Perfect Workout in Centennial is amazing! Have been going to this studio for over a year and it’s been life changing! My trainers have all been awesome. Eric, the manager and Christopher, always do a great job to help me get better with my form and push me to improve and push me past my comfort zone. Love the fact that it’s only 20 minutes with definite results. Close to work and happy to hear they are expanding their hours! Highly recommend Perfect Workout. It can change your life too!

Writing a review of any kind is outside of my comfort zone, but I feel personally obligated to promote this organization, specifically this location of the Perfect Workout program with Eric. I'm a 45-year-old male and work out fairly regularly. When I came across PW, I figured I would give the complimentary session a shot. That was about 10 weeks ago and I'm certain I will be doing this till the end of time. The workout experience is hard to fully explain, which I have tried repeatedly. The 4 friends I finally convinced to give it a shot, felt the same and are all current members. The reason I'm so enthusiastic about this program is because of the results. Again, I work out regularly, but adding the PW into my routine has made a noticeable difference that I've never seen from just my typical workout regiments. There's something about this program that increases strength like I've never felt before. As I said, it's hard to explain so you might as well give it a shot!

I’ve never really enjoyed or thrived with traditional weight training. Results were always minimal, the time commitment was frustrating, and injuries felt almost inevitable. But I kept trying because I kind of understand the importance of metabolic health and the overall benefits of strength training. Still, I was searching for a better way to tackle this necessary challenge—and that’s when I found The Perfect Workout.

What drew me in was the idea of “smart” machines, time efficiency, and injury prevention. My ambitions often push me past good form, so I needed something that would help me stay safe while still getting results.

I started The Perfect Workout in mid-January and brought my dad along too—since I think our mutual struggles with weight training are partly hereditary! We’ve both been pleasantly stunned at how challenging, efficient, and rewarding these workouts are. I actually look forward to them, and for the first time, I feel like I’m accomplishing something meaningful with strength training.

I’ve appreciated it so much, I even signed up my son. Who we now call “The muscles from Brussels.”

Eric has been fantastic—always upbeat, professional, and genuinely invested in both our progress and the success of the business. Yes, it may seem expensive at first glance, but when you view it as an investment in your health and longevity, it’s one of the best investments you can make.

Highly recommend for anyone who wants a smarter, safer, and more effective approach to strength training.

I have been attending The Perfect Workout for over a year and a half. I love the convenience and scheduled time slots. It is so much better than a crowded gym with equipment wait times. The trainers have all been great. Eric is a wonderful trainer! He is so organized, motivating, helpful and has a very positive attitude! I really like the multi modal machines and the ability to see your past results and the graph displays - it enables you to readily see your strength gains. I feel so much stronger since I added this to my exercise routine. Strength and resistance training has so many benefits for young and old alike. Great gym - highly recommend!

I’ve been a client of this location for about a year. I joined simply because I’m too busy for long hours at the gym plus I know the long term benefits of weight training (especially for women). My physicians have recommended weight training for years, I just could never fit it into to my work and play schedule. Reluctantly, I took them up on a complimentary session and I was hooked. I can be door to door (workout included) in far less than the time I’d spend in the gym, plus only twice a week instead of several more days needed at the gym. I am SO much stronger than I was before . I can carry suitcases up a flight of stairs with ease which was not the case previously. Eric is fantastic and is very knowledgeable on what it takes to see success. A shout out to Jessica and Mariah who do nutritional online coaching too! Give Eric, Jessica or Mariah a shout for both or either. You won’t be disappointed. Try a free session at a minimum. 😎💪🎉

The machine you see in the pictures are not the ones they have at this location. The machines at this location are 10 times better. Excelent workout if you do not want to go to the gym and spend hours. Best workout ever tried.
