CURA Yoga Center is a space in Boulder dedicated to healing. Our primary offering is Kaiut Yoga in collaboration with other modalities like workshops, sound healing, reiki, etc. to offer a collective wellness center that guides you to live your best life. The word CURA (ku-ruh) is a Portuguese term for healing. CURA’s owner, Adriana, has family rooted in Brazil not far from where the origins of Kaiut Yoga are planted.
If you are familiar with North Boulder or the Kaiut Yoga community, you might have formerly known us as Barn Yoga Boulder. In early 2024, Adriana acquired the business with determination to extend exponential waves of healing throughout Boulder and beyond.

Cura Yoga was founded almost exactly a year ago, built on the strong, caring foundation Wendy Zerin created at Barn Yoga. Adriana has taken this Kaiut yoga practice to a whole, other level. The classes are challenging, well-paced, and supportive of anyone rehabbing or facing a health condition. The studio space is impeccable, too, and reflects the welcoming vibe that Adriana has created. It's joy to attend these classes. A huge thumbs up to what Adriana has created.

Kaiut yoga has been a lifesaver for me through an extremely stressful period in my life. After decades of flirting with yoga, this is the first time I have found a yoga practice that actually WORKS for me and always makes me feel better. I'm one of those people who always tried to hard to achieve yoga postures and would get into trouble. Can't do that in Kaiut!!!! Yay!!! Honestly can't recommend it highly enough and Wendy Zerin is an amazing teacher.

At age 72, I have found that Kaiut yoga is keeping me healthy, pain-free, fit and active. The Barn Yoga teachers are thoroughly professional, empathetic, deeply knowledgeable--and fun!! I don’t know what my aging process would be without Kaiut—but I attribute my physical and emotional health to these amazing teachers and this beautiful practice.

Kaiut Yoga at Kelly's Blue Barn in North Boulder is so good and helpful to this 80-year-old that I go four times a week. Both Wendy and Aprille, the two instructors, are terrific. I look forward to each session, after which my body and I feel so much better. I recommend this type of yoga and these particular instructors to one and all. This old cayute loves Kaiut, but then, Barn Yoga is helpful for all ages. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

"The emphasis you put in your classes of bringing the mind into the body and the body into the mind, deepens the impact of the practice in immeasurable ways. I discovered this during my last visit to Boulder when I was lucky enough to take your class every day for most of a week. I live in a city where few know the Kaiut method and I usually practice on my own.
