hands down THE BEST barre studio in Denver! The classes are consistently challenging, fun, and dynamic. The space itself is beautiful—exposed brick and natural light. Plus I always get a good burn—the guides are movement experts, friendly, and FUNNY. I usually get an extra ab workout from their commentary along the way. If you wanna leave a class feelin sweaty, unstoppable, and HOT, then this is the studio for youuuu.

Love this place. I have taken barre and pilates classes all over the country over the years and Denver Barre Collective classes kick my a$$ every time! I can typically find an instructor here and there at other studios that I really like, but its 10 for 10 at Denver Barre Collective - they are all great! Small clean studio, good vibes, great beats!

It's ironic that the owner said to one of her replies on a review that she don't tolerate abusive behavior but I've experienced one from her. Getting called out names and so when she's frustrated is quite new to me. Your attitude reflects your face. Rotten

Host was really rude and thinks everything revolves around her. Given me attitudes many times. Hope you go out of business after saying words on my face.

I have attended many barre classes and I can honestly say Denver Barre Collective delivers exceptional barre classes.
I was signed up for a class and unfortunately got stuck behind a very bad car accident on my way there. I travel >1hr to attend the classes at DBC. I attempted to call the studio numerous times, using the number provided on Google and MindBody. Unfortunately, neither number was in service. I finally was able to contact the studio after getting the active studio phone number on Instagram. By this point it was only 20 minutes until the start of class. I was informed that if I was 5 minutes late they couldn’t let me in, which is very reasonable. I was, however, disappointed that given my extenuating circumstance the class was still removed from my passes on MindBody.
In summary: great barre classes, disappointing communication.

Easily one of my favorite classes in all of Denver. I have been a member of Class Pass for years and have tried a number of their classes through the system - DBC is the best by a mile. Andrea is the owner of the studio and her classes are particularly great, but there isn't an instructor there whose classes don't give an excellent workout. I have seen a big change in my body since taking their classes in particular. Much better than other studios in the area and less expensive. I almost don't want to post because then the secret will be out - but they are worth it!

Fantastic! Our instructor was fun, motivating and good music taste! Some banter and lots of high fives. The work out was intense, all muscles hurt now. Will do again for sure! Let's gooooooo!!

Although I am not a member of DBC via the studio, I am a ClassPass subscriber, and I am a once or twice/week regular here. I am constantly physically challenged by their classes, especially when taking classes with Edirin, Natty, and Kelly. I am a pretty fit person, so I would definitely say that beginners to barre might struggle to keep up the first few times. My improvement is obvious in my technique and strength over the past few months.
All in all, you will not be disappointed in your workout here!

I love ClassPass because I can take a bunch of different barre classes from all over Denver and this one had great reviews so I was eager to try. signed up for 3 classes at Denver Barre Collective at the same time for the next upcoming days. I came 10 minutes early today to the 10:30 trampoline barre class and had a smile on my face because I was now prepared for the aggressive style of teaching with the same instructor from the day before, but she pushed her palm in my face when I entered the door. She said she emailed me a few minutes before class (mind you city driving and parking for me) that she didn’t like my review from yesterday and so I’m not allowed into class today and if I tried to stay she’d call the cops. I asked if she could explain more she said “I didn’t do 1,000 reps that’s inaccurate” and that’s not what I said either but then she started recording me and so I got my phone out to protect myself since she’s threatening cops. She calls the cops but they never came, her lips were pushed out as far as her ego pursed on her high horse today. It’s sad when you use your status to put other people down. Crazy the world we live in after 2020, I’ve heard it called status anxiety today and that seems fitting. My brain was just looking out for other people like me who would have liked to know my ClassPass review I wrote. Regardless she never gave me the respect to say to my face whatever was in her email I posted which was vague and another who trip. She had her assistant who previously said she didn’t want to “be in the middle of it” be the one to address it with me outside because she could give two minutes of her time to authentically communicate what her issue was with me herself. She was anything but professional and it’s unfortunate she subjects so many people to her narcissistic behavior.
Maybe she was triggered by her ego and from unattended wounds that she’s projecting onto me by rejecting and avoiding me as a CLIENT along with other clients who share honest preparation notes with fellow community members, idk but this ego confrontation was a challenge to understand!!!

If you are looking for a fun, inclusive fitness community and a kick a$$ workout, this is the studio for you! Never before have I walked into a studio and felt so welcome. The owner, Andrea, makes you feel like a part of the family, as do the other staff members. And the clients are also lovely! I've tried Barre before and never really loved it. This studio blends different varieties of barre and every single class is KILLER! You will not be disappointed!! 10/10 if I could leave more stars! They also offer virtual classes, so it's win-win!

Love, love, love Denver Barre Collective and owner Andrea! The studio is BEAUTIFUL, the instructors are all top notch (be prepared to get your booty kicked!), and the workouts are the perfect complementary cross training for endurance athletes. I'm long time runner with overuse / imbalance issues, and barre classes have helped me a ton. I'm hooked!! Oh, and they have the cutest retail shop and make shopping way too easy! Parking is actually pretty easy too. There are always spots (and FREE) just across the I-25 pedestrian bridge on Central.

Denver Barre Collective is my favorite spot to workout! The variety of classes coupled with the skill of the teachers make this studio a gem in our city. Every thing from barre, trampoline, dance, burlesque workshops, and even meditation and sound baths, the offerings here are always inspiring, challenging, and fun! The space is convenient and centrally located from all sides of town. The owner is a fabulous Latinx native Colorado gal and it makes my heart happy to support and celebrate this marvelous business.

I only started going to Denver Barre Collective at the start of the new year, and they've given me every reason to come back. I first went as a ClassPasser, and I thought the class' intensity, enthusiasm and shared sense of womanhood made it worth buying their two-week special. When I had some technical issues with my account, Andrea spent about four hours talking with customer service representatives to help me. Not to mention that, every class, she makes an effort to start a conversation and make you feel at home. I've brought several of my friends to both their barre and jump classes, and will continue to do so!

I took a barre class here through Class Pass. I wouldn't return even if it was free.
Working out makes me feel good/energized and happy. Not this place. No one welcomed me or even talked to me.
When the class was over, the teacher was the first one to leave. There were only 4 people in the class. I was the last one to leave. It was odd.
I felt invisible. It was a horrible experience.
I've never felt so bad after working out.
If you want a good barre class with a great group of people take a barre class at Fit Collective. All the instructors are kind. They ask your name and some how remember it.
They introduce to other class members. You feel connected.

Barre Forte was the first place I tried barre, and I loved it! I am someone who thinks of exercise as requiring sweaty cardio to "count", but I am consistently VERY sore from barre and can tell that if I keep going to class, I will see results quickly! I have enjoyed the 5 or so classes I have attended, and definitely plan to continue going.

Barre Forte is conveniently located for anyone living in lohi or downtown. I love going there because of the location, the schedule and the facility. It’s a small but nice workout space and the classes I’ve been to have never been over-crowded. The class times work perfectly for anyone working a 9-5 job- I love the barre express classes (40 minutes vs. the normal hour). The teachers are really great- all very knowledgeable and will give you tips on how to make moves easier/harder as well as adjust your actions without being overly aggressive/touchy. The classes are always different, which is nice because they somehow also always seem to work the same muscles- you will shake during some classes (in the best possible way!) and leave sore. My only complaint is the music. I don’t think the moves always go to the tempo making it harder to keep up, and the music is either way too quiet or way too loud. Would love better music for the AM classes as they are hard to get into at 6am. Would also love to see some more ab work in the classes although I acknowledge the point of barre isn’t abs. Will definitely keep going to barre forte!

I've been taking barre classes for over 5 years now, and I love the Barre Forte family. I had always gone to the original studio in Southmoor/Cherry Hills, but now that I moved further north, I decided to try out the LoHi location. The studio is GORGEOUS, modern, and sleek; the instructors are amazing, and I've felt welcome from day one. The results I achieve when I attend class regularly are wonderful, and my moods are always elevated after taking class! I would absolutely recommend this studio to anyone - brand new to barre, or those who have years of experience.

The workouts were decent, the teacher did a good job of keeping the class upbeat and challenging.
Unfortunately, I experienced very poor customer service. I emailed the studio regarding a concern of the studio being closed for multiple days rendering the new client unlimited month special useless for me. I never received a reply. I emailed again. I called multiple times and left two voicemails. I finally got a hold of them after calling AGAIN weeks later before a class in which a woman named Sarah was incredibly defensive explaining that they responded to my initial email (despite me never receiving it- I checked every folder in my email). After explaining that I never received it, and asking why they didn't follow-up with me after receiving my second email and two voicemails making it clear I didn't receive their message- she was annoyed, unapologetic, rude, and told me they extended my month - what more do I want?
I would rather use my money to support a small studio in the area that takes responsibility for communicating with their clients, especially new ones. I did not use the rest of my unlimited month and would not recommend this studio to peers.

I love taking classes here! The space is nice and open and while it's challenging the environment is not too intense. This is the trendiest barre studio I've been to thus far. I was feeling somewhat outfit inadequate at first but then I noticed even the dressed up people had to take plenty of breaks. That just goes to show that barre is hard for everyone!
I went to a class on Sunday morning so the street parking all around was free and easy to find a spot. Going here during the week might be trickier. The instructor had fun, upbeat music and encouraged everyone to push themselves, but while reminding us to bend our knees and how to be aligned so we weren't straining any joints. At one point, she said "Come on ladies, you came here instead of brunch, power through it!". We all laughed and powered through it.
I wish I had brought a yoga mat because there were a couple of moves in the beginning that we were on our knees on the floor. I have very sensitive knees so had to stop halfway through and still ended up with a couple bruises. If your knees aren't as knobby as mine, you should be fine.

Having never been to a Barre class before I don't have much to compare this too, but I liked it. The place is clean, there's cubbies for your stuff, and the studio is mostly lit with natural light. They require socks of some kind and generally have a class max of about 16, which would fit pretty well in the studio.
Our instructor was motivating and nice and mean (in a good work out kind of way) all at the same time. It was a really great workout. I'd come here again for sure, it's just not convenient to where I live.

Very inclusive, I am not a skinny ballet dancer type and I felt right at home. And oh Gawd did I feel the burn. First class is free so give it a try and don't be afraid to stop during a set if you need to. I did. A lot.
