He really enjoys if you sing him a song as you enter the gym (also during or after workouts) with the words of the song replaced with "Tom". An example of songs includes but is not limited to: Eye of the Tiger, ACDC, The Macarena, and George Michaels (his all-time favorite). Hope this helps!

A CrossFit box is only as good as its coaches, and Crossfit Sanitas is really spoiled when it comes to coaching and programming. Our coaches are friendly, focused, supportive, and deeply knowledgable. The vibe of the gym is laid-back. We have some very fit athletes, but the environment isn't intimidating. It's welcoming to members, newcomers, drop-ins and CF vets alike. But when the bell rings and the work starts, we get after it. Sanitas has created a culture of encouragement and support among the athletes and coaches. We work hard, but we have fun. At Sanitas, we're as happy for the PRs and improvements and victories, large and small, of others as we are of my own.

This is a phenomenal CF gym, with truly knowledgeable and passionate coaches and staff, that has become an integral part of my life. They literally have classes all day long, so class sizes are ideal, and they have a huge variety of speciality classes, clinics, on-site childcare and massage/acupuncture, and clean lockerrooms. Equally importantly, they have cultivated a diverse, fun and welcoming community of members, many of whom are now friends. I found Sanitas 3.5 years ago bored with running/cycling, having never lifted a barbell, and now I can't stay away. I'm in here 4-5 days/week (as is my wife), about to turn 42, and I'm hands down in the best shape of my life.

I look forward to walking in the doors at Crossfit Sanitas almost daily. The coaches, the facility, and the community are unbeatable, and being a part of it has changed my life. Sanitas is at once a close-nit community and always warm and welcoming to new-comers and drop-ins. The class times are ridiculously convenient. I love this place. It's really a second home.

Sanitas is an outstanding box in all aspects. The coaches (instructors) are knowledgeable, supportive and technical experts. The facility is the nicest, cleanest CrossFit you'll ever set foot in. Management actively solicits member feedback and promptly acts on suggestions. There's a wealth of nutrition, lifestyle and wellness information provided weekly (including frequent seminars with world class physicians and authors). There are multiple class tracks for those interested in specific focuses (strength, endurance, mobility, etc.). And the community of members are inspirational and quick to embrace new athletes. You won't find a better place anywhere to workout than Sanitas.

I love Sanitas! Best CrossFit experience I have had between the states of CO, CA, AZ, and NM.

The instructors are knowledgeable and PASSIONATE. Tom, the manager, is an awesome leader and an easy guy to get along with. He leads that gym with such integrity! When I was a student at CU, I became really busy working three jobs while attending school full time. I completely dismissed the fact that I was a month to month member on autopay at CFS during this busy time. Tom, without hesitation, called me to check up and made me realize "hey you've been paying but not coming". After that, I never had a problem going back and spending what very little money I had because of how completely honest he was. He could have never contacted me and I would have continued to pay without being aware!

The gym is VERY clean. The environment is upbeat. And the community is supportive. Of all the gyms/classes/clubs I've ever been apart of, this is by far the most influential community I've been apart in my journey to health and fitness.

The best exercise I've had in my whole life! 3 times a week and I'm continuously and effortlessly loosing fat and building stronger muscles, especially the core. I've also gotten much more flexible.

Each workout has a good 15min of warmup, followed either by a technique or strength session. It's only the last 15min or so where you really get pushed to your limits.

CF Sanitas is a bright and open space to learn or continue crossfit. When I joined, the gym was still up and coming. Class size was manageable and instructors friendly. However, I left because class sizes were becoming massive. One on one instruction was less and less frequent. Multiple classes running at the same time overlapped and added to the confusion. Additionally, my fav coaches left, and a few of those remaining had a very "bro" attitude. They came across as cocky and arrogant instead of helpful and knowledgeable. It became increasingly frustrating and was no longer fun.

Dropped in several times while visiting a buddy in Boulder for 6 days. The coaches, staff, and all their members were very friendly. The coaching staff is second to none. They take you through a thorough warmup, then go through a solid strength workout, then break down the movements in the wod and teach the most efficient way to perform movements. Really enjoyed the workouts and meeting all the people. Would highly recommend this place for anyone living in Boulder and looking for a box or just dropping in while visiting.

In short, I was not disappointed. At all. From the moment I walked in, Sanitas took care of me. We negotiated a more than fair price for a week's worth of workouts, Ben (the amazing Business Manager) set me up in Wodify and made sure I was ready to go. The instructors were top notch and super organized. They had a huge array of workout gear, supplements, post-workout drinks, etc. I can't recommend this business enough. This place is building more than a gym- they are building a community. I've been active my whole life, but have never felt challenged like I have at Crossfit. I've been doing this for three years now and the changes to my body and strength are incredible. Everyone has heard the horror story or seen the crossfit fail videos where people have no clue what they are doing and end up hurt. This is the best coaching staff I have ever been around. bar none. Every single one of these guys works hard to make sure you are safe and challenged. I've been crossfitting for three years and in every class one of the coaches will stop me and correct my form or give me helpful advice. Every single class. This level of dedication and heart is unheard of. These coaches know me by name and know what my strengths and weaknesses are. But the amazing thing is, they know almost everyone by name. At a regular gym, I would go 2-3 times a week and never leave feeling challenged. I go five times a week here and never feel bored. ever. The facilities are great. Take a bootcamp session with these guys to learn the ropes. you'll never go back to a regular gym again.

Great crossfit gym and community. The coaches put safety first and make sure your form is right to prevent injury, which is not the reputation crossfit gets sometimes. The facility is the best I've ever been to, and like many other reviewers, I travel a lot and drop in at other locations while on the road and was a member at another crossfit in Mississippi prior to moving here. Classes can be big compared to other experiences I've had but there's plenty of space and they staff up accordingly, making sure there are multiple coaches if needed for a class. Also, the owners continuously reinvest in new equipment and the facility. An added bonus are the specialty classes that are included in membership - I have enjoyed both the barbell and gymnastics classes to further refine skills. You can come here and get fit and be motivated to come back tomorrow, or you can go all the way and take part in the parties and clean-eating challenges and competitions and really be a part of the community - Sanitas provides it all!

I've been going to Sanitas for almost three years now, and can't say enough good things about it. It's the first gym I've ever gone to that has motivated me to go regularly, and where I've felt like part of a community. The coaches are top-notch, stay focused on form and doing movements correctly, and encourage members to push themselves past limits in a safe and supportive environment. The programming is excellent - both the regular WODs and the additional ones like strength, endurance, oly lifting, and gymnastics. The members are amazing people who come regularly, cheer each other on, and really get to know each other. And to top it off, the gym itself is beautiful, and the amenities like childcare, locker rooms, and the plunge pool are great perks. Going to this gym regularly has helped me get in the best shape I've been in in years, and made me better able to enjoy all the hiking/skiing/biking and other outdoor activities that are why most of us love Colorado.

My wife and I moved to Boulder and joined Crossfit Sanitas in May of 2015 and this gym and community have been the absolute highlight of our time in Colorado so far. We travel for work so we've been to multiple Crossfit boxes across the US. Of the 12 gyms we've tried, nothing comes close to Sanitas. There's a reason why they were recently ranked one of the top 5 best Crossfit gyms in the United States. EVERY ONE of the coaches is top notch - they take their role seriously, the demo every move, they explain the goal of each exercise, they provide tons of personalized guidance, they focus of great form and safety first, they know everyone's names, and they always find ways to make the workouts fun. All the members are humble, fun driven, and find ways to encourage each other. The gym is massive, always spotless, well equipped, and in a very convenient downtown location with easy parking. They have one or more daycare options every day and our two girls (4 and 2 years old) now look forward to Crossfit almost as much as going to the park or pool. Crossfit Sanitas absolutely rocks!

I am celebrating my one-year anniversary at CrossFit Sanitas this month. Joining this box has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It’s life changing. I don’t know if I’ve ever felt stronger. I’ve gone down 2 pant sizes and my endurance levels have increased substantially. This box is special. Let’s start with the physical attributes. First, it’s HUGE compared to some of the other boxes I’ve seen. It doesn’t have that industrial garage feel. There’s plenty of room and equipment for everyone. It’s CLEAN. I really appreciate that. There are great locker rooms and they have massage on the premises. It’s INVITING. It can be intimidating to try a new place, but I find that Sanitas always welcomes everyone.

Most importantly, is the staff. The coaches push you in a good way and are ALWAYS looking out for your form and safety. They are top-notch athletes and I trust them to help me reach my best performance. The programming is excellent. I’m never bored and always feel challenged. Added to the daily WODs (Workout of the day) are Barbell classes that help refresh your skills, Endurance classes and Gymnastics. I’d recommend trying all of them. The gymnastics program could be another review on its own. It’s transformative and adds the "sizzle to the steak". No other gym has what Sanitas offers. This is a true community. You are greeted at the door every time you walk in and you feel like you’re part of something. We all encourage each other to be better. There’s no other place like CrossFit Sanitas.

I dropped into CF Sanitas this past Thursday and Friday as an out-of-towner only in Boulder for a few days. To start, let me just say that this box is 1) HUGE and 2) special. I've been to a bunch of boxes on the east coast and truly none of them have the same feel as Sanitas. It just seems like a happy and healthy place to be- what a CF box should be in its most ideal form.

Beyond the impressive physical space (something like 10,000 sq feet w/ 10 Crossover Symmetrys, a huge rig, turf, platforms... the list goes on), the coaches and staff were incredible. Dwight (the head coach) was so helpful when I had to modify things because of my knee injury, and was likewise attentive and encouraging to all members of the two classes I attended. He clearly loves what he does, and that translated into an easy-going and welcoming atmosphere (despite the tough workouts). Wendy was likewise attentive and thoughtful, taking time to chat about my physical therapy after class and tape me up!

In general, CF Sanitas made me feel immediately welcomed and paid such careful attention to me, the injured drop-in. I left feeling recharged and ready to dive back into CF after months of rehab and dragging my feet through individual exercises. In an environment like that, with the awesome team they have, it's no wonder they can make a difference in just a few short hours.

Long story short- this is a special place that I highly recommend to anyone looking to join a healthy and happy community, and get really fit in the process. If I lived in Boulder it would be my second home. Anyone in the area is lucky to have them nearby! GO!

p.s. they have Kombucha on tap. And barbell-wielding bear tank tops. you should buy both.

It's easy for me to express gratitude towards the Sanitas community~

I joined Crossfit Sanitas in April. Then, three weeks ago, I broke my foot while playing outside the gym. In the past (like when I had ankle surgery), I let injuries identify me, and stop me from remaining physically active and even engaged with my physical body. This time? Within three days of the break I was at our box working on some pull-ups, and I've continued to come in regularly since then. Those at Crossfit Sanitas have been awesome at cheering me on and having me feel welcome, even though I haven't been able to participate in the WODs (Workout Of the Day).

Something else I'm noticing is that I used to not push myself very hard when going to the gym. That shifted when I came to Sanitas. It became both fun and encouraging to go my hardest while working out. With my foot now broken, I wasn't sure what was going to happen now that I'm working out on my own again, with a fracture, eek. Well, last night (on my own) I pushed myself as hard as I would have in any regular WOD, and woke up today feeling the best kind of sore all over. Incredible!

So, all that being said, a huge THANK YOU to Crossfit Sanitas for supporting me through this. Can't wait to be back to running with the pack, and in the meantime, I'm loving being a part of this community.

I travel frequently for work and have visited at least 10-15 different CrossFit facilities across the country, even a few internationally. I can say, hands down, that CrossFit Sanitas ranks at the top of my list. The facility itself is clean, spacious, and up-to-date. The community is warm, welcoming, and serious about getting fit. What makes Sanitas superior to the majority of other boxes, however, are the programming and the staff. Caleb (co-owner and coach) is methodical and thorough in his approach. WODs are always varied and comprehensive. Every coach at Sanitas is extremely well trained; each is tuned in and very attentive to the individual needs of every athlete. Five stars for CrossFit Sanitas!

Sanitas is not some garage-sized, dimly-lit crossfit box tucked away amidst some warehouses outside of town like most seem to be. Rather, the 10,000+ square foot facility is located in the center of Boulder stocked with all the toys you'd want, and then some. And while that's all fine and dandy, the best aspects of Sanitas are the friendly and uber-knowledgeable coaches and the tight-knit community atmosphere. Coming to Sanitas from a globo gym, naturally I wasn't sure what to expect and was a little apprehensive. Those feelings were immediately squashed as I realized Sanitas coaches are constantly engaged in making sure each movement is completed with proper form and technique. I also immediately realized I could never go back to a globo gym again due to the fact that I would never get as good a workout there as I would at Sanitas. My one year anniversary at Crossfit Sanitas was yesterday (thanks for the email, guys!!) and I haven't looked back. There's no doubt I'm stronger, leaner, and in the best shape of my life since I've been here. Joining Sanitas was probably one of the best decisions I've ever made and I'm excited to see what I can accomplish at Sanitas in 2014.

I have been going to Crossfit Sanitas since February. I walked in an out of shape but determined athlete and the coaching staff has helped me improve my skill level and fitness level to levels beyond my wildest dreams. I have been to a half dozen other gyms in Colorado and elsewhere, and without even factoring in the facility itself the coaching at Sanitas is second to none. They assure safety with every workout. Classes have a good coach to athlete ratio and feedback is plentiful. The daily WODS are always unique and build on each other. In the time I have been training at Sanitas, I have not once felt like I have been close to plateauing. The strength, olympic lifting, and mobility classes all provide additional avenues to get more out of your gym membership.

By far the best part of Crossfit Sanitas is the coaching staff. The staff are enthusiastic about sharing crossfit with athletes and are very approachable outside of class.

Prior to CrossFit I was an endurance junkie. I competed in triathlons in undergrad spending about 15 hours/wk training. I was also doing yoga and playing pick up soccer. I loved it, but it was also exhausting. I was convinced that the more time I spent training, the faster I would be. Yet I was plagued by all sorts of minor injuries. Plantar fasciitis, IT Band Syndrome, lower back pain, turf toe, knee pain. etc. etc. When I graduated and moved I was no longer able to keep up that amount of training. All I could do was run, and run, and run. And hate every second of it. I ran 6x/wk for at least an hour. My knees and IT band hated me. I was gaining weight because I was still in the mindset of - I work out so long that I can eat whatever I want. Needless to say I was unhappy with how I felt and how I looked.

I moved to Boulder in December and was looking for a gym to join so that I could stop running so much. I saw CrossFit Sanitas was opening up and immediatley decided to go in for a free class. I had previously tried CrossFit out for a month a year before and had really enjoyed it.

I was hooked immediately. For the six months I spent in Boulder, I lived at CrossFit Sanitas. The coaches and owners have created such a great community that exudes so much positive energy that I couldn't stay away. The coaches are diligent in correcting form, which I really appreciated, because I injur myself just walking down the hall. Being new in Boulder, CrossFit Sanitas was a fantastic way of getting to know people who I had things in common with. The coaches and athletes were all SO welcoming and encouraging. I never felt like I was being judged or that I wasn't up to par.

I also really loved the ongoing discussion on the importance of nutrition at CrossFit Sanitas (be it Paleo, whole foods, or just less processed food) and the emphasis on getting stronger rather than losing weight. Having struggled with body image/weight for my whole life, this approach has worked out much better for me and I have developed a much healthier relationship with my body than I used to.

Joining CrossFit Sanitas was one of the best decisions I have made for my body. I love how CrossFit is so challenging and dynamic. I am PRing on a regular basis. I can do more pullups now than I came even close to when I was 13, 30 lbs lighter, and a full time swimmer. I do fewer hours of cardio, yet find that I am faster. I have developed muscles in places I didn't even know muscles could exist. Most of all I love how it has brought fun back into my exercise regime. I now look forward to every time I get to do CrossFit, which makes all the difference in the world.

I have since left Boulder and joined another CrossFit gym, but CrossFit Sanitas will always be my first CrossFit love <3

The coaching staff at CF Sanitas is the best I've had in my athletic career. They have helped me to push myself to be the greatest athlete I can be while keeping a priority on safety and technique. Crossfit Sanitas is an excellent gym with an advanced level of coaching. Since my recent move away from Boulder, CO I've toured a variety of other Crossfit boxes and I realized how high my standards are when I compare all of them to Sanitas. The head coach of the gym, Caleb Diebolt, has a wealth of knowledge that is liberally shared with all the other coaches. Individual safety, efficient movement technique, and effective programming are top priorities as the entire staff makes an honest effort to treat every athlete as part of their friendly community. The most memorable characteristic of the Sanitas coaching team would definitely be their ability to recognize that every individual has a unique set of physical challenges. Whether its a mobility issue in the joints, a diet inquiry, or a movement pattern problem, the coaches are willing to discuss these personal barriers and help decide how best to address and work through them.

Crossfit Sanitas is not just the "New Kid on the Block", but the new kid on the block with all the toys (showers, massage therapists, ice bath, child care, rope climbs, rings, turf for sprints,....) you want to play with, and the instruction manuals to play properly.

The hardest part about getting in shape is consistently going to the gym, which is difficult when it seems like a chore. At Sanitias, you not only have an active family that supports each other, but you have the best environment to help you reach your goals. You'll make great friends and find yourself checking the website daily to find out the WOD, or to see how your new friends did. All of a sudden you'll notice the change. You can't wait to do that 17 min AMRAP or Fran. (You'll learn). Bam. You've become a crossfit athlete. You look forward to going to the gym, and it wasn't the cool-aide, kidding.

I could talk for days about the gym, but if you want the best trainers, facility, and crossfit family, you need to check out Crossfit Sanitas.

I started Basecamp in January and was instantly addicted. I was very impressed by the level of coaching and the community that CrossFit Sanitas has. We did a fitness test the first class and by the end of Basecamp I had improved a lot.

If you've never done CrossFit before, the variety in the workouts is great, especially if you are someone who gets bored easily. Each workout has a warm up, overview of the skills needed for the workout and the workout. Afterwards there is a cool down and recovery. The coaches are very attentive to make sure your form is good.

The facility is amazing - big, bright and lots of natural light. As it's new, so is all the equipment. It's a great place to come and workout and I look forward to it every day.
