This gym exceeds all expectations. This area is an excellent option for those of us with young children who sometimes hesitate to work out because we don't know who to leave them with. So if you have children, don't hesitate to come and see for yourself what this place is like. The facilities are super clean and very well maintained, and I'm speaking generally about the entire gym; it's excellently maintained.

I signed up for this gym thinking, "New me, new gains!" But honestly, it's been more like "New frustrations, same me." First off, it's always packed. Like, sardines in a sweaty can packed. You have to hover around equipment like a vulture, waiting for someone to finish their set. And when you finally get a machine, good luck finding all the parts. And don't even get me started on the "cleanliness." I've seen cleaner gas stations. The locker rooms smell like a mix of old socks and regret, and the showers? Let's just say I wear flip-flops for a reason. The staff seems more interested in their phones than helping anyone, and the music is always some weird techno remix that makes me want to run... far, far away.
Honestly, I'd have better luck working out in my cramped apartment. At least there, I can control the music and the level of grime. Save your money and your sanity. Find another gym or just do some push-ups at home. You'll be better off.
This gym is where dreams go to die. Seriously, I've seen more life in a graveyard. The equipment looks like it was salvaged from a medieval torture chamber – rusty, creaky, and probably held together with duct tape and wishful thinking.
The staff acts like they're doing you a favor by even acknowledging your existence. Forget asking for help; you'll get a blank stare and a shrug. And the clientele? A delightful mix of gym bros grunting like gorillas and people who clearly haven't seen a vegetable in a decade. The locker rooms are a biohazard zone. I'm pretty sure I saw a colony of mold thriving in the showers. And the smell? Imagine a locker room, marinate it in despair, and then leave it out in the sun for a week. That's the aroma you're dealing with. If you're looking for a gym that will crush your spirit and leave you questioning your life choices, then congratulations, you've found it. Otherwise, run. Run far, far away and never look back from this place.

I've been going to Elite for almost a year now and truly have nothing but amazing things to say!

One of the biggest things that drew me in was that they cap general entry, so I’m never stuck waiting around to start my workout. And the fact that they have a 15kg barbell? Huge win for us lady Weightlifters! I can get in, get my compound lifts + accessories done and head out! All without waiting on a machine or platform. They have two platforms and tons of racks, so it’s never crowded.

Even though I haven’t worked with a trainer, Mikal, Dustin, and Brendan have always made me feel right at home. They're welcoming, encouraging, and create such a great atmosphere. As does the rest of the team!

And I have to give a special shoutout to the sweet blonde girl at the front desk! I feel awful I don’t remember her name, I know it’s such a unique cool name! But she’s truly the best. Every single time I walk in, she greets me with the warmest smile and makes me feel like she genuinely cares. Whether it’s answering a question, checking me in, or just saying hi, she goes above and beyond and really adds to what makes this gym feel like a community. I swear I know her name, it’s just on the tip of my tongue - I promise I appreciate you!

I’m honestly so sad to be leaving! if I wasn’t moving out of state, I’d 100% still be working out at Elite. I’m truly going to miss this gym and the amazing people who make it feel so special. Spot is nice, very new so I suspect great things to come. Only 3weeks in so... The staff is amazing and welcoming. The state of the art equipment is easy to use and clean.

More of the services should be included for the cost. The weights both the dumbells and those for bar are rarely reracked in order to sometimes it takes a min. to find the right weight. Kettle bells are all different sizes. They are on an iphone norification system and app..so......had some troubles there if your not an apple user.

Generally like this gym so far! Always very clean and most things I want to use are available and functional. I do reallllyy wish there was newer (and additional) spin bikes with clip ability. The one bike in the cardio area is old, grinds when peddling and doesn’t adjust easily. I see patrons on the upright “bikes” often while I’m there working out, I’d love to be able to cycle once / twice a week on an actual spin bike!

I recently joined this gym and have absolutely loved it. However, I went for a swim this morning and noticed a towel at the bottom of the pool and a tennis ball floating in there as well. It made me wonder if the pool is regularly maintained and treated. All other parts of the gym have been pristine and amazing so I am assuming it’s a one off incident. I would happily update my review once I am able to confirm a little more from their leadership.

Update: The owner called me and gave a great explanation of things and I really appreciated the level of effort to ensure customer satisfaction. I even saw that they have new cold plunge machines and are very diligent about cleanliness and exchanging the water. Amazing! Thank you for such a great gym!

I’ve been working out for 26 years and there is truly no gym like Elite Performance. The facility is incredibly clean, the equipment is next level, their sauna is actually hot, their kids club is amazing and they have cold plunges. "Go complain elsewhere." This dismissive and rude remark from Elite Performance Center in their reply below perfectly sums up the attitude I experienced during my time as a member. Instead of addressing legitimate concerns, they have chosen to be dismissive and confrontational, just like they’ve done with other members.

In just a couple of months, I saw their true colors. I was told I could freeze my membership and resume it when I returned, but while I was on vacation, they unfroze it without warning and charged me. Most gyms respect that a freeze lasts until the member returns, but these guys just want your money.

Their 30-day cancellation policy is yet another trap, neatly crafted to take advantage of members and make them pay for an extra month after cancellation.

If you're looking for a gym that actually cares about its members, I suggest you take their own advice and go train somewhere else, because they certainly don't care if you stay.

I have been working out at Elite Performance Center since it opened in February 2024. The TechnoGym Equipment is state of the art and I love the fact that my workout on the equipment syncs with my Apple watch! I am a student athlete at the University of Pennsylvania and this gym and trainers are top of the line. The gym is always clean and has top of the line equipment that I have not seen at many other gyms. Every trainer in the gym is very friendly and I conversed with many of the trainers and massage therapists when I come into the gym and warmup everyday. Overall, this gym is very nice and the staff is professional and willing to make the experience worthwhile for everyone in different walks of their fitness journey.

I’m definitely not an athlete but I like this place. I typically have some gym phobia being a chubby person but have found this spot quiet, welcoming, clean and there is at least one person of size who works here. It may not seem like a big deal to fit folks but it definitely put me at ease. Some of the front desk staff is young and a bit aloof but I’m not going for them so it doesn’t matter.

The crowd here is pretty diverse, it’s low pressure if you want it to be and I haven’t found it crowded by any means at any time I’ve been here.

My only wish is that there was a gender neutral locker area. There may not be many trans folks who attend but as a non-passing gender queer person, it would be nice to not get weird looks when walking into the women’s locker room. Weirder looks would come from using the men’s for sure.

Overall a great place for folks of any fitness level, no shortage of machines or space and friendly enough.

Loving Elite and training with Camala. The facility is clean and has everything you need. The pool is never crowded and our kids LOVE the childcare center. Camala listens to my fitness goals, is so fun/kind, and clearly knows what she’s doing/is great at correcting my form. Update: after filing a formal complaint someone from the gym (Tay, one of basketball trainer) finally talked to me. I will keep this a 3 star until maybe the gym stops renting out the whole court 3 days a week at prime time. If you want to sign up because you want to use the basketball court, I say you should look somewhere else. If you want to do it to use other amenities, go for it.

Update: now they rent out the whole basketball court Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 6:30-9:30. Really disappointed with the management with this decision. This is nothing like what we were told when we toured the facility. Outside those hours, they also have private basketball lessons run by 3 different trainers. Really difficult getting court times now

The one thing that is very disappointing is the basketball court which was the main reason we signed up. The facility has 1 full court with 4 side rims (6 rims). When I toured the facility the guy said they never rent out the court, they have ONE trainer that can do private lessons, and he also said the trainer only use 1 rim. These are all not true. They use the court for an adult league on Thursday night. I have seen 3 different coaches giving out private lessons and I have seen instances were 2 coaches are doing private at the same time. The private lessons also take half of the court (3 rims). So sometimes you will be fighting for a spot on one side of the court with 3 rims. I am guessing this gym will be accepting more and more members and the problem will get worse. I just hope there wont be anymore leagues taking over the court and management really consider the amount of private trainings/trainers. If you want to sign up because of something other than basketball, I say go for it! The gym is really nice and I have nothing bad to say about it. If you want to sign up because of basketball, I say proceed with caution. If you come to shoot around with your kid after school around 6pm, you will be disappointed. We will see what happen in the summer when there is no school. I hope I can easily train with my daughter in the afternoon on weekdays. Right now we try to do basketball late at night when the gym is empty, but that is really messing up with her schedule because we wont be home until 10:30 pm.

After three knee surgeries and all the ligaments, Taylor is the first trainer who has understood the complex issues that criss-cross while I’m attempting to get back out there.

Amazing facility - you can tell they really put a lot of thought into what would make this the go-to spot for both high-level athletes as well as general population who still like to think they can keep up and want to be apart of that environment! Also cannot say enough great things about Taylor Heppner - not only is she personable and easy to get along with but knows her stuff and is hands down one of the smartest/most dedicated trainers I’ve had the pleasure of working with!

I’ve been training with the elite team for a few years now and their staff have always been incredible - now they have an awesome facility to match! Huge variety of equipment, beautiful locker rooms, pool, sauna, hot tub, COLD PLUNGE, and a whole room of gadgets dedicated to workout recovery. The membership is insanely affordable for the offerings. If you’re looking for a trainer, Taylor is amazing! She has been a huge part of my success in injury recovery and is so motivating and fun to workout with. Highly recommend!!

I love this new facility! I just canceled my membership at another gym to fully commit to coming to Elite. The equipment is amazing, it’s clean, and the staff is wonderful. I’ve been training here for a while with Taylor and Jimmy and they’re both incredible at their job. I have excelled at my sport even becoming a regular starter for my elite level rugby team. I credit my success so much to their dedication and training. I’m so glad I found Elite!

I really like this gym so far especially for the price. It used to be a 24 hour fitness years ago. They have a wide range of machines and it’s big. I give this gym 4 stars, it could be a 5 if they changed 2 things. First, the women’s locker room shower heads are so powerful it’s actually painful. The pressure is too intense and there’s no way to adjust them, they just don’t have an adjustment setting. I’m normally not picky about shower heads but i find it so odd that you can’t adjust the pressure at all. I find myself rushing through the shower rather than relaxing. I’ve never seen another woman shower in there and maybe that’s why. The second thing is the steam room. It’s spacious but it doesn’t smell great and it’s not hot enough. It smells like sweat especially if someone else is in there with you. It would be great if they could increase the amount of steam and add a spray bottle of eucalyptus water or lavender water or something to make it more pleasant (my last gym had this and it was very popular). Overall I’m really glad this gym opened up here and I really think these 2 things would greatly improve this gym. Thank you Elite!

Kind, knowledgable, and upbeat staff. Love the basketball court and the legit indoor track lane. Found out they have a cold tub too? Hard to find a center as catered to athletes as this is…also at a good price!

Beautiful facility. I started out working with Nick Vinson in high school. He helped train me to play division 1 soccer. He was at one location back then and now he has multiple. The quality of each facility is outstanding. A great place to workout.
