Stacie believes that it is her life purpose to share the gift of Yoga with anyone who is willing to say yes. In addition to raising a family and being an advocate for those with disabilities, Stacie is founder of Embracing Spirit Yoga which specializes in bringing adaptive Yoga into community centers and rehabilitation clinics. Bringing her depth of compassion to the mat--or the chair--she offers students the opportunity to grow as an individual in all aspects of their life.
With over 18 years experience, Stacie Wyatt is a E-RYT 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, Wellness Coach, Senior YogaFit Instructor, Mind/Body Personal trainer, Stress Reduction Meditation Instructor, Pilates Instructor, and Barre Instructor.

Embracing Spirit and Wellness is such a wonderful place to explore yoga and holistic wellness. Stacie Wyatt is a wonderful teacher. She has helped me so much and she inspired me to live a healthy lifestyle. Stacie Wyatt taught me that yoga isn't just about stretching or becoming more limber, it's about balance. That being physical balance, spiritual balance and emotional balance. Since I started doing yoga I have lost weight and my blood pressure is under control. Stacie Wyatt also does a lot of work with the disabled. She has helped so many with brain damage and although I do not suffer from that I've heard so many good things. So if you are considering yoga and healthy living you couldn't ask for a better teacher.

Embracing Spirit Yoga is a wonderful and magical safe haven for everyone. I have always wanted to practice yoga and at age 50 I realized I better get started!
