DriveTrain Fitness provides instructor-lead Lagree Fitness (resistance training) classes catered to all abilities and levels of athleticism. This workout utilizes sequential movements on a proprietary fitness machine called a Megaformer (M3) that is comprised of two stationary platforms and a movable, spring-loaded carriage. A high-intensity, low-impact workout, each movement is a combination of strength, endurance, cardio, balance, core and flexibility. We also offer the Hybrid class which consists of 1/2 Spin Intervals 1/2 Resistance Training.
For class, you’ll need sticky socks (available for purchase at the studio), water and the willingness to try.

I've only done 1 class so far, and yes it was a big challenge, but I did not feel intimidated or out of place no matter how lost I got, or needed to rest when no one else was. You gotta start somewhere! I have been going to a big corporate studio for some time and there's just such a different vibe at a privately owned studio. The owner even text me after my first class to ask me how I liked it. She's very passionate and that personal touch went a long way with me. I'm very excited to see where this journey takes me!

Drivetrain is an incredible fitness space to build strength no matter where you’re at in your fitness journey. I’ve been going here for two years now and have built so much strength thanks to the talented instructors. I absolutely love this place, hands down my favorite among the many Pilates (and Lagree!) studios I’ve been to. Thanks to Izzy, I keep coming back! The workouts are challenging but also approachable. The atmosphere among the instructors is always warm, fun, and welcoming, and everyone single one of them has been willing to take the time to give me extra encouragement and advice when needed. The level of coaching here is some of the best. Lindsey, the owner, is also very responsive and helpful to any questions about membership, etc. Can’t recommend this place enough.

This place is awesome. Truly what makes this place great, whether it is a start or continuing your lagree journey, is the knowledgeable instructors.
A lot of the time, going into any form of group fitness; it can be daunting. But the environment is upbeat and optimistic. The instructors show you and assist in any modifications needed to still allow you to get the most out of the class without risking not only your form, but as well as reducing any risk of hurting yourself.
From the owner to instructors to the people taking the class along with you, it has been a really great experience. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

I love Drive Train. It is more than a workout space. It’s community. I have been going for a year. Each instructor makes each class hard but fun. I recently started spinning after a few other members kept suggesting it. Lagree has made me strong in a way no other workout has.
The owner Lindsay is a fantastic coach. Her classes fill up quick because we all love her. She takes the time to know each member and make sure they are always satisfied. I’m so grateful for Drive Train!

The instructors are great at giving clear directions, and providing a workout that makes you sweat and shake!! I always feel that painfully-wonderful lagree burn within the 1st 2 minutes of class! Seriously.. My core has never been stronger!

This is the best studio ever! If you like Pilates but are looking for something that is higher intensity, this is the place for you. All of the instructors are so knowledgeable, caring, and passionate about their craft. The workouts are always challenging (and never get easier, you just get stronger)! I love the mix of resistance training on the megaformers and cardio on the spin bikes. Lindsey is an amazing studio owner with a heart of gold. She’s created an atmosphere of amazing instructors and members who are incredibly kind and supportive. It’s become like a second home to me! It’s a small studio but that’s what I like about it, you get to know people well and there’s no pressure or competition, just a handful of people getting in a really great workout. I’m so grateful for DriveTrain!!

I have been coming here for around five months and I am so so glad I made to decision to commit to an unlimited membership. I have done many types of exercise and I was initially worried that the studio would feel cliquey. I was so wrong. From day one Lindsey and the teachers have been so warm and encouraging. All of the people that attend are super friendly and it really is an amazing community of people.
Keeping in mind that is just the cultural highlights! The workouts themselves are extremely challenging and engage your entire body. It’s easy to modify and make something easier or harder depending on where you are at. This workout gives me the accomplished feel of weight lifting and the mental clarity of yoga or barre. I look forward to my scheduled workout times and love the results I have seen. As someone who sits at a desk all day this has helped with my posture and back/neck pain as well.
This is a gem of a gym with amazing people teaching and I would 10/10 recommend you check it out!

By far the best Lagree experience I’ve had in the Denver area! The vibes are so welcoming and the workout was amazing. Lindsey has done an amazing job of cultivating a community - you can feel the soul of this place when she teaches. I love how this workout can fit for someone who is just starting their exercise journey, or someone looking for a super hard kick my butt workout - it’s just a difference in a few springs or range of motion! Drive Train has my approval, and this is coming from a doctor of physical therapy :) can’t wait to try out a hybrid class, so rare to find a studio that offers more than one workout!

I’m hooked on these classes! I’ve been coming for about 9 months now regularly. I had a pretty pesky foot injury for most of the time here which I thought would limit me to only 2/3 of the class but Lindsay took the time to give me personalized moves each class so that I wouldn’t be on my feet. The whole place is so friendly and positive. Highly recommend!

This Lagree studio is very special to me. The owner and instructors put so much care and passion into their work. They make the workouts hard core and yet very fun. I’ve attended 2 classes so far and I really like it. It only takes a short while to get the hang of it, and the instructors are great and very helpful when it comes to correcting form to get into proper alignment. I liked it so much that I’m bringing my teenage sons in soon. They are both athletes and will benefit from the strength and balance they will gain from this incredible workout. Definitely recommend!

Try a class! You will LOVE it! The studio itself is in a darling neighborhood and a pristine space with fabulous instructors. This “non-morning person” has enjoying waking up before the sun to attend the 7 am Friday class. Tennyson is even more charming at sunrise and you will love the company and class.:)

This workout is challenging but very doable, even for a beginner like myself. The instructors are very welcoming and understanding if you need any modifications during the class. Wow!! Such a powerful workout! Every instructor I’ve met has been very welcoming, thorough, and attentive! Having never touched a reformer, I was a little intimidated, but the instructors walked me through every movement, offered modifications, and motivated us to work hard. This workout will kick your butt in the best way! I have taken two different classes from two different instructors, Amy and Jen, both were fantastic. I was sore everywhere for 2 days after my Saturday morning class from Amy!
The studio is upstairs of the complex and you enter from a door on Tennyson. There is street parking and a small parking lot right next to the building. I had no problem parking and really enjoyed the location.

I'm seriously addicted! I signed up for the grand opening unlimited package. I have tried various instructors and have enjoyed all of them. They are all super motivating and make classes fun. I have already committed to continuing my membership. I'm so glad they opened up right in my area.

The owners, are super helpful and have been very responsive in my emails as I had tons of questions about the different memberships.
