Amanda’s Inferno HOT Pilates wakes me up in the best way. I love her music choices and how she keeps it fun when we are wooooorkin! She’s just great.
I honestly can’t believe I didn’t try this studio earlier. Everyone is super nice, the studio has great vibes, and there’s always plenty of class options throughout the day.

Inner Immersion is an absolutely amazing experience. It's like a next-level sound bath.
I got into a deep state this time, deeper than in the past (though past times were also incredible). The unique sounds, live chimes, gongs, singing, etc, elevate the meditation guidance and help you go deeper. I felt safe, held, and well guided. The headphones are a fantastic idea for many reasons: you hear guidance given in a soft, gentle voice without straining; you hear intimate details of the meditative music being created; but honestly best of all is that the headphones keep you from getting distracted by other sounds in the room around you (of people moving or making noise.) The room can get a little crowded because this class has gotten popular. But once settled in, you don't notice, and so many people doing the practice at the same time makes for great energy.
I am grateful E8 Yoga allows folks to join in classes and sessions like this even if not a member. The Immersion sessions are 1.5 - 2 hours and I wouldn't want them any shorter. I recommend laying on a couple mats and/or blanket since the wooden floor can feel a little hard after two hours of Shavasana. This is one of the best meditative experiences I've had outside of retreat.

I’ve only tried yoga a handful of times in the past, and honestly, it never really clicked for me—until now. I decided to give E8 a try because I was looking for something more relaxing… and I was not expecting to be this impressed. Out of the few classes I’ve taken, two have been at E8—and they completely changed my perspective.
I’m genuinely so happy to have found this place. I just booked my third class and am hoping to make it a regular part of my routine. I’ve fallen in love with the practice. I guess I just needed to find something that truly matches my vibe—and this is totally it.

I was only at E8 for a few short months, but my experience was so wonderful at this studio. E8 was the first yoga studio I ever loved and felt totally relaxed and happy in in my life, after having tried several other studios over many years. I stopped going only because my partner and I moved to Denver- after trying some places out here, I can’t say how much I miss E8. Truly a warm, healing environment, taught by strong, competent, and compassionate people ❤️

I have been practicing at e8 yoga since June of 2024, and it's starting to feel like my second home. During savasana last week, I reflected on how absolutely safe I feel in this studio. My partner and I stumbled upon this space looking for Hot Yoga and Kundalini, and we found all that and more. We found a safe place curated by a teacher with decades of personal and practical experience, and we found a welcoming space devoid of pretentiousness. The founder, John, brings a rich knowledge of yogic philosophy, physiology, and practice, himself having lived and studied in India for many years. He shares a contemplative practice that is rooted in scholarly wisdom, playful exploration, and heart-centered joy, with a clear desire to leave each student well-resourced to navigate the world with grace and a deeper understanding of their [10] bodies. I have personally taken classes from 8 incredible teachers (discovering my love of Yin Yoga and Ashtanga), each one offers so many gifts and practices that show up in my life daily. There is everything from slow and steady to fast and athletic, approachable by all skill levels, plus special weekend events, gong baths, and chanting. e8 is a true blessing for us Longmonsters, thank you to the entire team for being a ray of light and hope for our community.

Really inviting and relaxing. We did a yin class. I was looking for a place to relax and ease anxiety. I also had my parents with me and was very slightly worried it might be tough or discouraging for them.
Nope! It was the best ever! We did get there a little earlier and the instructor was SO welcoming and talked to my parents a bit too which I’m sure helped them relax even more. Not to mention just walking in and the the whole atmosphere is just inviting/relaxing.
Love it! Can not recommend it enough

E8 Yoga Studio is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I felt an overwhelming sense of calm and positivity. The studio itself is beautifully designed—clean, serene, and perfectly lit to create a soothing atmosphere. The instructors are truly top-notch, each bringing their unique style and expertise to the classes. They provide clear, encouraging guidance, making every session accessible for both beginners and seasoned yogis.
I particularly love the variety of classes offered, from invigorating Vinyasa flows to deeply restorative Yin sessions. There's something for every mood and energy level. The community here is incredibly welcoming and supportive, which makes every visit feel like a retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Whether you're looking to deepen your practice, unwind after a long day, or simply connect with a wonderful community, E8 Yoga Studio is the place to be. I leave every class feeling rejuvenated and inspired. Highly recommend!

I am new-ish to yoga and new to this studio. I am so happy to have chosen this studio as my yoga home. All the instructors I have had are welcoming and encouraging no matter the level you are at. It feels like a community of trust here. I was also pleasantly surprised to discover the breath and meditation classes too. I highly recommend the gong bath with Ian Friday nights. Thank you E8!!

Feeling fortunate to have discovered this hidden gem, E8 Yoga Studio has become my sanctuary for yoga practice. It exudes a magical atmosphere that nurtures the mind, body, and soul. The studio offers an impressive range of classes, from meditative sound baths to invigorating heated flows and challenging strength sessions. What sets E8 apart is its commitment to authenticity—a true community-based studio that values substance over frills.
The instructors at E8 are exceptional. Their knowledge, warmth, and unique teaching styles make each class a special experience. In just six months at E8, I've gained more insights into fine-tuning my body's unique form and honing my mental focus than in almost a decade of practicing yoga. A special thanks to the outstanding guidance from Kate, John, Casey, and Brittany :)
One aspect I particularly love about E8 is the absence of mirrors in the studio. This deliberate choice has been significant for me, allowing me to focus on feeling and staying present without the distraction of self-judgment. The studio's emphasis on the internal experience rather than external appearances has deepened my practice and boosted my confidence.
Being part of the E8 community is an honor. Here you are surrounded by kind-hearted individuals who are supportive and encouraging no matter where you may be on your journey.

E-8 Yoga studio is a spacious relaxing, clean studio.
I go to the Thursday hot yoga @ 9am with Dot. Dot is always at the front desk with her welcoming smile to greet us. Dot has a soothing and clear voice, so you always understand her yoga commands. She is also well informed with the anatomy. Big plus is her humor and wit. I enjoy going to this little gem and hope to try some of the other classes.

E8 has been an amazing studio to be a part of. From heart-centric offerings to well studied teachers, I have found this studio to be a very inviting place to practice movement and sound healing.
There are a variety of classes offered throughout each day and for a VERY reasonable price given the market of typical yoga studios.
I personally look forward to my Sunday Ritual of E8 Strength Training at 7:30a followed by 90-min Hot at 9:00. May you find your ritual at E8.

I have been having a wonderful experience at E8 yoga! I am so grateful to have found this place. It is unlike any other studio I have tried.
E8 features an IR heat system (not HVAC) to give a steady, relaxing heat without the forced air. The studio is always very clean and inviting. It is designed exclusively for yoga and makes me feel connected with the practice.
I have had classes with four instructiors (Kyra, Amanda, Mark, and John) and all of them have been top notch! They are true professionals with a passion for the practice. They make adjustments in a kind, unintimidating way that makes me feel invited to challenge myself. It is more as if they are inviting or showing you how to access a pose or position rather than telling you what to do. The instructors are gentle and pay attention both to larger themes and smaller details. The instruction has clicked for me here more than in any other practice.
I feel amazing after every session! I always look forward to my time here.

John teaches a challenging vinyasa class. He's a heck of a teacher. Good vibes in the room - easy parking - central location - my only issue is there is no showers -but this is very good studio and i would definitely recommend. also - probably the most affordable option in Longmont for a monthly membership.

Amazing atmosphere and vibrant energy. Being someone that has not practiced yoga in a long time, I fit right in with the E8 community. They have classes for every level of practitioner. I started with some basic hot yoga and vinyasa classes for the first 6 months, and now I have switched to a very rewarding daily practice. John is an amazing teacher with tremendous energy. I have also been fortunate to practice with some other fantastic teachers here. I tell all my friends about this place, and enthusiastically support their journey to a better life.

I've been attending Paige Roberts' candlelight beginners class once a week for a while. I leave her class feeling like a million bucks. Her class is a crucial part of my health and wellness routine (mostly biking, tennis, and Pilates). Right now I'm four weeks out from an arthroscopic knee surgery, and due to the small class size and her knowledge, I've been able to safely get through class with modifications and still feel like I'm benefiting from the practice. She is all about empowering students to advance our yoga practices in ways that make sense for each of us. My schedule has limited my yoga practice so I haven't been able to take other classes at E8 but I'm dying to explore the wide variety of classes on the schedule! The owner of the studio, John, subbed for Paige one evening and the dude is an amazing instructor too. This is not a cookie cutter yoga place in any sense. I also appreciate how low key this studio is. No egos there. It's a huge relief to go somewhere where the instructors and clients aren't full of themselves...much more genuine and welcoming than some other franchise-type places I've practiced yoga. Finally, I love how close it is to my house. It is centrally located in Longmont, easy to get to, and no parking issues. I'm very grateful for E8Yoga.

E8YOGA is offering a lovely variety of styles and teachers with a very accommodating schedule. I purchased the monthly pass and I feel like it is an excellent value! The space is beautiful, lined with cedar walls and drapes, designed for a heated practice. It feels like a cocoon and I feel made new after every hour spent 🐛🦋 Vaccine status is verified upon arrival and there is plenty of room to spread out. Good things happening there 🙏🏻

The secret is out!! E8 Yoga is a new independent yoga studio in Longmont and the community that is building is amazing. Each class I’ve taken (26+2, Baptiste, Yin, Power Vinyasa, community class) has left me feeling energized, well worked, and excited to be back in class and on my mat.
A technical note- their air, heating and humidity system is the best one I’ve experienced after ~20 years of practicing Bikram, Baptiste and other random heated yoga. It gets hot (yay!) but it is even heat across the room and never stuffy. And the flooring and walls don’t absorb any yoga sweat funk! Also, the sound system and music is top notch. The studio was intentionally designed and you can feel it.
Last but not least, John, the owner, and all the teachers are the freaking bomb and motivate their classes from a place of curiosity, joy and love of yoga, all while having fun. So- if you’re in the area- go try out a class!! To quote one of my favorite teachers- get your a$$ in class!

I've been going to E8YOGA for a little over a month, and I am very happy with the studio.
What I like:
+ E8YOGA has a mask waiver from Boulder county. Everyone who attends is required to show proof of vaccination. I feel safe and appreciate that E8 went this route.
+ I can ride my bike to the studio. It is a great neighborhood studio, only minutes from my home. It makes it easy to get there over lunch or in the morning.
+ The instructors are great. I've been doing yoga on and off for many years and have experienced a wide range of instruction. The instructors are friendly, care about the practitioners, and are very helpful with cues and providing alternate positions.
+ The place is inviting and modest with a wide variety of classes (e.g., hot, Yin, flow, hip hop). I love the wood interior sans mirrors!
Overall a great place.
