The Perfect Workout has been my saviour this summer. I started 3 months ago, have lost over 13 inches, and have finally worked out regularly. I give it all I have, and feel sore for several days every time. Faith is truly awesome. She really knows her stuff, and is a huge help, and a great support! I highly recommend this gym!

One of my best decisions in the last couple of years was to add The Perfect Workout to my health and fitness regimen. I have been in their program for over a year and have found that I have made significant improvements in upper and lower body strength over this time. Incorporating their workout has also helped me lose weight and keep it off! A huge plus for me is that the entire workout session is only 20 minutes, twice a week! I encourage you to try it out!!

The Perfect Workout is amazing! In 20 minutes a week, I'm getting noticeably stronger every week. My entire body is getting stronger and stronger and I don't have to think about what I'm gonna do at the gym or spend hardly any time lifting - literally 20 minutes a week. Faith is the best! She's very present and helpful. I went in yesterday with lower back pain and left feeling much much better! I highly recommend The Perfect Workout and Faith!

Seems unbelievable, right? Twenty minutes twice a week? It's true. I'm 68. By age 40, we lose 3-5% of our muscle mass each decade. Yikes! I knew I needed strength training, but regular gyms confused me. How do I figure out which machine I need, and then how the heck do I use it? Then I read "Deep Fitness," which presented the scientific evidence that slow, mindful weight training to failure was the best way to increase strength and muscle mass consistently. Perfect Workout has this dialed in, and my 20-minute sessions have transformed me. I'm stronger, leaner, and fitter than I have ever been in my life! They use the ARX machine that remembers my settings and progress from each session, which means I can get on the machine and begin working out in moments. Faith is there to help me get started, monitor my form, and encourage me. But this state-of-the-art machine does something more. In real-time, it senses how much effort I am putting out and matches it. Rather than the machines at the gym where I have to remember what weight plate I used last time and then when to add another 10 lbs, this computerized marvel constantly modifies the 'weight' depending on what I need to reach the failure point in 6 reps. Try a complimentary session. You'll be glad you did!
