Liv is an incredible trainer who is experienced with athletes and chronic injury. I'm a climber and was struggling with both the physical and mental tension of a lower back injury I sustained 8 years ago.
Working with Liv was the best choice I ever made for my health. They helped release trauma and fear I was still holding onto and guided me into steady strength training while teaching me how to listen to my body instead of shame or fight it. Enbodied Fitness is a queer friendly space as well and I felt safe and seen working with them.
I'm pain free now, and feel amazing mentally and like I have a real relationship with my body. If you have the opportunity to work with Liv, don't hesitate - go for it! You are in good hands ❤️

These hips don’t lie. Neither do those buns. If you’re not trying to intimidate strange men on the street, you’d probably be fine with some other trainer.
If you want to be in tune with your body’s needs and have an objectively beautiful butt, however, you’d benefit from a consultation with Liv.
Liv creates an environment that supports your fitness goals and makes going to the gym an easy habit. I’m non-binary and have gotten so much more comfortable in my skin after the last few months working with Liv.

When I moved out of the country, I found it really hard to incorporate joyful movement into my new life. I was in a period of transition (not just the queer kind, but that too, ha!) and pretty depressed, and Liv really came through for me in a huge way. They provided me not only with a well-rounded workout regimen virtually, but even offered to send me videos on form and chat with me about any issues I may run into. Even more importantly, being kind to myself and my body was emphasized to the highest degree. It's still so unfortunately rare and incredible to find intentional fitness options that are body-neutral, understanding, kind, and prioritize TRUE wellness, inside and out. I have been in and out of all kinds of fitness throughout my life - from collegiate soccer, to yoga instructor, to HIIT, to giving myself long periods of much-needed rest, and Liv is truly one of the highlights of that journey. Can't recommend Enbodied Fitness enough!

There’s so many amazing things to say about Liv. Whether you’re someone who has an extensive training background and is just looking to elevate yourself to the next level, or someone who has never stepped foot in a gym this is the person to go to. They take the time to make sure both of you are honoring your body where it’s at, and the injuries or ailments it might be enduring. They create a space that has never made me feel anything but seen and safe. As an ex collegiate and pro level athlete Liv has returned the joy of working out I had lost during my competitive years. They have helped me heal the toxic workout mentality I developed over the years, and helped my body feel better while doing it. If you’re trying to elevate your overall health, learn ways to move that actually feel good, all while gaining confidence in yourself and confidence in maintaining these things on your own…call Liv. I promise you won’t regret it!

Training with Olivia has been the most positive experience I’ve ever had! My workouts were always customized to accommodate any injuries or just pain I was experiencing due to trauma. They’re very knowledgeable and willing to work with their clients depending on where they’re at in their journey which isn’t easy to find in typical gym culture. I never felt judged or unsafe, Olivia always made sure to take EVERYTHING going on in my life into account during our sessions so I could feel confident working out. I seriously cannot recommended them enough!!!!!
