The workout is good and so is the information and plan they put you on for the first session. However, if you have any health related problems or are human and just have a life that could throw you a curve ball DON'T SIGN UP here. If you're attending the owner cares about you and if you haven't been seen in awhile he'll reach out, but when you can finally respond after a medical illness comes up and you haven't been able to go and reach out about ending your contract 2 months early due to surgery and being put on short term disability which pays next to nothing and can provide proof of a physician's note, you will just get NO RESPONSE what so ever. In my opinion that is unprofessional and not how a business should be run. Just say sorry we can't do that. Anywhere I've ever been with a medical condition they are willing to work with you, I can understand if they didn't want to and just wanted my money because that's really all they care about and I signed a 12 month contract, but at least just respond to my many emails and tell me so. I do recommend the 10 week challenge to get a jump start and learn information but LEAVE AFTER don't get trapped it's not anything you can't do on your own after 10 weeks. It's sad because I will now never go back here because of the unprofessional way I was handled in the end. In fact, if your looking for a good program just go to Orangetheory Fitness instead down the street. It won't cost you over $500 to get started. You'll get better results and can put your membership on freeze when life happens.

I cannot say enough good things about Farrell's gym in Centennial. Not only was I successful in completing the 10 week challenge but I was encouraged, inspired & supported by all staff members, coaches & other gym members the entire time. I absolutely loved the workouts & saw great results, loosing 11 inches (4.5 around my hips) & decreasing my body fat by 4.5%. I look forward to continuing my weight loss journey with Farrell's and becoming a FIT Member for life.

FXB is a place for people of all ages and fitness levels to achieve results. It is so motivating to come to class with supportive instructors who have the knowledge to challenge everyone, from the perennial couch potato to an Iron Man participant! It's incredible to me that a workout exists that can, literally, accommodate any fitness level.
Farrell's is unique in their approach to membership. Everyone starts out doing the 10 week program which includes instruction on nutrition, kickboxing form, biometric data to track over time, coaches, feedback, and a chance to win prizes. The owner of the gym reaches out to all 10 weekers with motivating and informative emails, and is very approachable for questions, suggestions, and support. He loves to hear about each member's reasons for coming to the gym and gets so psyched for us when we are successful! It's a super personalized approach. After the 10 weeks, a membership can be purchased for the year at a very reasonable price. Members continue to benefit from the camaraderie and regular fitness contests for prizes and motivation.
I was challenged, supported, and motivated during my 10 week program at Farrell's. As a result, I lost 6.75 inches (including 3 inches off my waist), and close to 10 pounds! More than those numbers though, I was able to achieve enough fitness to climb my first 14er with my son, a thing I would NOT have been able to do a couple of months ago! I also gained the confidence and motivation to continue until I reach my current goals, then make new ones.
You will find your level 10 at Farrell's. You will find a welcoming group of people that want to help you live your healthiest life. You will find a thing that works. Please come join us!

I recently completed the Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping 10-week Challenge at the Centennial Location. I lost 8 inches and 5% body fat. This is a hard, awesome, and fun workout. The coaches and Dan are very motivating and they truly care how you are doing on your food intake and your workout. You definitely should join - you will love it.

I recently completed the Farrell's Ten Week Challenge and I would highly recommend the program to any and everyone! Not only have I made significant changes to my body, but my mindset has changed so much for the better. Overall, I lost nearly twelve inches - four off my waist and three off of my hips and I lost 4.4% body fat!! I took almost 3 1/2 minutes off of my mile and I could go on and on! The workouts are challenging but extremely rewarding and never dull.

I am so pleased with what I have lost but I am more excited about what I have gained! My teammates and coaches have been there every step of the way with me, encouraging me to keep going when I didn't know that I had anything left to give. The instructors and owner are beyond helpful and always available to give feedback and encouragement.

If you are wondering if signing up is worth it I say a resounding YES!

I'll start off with my results, for anyone wondering if the program really works :-)

In 10 weeks, I lost 6.3% body fat, gained 6lbs of muscle, and lost 10 inches (3.5 of those inches being from my waist). I got much stronger... when I first started, I could only do 12 push-ups in one minute, and I can now do 50! So, if you're wondering if the program works, I'm living proof that it does.

I LOVE FXB!!! From day one, everyone is welcoming and there is a supportive family feel to the gym. I was a bit intimidated coming in on the first day, but the instructor (Jessica) showed me exactly what to do, while still keeping the class going. The workouts are challenging, and there is a good variety to keep you on your toes. Everyone works at their own level 10, so the greatest competition is yourself. My coaches, Jenny and Charlene were great as well because they helped ensure that I had great form, and checked in on me on days when I couldn't make it to class. They pushed me to keep going each week! Now that my 10 weeks are up, I'm not ready to end my journey with my wonderful team at FXB, so I signed up for the F.I.T. program. I am quite confident that I will reach my goals, and get stronger each week! Love my FXB fam!!!

I'm a pretty hard-core exerciser, but had tapered off over the past year. I needed something to get me back into the swing of regular, hard workouts and I found it at Farrell's. The workouts are intense but anyone from the most out of shape to the most fit person will enjoy them. I just finished my 10-week challenge and lost 3 percentage points of body fat, gained 7 pounds of muscle, cut over a minute off my mile time, and more than doubled my full-body push-ups! But it's not just the work-out--it's really the people. Both instructors and other classmates are fun and supportive.

The comradery of the group and the leadership from the fit members was a huge driver to get to the gym every morning. I just finished my first 10 weeks at Farrell's. I was looking for something that would push me outside my comfort zone, and after being introduced to this program through a friend, I thought I'd give it a shot. This program is so much fun, and literally life changing. In 10 weeks I lost over 13 lbs, 4.4% body fat, and lost 14 total inches (almost 7 off my waist). I was an out of shape tired mom of 3 who in just 10 weeks I took 3 whole minutes off my mile, went from 14 sit-ups in a minute to 27, and went from 26 to 60 pushups in a minute. I am stronger, faster, and ready to see what the next 10 weeks has in store.

I just completed my 10 week challenge and signed up for more! I found Farrell's while I was looking for something new and different compared to the fancy gym I was a member of. I was kidding myself thinking I could be more motivated and disciplined at the gym and get the results that I was hoping for.
I wanted something more structured, to keep me accountable, and that also had a nutrition component. I didn't need to lose weight, I just wanted to tone up, get stronger and look and feel more fit. After my 10 weeks, I lost 4% body fat and gained noticeable muscle in my body. I've gained a better understanding and appreciation of the foods that I need to eat and when, in order to fuel my body for better results.
I quickly realized how well my body was reacting to consistent exercise and consistent, good nutrition. I saw results way faster than I ever did on my own at the gym, trying to figure out the best combination of exercises for that day.
There is so much support at Farrell's throughout your 10 weeks that frankly if you don't see results, you gave up somewhere along the way. The instructors are all friendly and knowledgeable, there is weekly nutrition support and personal nutritional support if needed, there are technique classes and there are plenty of people at various levels in fitness and age. The workouts vary between kickboxing and resistance band training, which ensures that your full body is getting a complete workout every single day.
I would recommend anyone try a free class and see what the hype is about! Ask questions of any member or instructor and you will hear genuine excitement about the program and hear stories of normal people that have made extraordinary results.

I joined FXB a few months ago and recently completed their 10-week challenge program. I can honestly say that this is the best "gym" experience I have ever had!

The first day I showed up, I was greeted by numerous other members welcoming me - I'd never had that experience at a gym before. Soon, I got to know almost everyone else there, not only the other 10-weekers like me (who I was on a team with) but the members that had been there a lot longer. It was a great experience and I knew every morning when I showed up I would have some great people to work out with!

Since completing my 10-week challenge, I've signed up for a year. I had great results in my 10 weeks and the workouts have become part of my routine and something I really look forward to every day. The members, instructors, and coaches are all awesome. I love the team environment and the camaraderie of the group!

If you are looking for a gym that is a great workout but also so much more, you should definitely check out FXB!

Farrell's has been very rewarding for me! Being overweight my whole life I have tried every diet and workout that is out there. Farrell's is the 1st one I have stuck with. My husband and I have been coming to Farrell's for a year and a half now. I love the workouts! The instructors are down to earth, friendly but yet push you to do your best. The 5:45 pm class is so much fun and we have made countless friends. The energy is high and we laugh and encourage each other as we all continue our weight loss/fitness journey together! Instructor Angela and owner Dan have been there since day one with us and have been our biggest supporters. Together my husband and I have lost over 100lbs, 25% body fat and 40"!
I will not sugarcoat it and say it's easy because it's not. If you eat healthy, and put your own level 10 effort in your workout you will definitely see your rewards! I workout 5-6 days a week routinely. I have NEVER been able to do that before!
Kickboxing days are a great stress reliever and amazing cardio workout. Resistance band days are vital to build long lean muscles that increase your endurance and keep your metabolism going.
My husband and I have had so much success that now my sister and brother joined as well and his results have also been phenomenal!

I started with Farrel's in January of 2016. I had previously been very active in an extreme sport, but after injuries forced me to retire, I was really looking for a good replacement to get me back to an active life, both in body and spirit. My ten week session was so incredibly fulfilling. The confidence I gained, the changes I saw in my body, and the friends I made all just confirmed for me that I had found 'the one'!

When my ten week session was complete, I didn't want it all to be over! I had grown to look forward to every class, to the people, and to the challenges. I immediately joined as a FIT member and continued my journey of fitness and self improvement. And what a journey it has been. The instructors are awesome and continually push and challenge you to give it your all, your 'Level 10'. I'm over nine months in now and love it all just as much as I did in my own initial ten week session!

If you're looking to make that change and are ready to push yourself, this is the place for you! It was definitely one of the best decisions I've ever made.

I joined FXB because my girlfriend wanted to go and she didn't want to go alone. I've never done any sort of kickboxing before so I was nervous about being the only person in the class that didn't know what they were doing. It wasn't like that at all. You start off a 10 week challenge with lots of other people that haven't done it before either. During the 10 weeks I lost 14 lbs (4.6% body fat). I'm 5'7" and started at 162 lbs when I started and was 148 lbs at the end of the 10 weeks.

There are instructors, coaches, and regular members that help you all along the way. It's a very supportive community. You typically have a different instructor every day of the week and the workouts change as you progress thru the 10 weeks. They don't have you doing complicated punches or anything until you're comfortable with the basics. You're also part of a team and have coaches to get help from whenever you need it.

I highly recommend trying it out or at a minimum coming in for some free sample classes if you're interested.

Besides losing weight and inches and committing to healthier eating, it strengthened our relationship in unexpected ways. My siblings had all done the 10 week challenge and had had such amazing results. I decided to give it a shot and started in June of this year. At the 5 week mark I had already lost 6 inches on my waist and 5 inches off of my hips! My energy increased and I just FELT BETTER. It was exciting to see my clothes fit looser each week. The instructors do a good job of keeping the classes fun, mixing it up each time and also of making each class accessible to every size and fitness level. Farrell's made claims that their program had the ability to completely transform someone's life. I can now say that after completing my 10 week program, those promises became my reality. The 10 week commitment to the morning classes did more for me than any program I've participated in over the last 20 years!

I shed over 21 lbs., lost 9.3% body fat, melted over 12.5 inches (over 8 inches off my waist), and gained multiple pounds of lean muscle.

The workouts are a blast, the Members are inspiring, and the instructors know how to get results. Farrell's will change your life! I started my 10-week challenge 2 years ago. The combination of strength training, kickboxing, and nutrition produced significant results in inches lost, flexibility, strength and endurance. For many years I had above normal triglyceride levels. After my 10 weeks, my levels were completely normal and remain so to this day! I signed up for FIT membership because I developed such a deep love for kickboxing and the people. They are some of the greatest people I've ever known. Results don't end after your first 10 weeks they just keep getting better and better. They have programs and people to keep you motivated and accountable. I have never been able to lose weight in my waist it is my trouble spot but with the support of coaches, instructors, Dan and the gym members, I had the best experience. Each week you work on your nutrition and fluid intake in order to fuel your body for the workouts. Farrell's is not intimidating, people are friendly and supportive, the teachers challenge you and everyone supports each other. Joining this gym has been one of the most positive experiences of my life. Dan & his team truly care about each person that walks thru the door. I did not expect to connect with such an amazing group of people when I signed up, but I am so blessed to have made some wonderful friends who truly care about one another. There is truly no judgement here....all fitness levels, ages, life stories etc. is part of what makes this experince unique. We all encourage & push each other & enjoy seeing each other succeed. If anyone is looking to lose weight or just become more fit, I highly recommend FXB. Farrells has a great 10 week program that incorporates kickboxing and strength training combined with meal planning and nutrition.

I have had great success on this program and at the end of my 10 weeks I lost 22 lbs, 7.1% body fat, and a total of 14.76" (lost over 3.75" off my waist and 4" off my hips). I cannot say enough good things about this program and the gym family that I have gained is incredible. They keep me motivated and are a great group of people.

There are not enough words in the English language to describe the good that is being done at Dan's gym in Centennial. This man takes in people who have tried and failed at every other type of diet & exercise regime, and completely transforms their lives. Obviously, you will get out what you put in to any program, but something about how Dan has everything structured makes it impossible not to want to succeed.

There is no judgment, no "meat heads" or yelling trainers; all there is is family, and applause and cheering, and a constant show of pride from your coaches in what you have accomplished. To say that this gym, this program, has changed my life is truly an understatement. I encourage everyone to sign up for the 10-week challenge to get started on the best time of their lives!

I cannot WAIT to see this business expand and to continue to hear from members who are years down the road from their challenges, to see that they continue to stay off of medications and crazy diets. We just finished our 10 week Challenge and although we (my husband and I) did not win the $1,000 prize, we won so much more! For the last three years, I have struggled as a Type 2 Diabetic - the 1st doc that diagnosed said...."just learn to live with it." I didn't like his answer and went to an Endocrinologist - he said, "Diet and Exercise - lose weight and you won't have to take medicine." Well, 3 years later - I was taking medicine - poking myself in the stomach every night. 11 weeks ago, I saw the FXB Denver South ad in my facebook feed - I had been a Facebook stalker for the past year...I asked Roger to join with me and he agreed - so with great trepidation, we showed up for the 1st day. The people were so great - non-judgemental and very helpful. So, my wife comes to me one day and say's...hey I've found this program called FXB that I would like to sign up for. So, I say...knock yourself out! Well...that was half of the story..she wanted me to do the 10-week program with her. At first I thought she was nuts..I'm 54, short, round and 10 weeks, 6 days a week will kill me. Let me say that this is as far from the truth as possible. We just finished the 10-week class and have signed up for another year. I, personally lost 13 lbs, 11 overall inches and 3.9% bodyfat. I LOVE FXB and the FXB family here in Centennial/Denver. The program is FUN...YES, I said that it is FUN and challenging all at the same time. I am looking forward to the next 10 weeks and so on, as I feel tremendously better and I now can wear smaller clothes......and I am looking forward to todays kickboxing class, as I do with everyday at FXB. I signed up for the 10 week challenge this past spring and I am so glad I did! This gym is fantastic. The workouts are fun, challenging and fast-paced. The classes start right on time and finish right on time which is important for me due to a busy schedule. Dan and his staff keep things fun and interesting so I never got bored. In just ten weeks I lost 11 more pounds, 8.5 inches, and most importantly, 5.7% body fat!! I have muscles and strength that I never thought would be possible for me. Having four kids I assumed my body would just never be the same and I was resigned to having the extra baby weight forever. But now I know it doesn't have to stick around and you can do something about it. I am back to wearing the size of jeans I wore in high school! And I still have more to go, so I know it's only going to get better.
Dan and Jolene and all the staff at FXB are super nice and very helpful and encouraging. It really has been easy to get up early and workout at 515 every morning because I know I am going to feel so great after. I recommend this place for anyone...I truly believe anyone can do this and get amazing results!

Hey all you 10-Weekers! Great job on signing up!

For those of you that are still sitting on your booties, it's not too late!!!!!

I can honestly say that taking the 10 Week Challenge is the 2nd greatest investment (only 2nd to my education) I've made in myself EVER!

In my 10 weeks, I lost 6.6% of my body fat, 8 inches, and I'm leaner and feeling sexier than I ever have! Believe it or not, this wimpy chick actually has some guns now and you should see my legs! :o)

For someone that signed up on a bit of a whim (thanks to my Moosey - Michell Belisle) I cannot be more please. I sincerely cannot wait to see what I can do over the course of the coming year.

FXB is amazing! I just finished my 10 week challenge with great results. I lost 9lbs. reduced my body fat by 2.1% lost 7 inches but most important I feel strong, healthy, and happy. Dan and the other instructors motivate, inspire and encourage you to work at your level 10. The other clients of FXB are welcoming and supportive. Having cardio training, resistance training and nutrition planning in one place has been the biggest help for me. This experience has changed my life. I truly believe I will reach my goals and be able to maintain it for a lifetime.

Just finished my 10 week challenge at Farrell's and I feel GREAT! Dan and his team motivate in a positive way.....they inspire you to hit that bag harder, do a few more pushups than you thought you could (or a few more Burpees!). The program flat out works. The program shows you how to eat better, mixes up the work outs so your body is always challenged and you get RESULTS. I lost 24lbs, 3.5% body fat and 13.75 inches! I joined up for FIT and plan to get in the best shape of my life at 48 years young!!

As someone that has always disliked exercising, Farrell's looked way to extreme. Six days per week at 5:15AM sounded like too much, but my 42 year old body was beginning to feel old and my wife signed me up somewhat involuntarily.
We are just finishing week ten and the results have been amazing. I feel healthier and stronger than I have in 20 years. The biggest change for me is that I now like exercising and am continuing on indefinitely.

I have had a GREAT experience at FXB! I just finished the 10 week challenge and lost 5 pounds, 7% body fat and 7 total inches (3 inches off my waist!). Dan is awesome and genuinely cares about the people at Farrell's. I have never been a morning person but now I can't wait to get up and go to my 6:15am class to workout. Feeling tired, unmotivated and chubby, I was intrigued by the flyer I received in the mail from Farrell's. The pictures that showed the results after merely 10 weeks were impressive to say the least. Hoping for similar results, I joined the 10 week challenge. For the first time, I actually enjoyed (really!) waking up and going to workout. Before starting the 10 week challenge I was working out 6 days a week mostly running and lifting weights on my own. Despite being in moderately decent shape, I was struggling with losing those extra inches and weight from having had two kids. The 10 week challenge jump started my metabolism and the pounds and inches started melting away one meal and one workout at a time.
