Dood! So happy you stopped by. We are built on the foundation that every person deserves to live a life as the best version of who they are. To us that means the healthiest, happiest, most intentional a human can be. Through physical fitness, nutrition, and growth mindset coaching we will meet you where you are and help you grow. Too many people are just surviving rather than thriving and we want to change that in the most positive way!

If you’re looking for a health coach who truly listens and tailors their approach to your needs, I can’t recommend Kaylie and William at Live Well Dood enough! When I was struggling with some health challenges, they gave me the guidance and support I needed to improve my nutrition—especially as a vegetarian. They took the time to create a plan that actually worked for me, and their positivity and encouragement made all the difference, especially during my surgery recovery. I'm so glad I was able to find out about Dood, I've been working with William and Kaylie for a few months now and I have nothing but extraordinary things to say; they have great communication, they are also super knowledgeable about how the body works or should* work and how to properly maintain a healthy lifestyle without being tedious or exhausting. They help find a balance that works for your specific lifestyle and routine and give you tips on how to keep improving. I'm so happy about my progress and it wouldn't have been possible without them. I can't say enough good things about Kaylie and William. This was my first time working with a personal trainer and they were superb. They're insanely knowledgeable and motivating. They basically checked off all the boxes you would want in a trainer. We followed the plan and saw results...simple as that. Spare tire is almost completely gone now baby! Working with the Doods has been an incredible experience!! Kayls and Will have helped me fine tune my nutrition so it fits my long term goals. I have been going to CrossFit and I spend most of my time outdoors and the Doods have been super supportive of my lifestyle and have provided the best meals for me to cook and prepare ahead of time. I have weekly check-ins with them where I send them progress photos, my water intake, hours of sleep, and answer questions about my nutrition and training. It is super easy to be honest with them so when I fall off my regular routine they aren’t harsh nor do they shame you, rather they encourage you and help you get back on track! Absolutely recommend working with them if you are looking for help with nutrition!

super amazing people!!! they were always there for me & were open and honest about everything. they allowed me to text them at any time of the day & they were super quick with responding and great with communicating! What can I say? Kaylie and William may have actually saved my life in the long run. I lost over fifteen pounds while still eating all the foods I love. I just learned how to eat them in a healthier manner, and add healthy food into the mix.

I used to eat nothing but junk before Kaylie and William taught me the "Dood" way. Thanks to their guidance and them believing in me, I am a changed man! They also helped me drastically with working out on a regular basis, and I will continue to use the "Dood" method in the years to come!

I had struggled with being “skinny-fat” for a few years. I thought I ate pretty clean, but after working with Kaylie and William, I realized just how poor my diet was. I was able to shed a bunch of belly fat and inflammation, but it doesn’t stop there. They taught me healthy eating habits that will bring long term results. This experience gave me a new mindset about my food choices and I never want to go back to my old ways. I am very happy with my results, and I’d highly recommend Dood!

So I was kind of lost didn’t know where to start, but I knew we needed to make a change, I got on the thumbtack app and reached out to live well dood. We then set up a zoom meeting, I told them first thing, if you tell me I can’t have margaritas and Mexican food, I’m out, I will close this computer so fast. Let’s just be honest Kaylie had me at the first F bomb. I was like yep this is my girl. I like real people, doing real things.
We decided to take a leap and do their 12 week program. It actually ended up being a little longer because I wasn’t ready to breakup with them at the end of the 12 weeks. They really listened and heard our wants/needs/goals we were looking to achieve. They adjusted our program to fit our lifestyle. I can’t thank these two enough for giving us the love for ourselves back.

Kaylie and William are amazing! Seriously the best coaches I could of asked for! The food they recommend is delicious and I am actually enjoying cooking now. They design workouts specifically for me and have helped me get my confidence up for killing it at gym. I’ve only worked with Kaylie and William for a couple of weeks now but they are really helping me out to make myself feel like a better me. When working with Kaylie and William you will see just how much they genuinely care about you and they don’t make you feel judged and are not negative at all as they somehow manages to make you laugh when you feel like giving up on your workout you are doing at the moment.
