Love Discover Strength!! I’ve been having a tough time after a big move away from friends and family, and the trainers here all are so friendly, make you feel comfortable and are so encouraging! They have helped me find my strength and confidence again in myself and my body! The personal training is so nice - it’s well tracked to help you improve, they focus on your goals, and push you to reach your capacity!! If you are new to the gym, need an extra push, or some accountability I would definitely recommend them! Shout out to trainer Joey who’s worked closely with me and been helping me out of my funk!

I've always been curious about weight training, but have always been too intimidated to try it. I never wanted to try the weight machines at the gym for fear of looking silly or worse, hurting myself. Discover Strength finally gave me the opportunity to learn how to do weight training safely and effectively. Saif and Joey explained all the machines to me, worked with me on my form, and made adjustments with me when needed. This is personal training that is scientifically informed in a beautiful, state-of-the-art gym. I highly recommend Discover Strength for anyone looking to learn about weight training or who want to take their fitness to the next level.

Cannot say enough about this place! The workout was excellent, and the trainers are extremely knowledgeable; they truly push you to perform your best. Hands down, the best strength workout out there. I was a loyal client of Discover Strength at their original location in MN (2x/week for 9 years!) and am so delighted to have a location near me here in CO. You will not get a more efficient, effective strength training workout anywhere. The trainers are highly educated in their field; they know how to push you hard but safely (they are sticklers for form!). The equipment is top of the line and the studio is immaculate. This is my 4th week at Discover Strength, and trust me you'll feel the workout. Gradually my trainer is upping the weight and pushing me a little further. I have lower back issues as well as a bum knee. Both trainers are always adjusting and asking how the excersises feel, paying close attention to my limitations. Really have enjoyed my time here and I'm starting to see and feel a difference!

Had my first workout with Saif and it was an incredible experience. I'm the kind of person that can follow a plan to a T and never really wanted to work directly with someone. This HIIT gym has been a game-changer for me. With a hectic schedule, getting an effective, full-body workout in just 30 minutes is exactly what I needed. The personal trainer keeps me motivated, pushes me just enough, and makes sure I’m using proper technique (no small feat). I met the owner Saif through the South Metro Denver Chamber and loved hearing about this wonderful new locally owned business and the approach to strength training. After visiting in person and completing a workout with Joey, I am even more impressed! I really appreciate the professionalism, personal attention and high-end experience along with the science and data behind benefits of strength training 2 x per week for 30 minutes. I am NOT a gym person and this was the best experience I have ever had! Bonus: all of the Discover Strength trainers hold degrees in exercise science and are certified exercise physiologists. Our company was brought on to help with some contracting work which is how I was introduced to them. They were absolutely wonderful to work with. After the work was done, I started working out with them personally and they are a fantastic group to work with. I was skeptical about doing an entire workout in just 30 mins but trust me, when you are done, it'll feel much greater than that. If you don't have a lot of free time for the gym but like to be pushed, this is the perfect place for you. 10/10 service 10/10 knowledge 10/10 friendliness and professionalism 10/10 made in the USA equipment 10/10 clean facilty. They offer a free workout to see if you like it. Genuinely don't have a negative thing to say. Best gym I've been a part of in a decade. I wish all the luck to the owners and everybody who works there. Go check them out!
