Dylan really improved my son’s strength in a very short period of time. After illness he wasn’t even able to do a push up. After working with Dylan for 4.5 months I saw our son do 20 in perfect form. Dylan was consistently on time and worked very well with my son. He pushed him appropriately and safely. We would go back to Dylan in a heartbeat!

Dylan is amazing. He came highly recommended as someone who could assist me with mobility issues as I trained for a marathon. Post marathon we transitioned to strength training. He will push you to do what you think you can't. Highly recommend.

Dylan is super knowledgeable and passionate about fitness but also makes it fun! He worked with me on my lower back issues by giving me practical exercises that made a big difference.
Dylan so did physical therapy with my grandmother and came to her house twice a week. He was very patient with her, a woman who had never exercised her entire life and made it so that she looked forward to seeing him. They would play games and laugh and he would always keep her program unique and fun!

Dylan was great to train with! He is an extremely knowledgable and helpful trainer as well as a great guy who made working out fun. He helped me immensely with technique and form which allowed me to excel in the weight room and athletics. I would 100% refer a friend to train with him too!! Dylan was great! Evaluated my specific needs with joint mobility and strengthening after an injury. Once I was healed up we even got setup on a weekly workout program to help me jump start back into doing sports like softball, snowboarding, and basketball. The one on one trainings are my favorite service he offers. Has a great coaching presence to help push me in performance when training.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Dylan as my personal trainer. He goes over everything thoroughly, making sure your form is good and focuses on what is important to you. He keeps you motivated and is always coming up with new ways to keep you interested. He gave me the option of training from my home or at the gym, and both have been excellent.
