After being inactive for the past year, I approached my first workout with some apprehension. I was happy and relieved that after my first workout, I left the gym pain free, but still felt I had a good work out. That was followed by my second workout four days later. I worked muscle groups that I hadn't used in over a year, and felt pain-free and invigorated!!

Just finished my first week here and cannot recommend enough! As a primary care provider with a sports med background, the evidence based model and program for strength training is phenomenal. This is the most efficient and effective workout I have experienced. I love their evidence-based approach and the intensity level is perfect! Working out is a science and they will push you ways you could never push yourself. I promise you will not be disappointed. Best workout ever! Very personalized and the team is amazing!

My sister and I just did our first workout here and it was great! The studio is nice and modern, and the workout is SO effective. Nate, the trainer, was very knowledgeable and encouraged us to push our limits beyond what we ever thought was possible!
