I found Feed Your Soul Fitness online after trying a gym that wasn’t very inclusive. I knew immediately that Feed Your Soul Fitness was going to be a perfect fit, sure enough, the gym is beyond my expectations. Brandy, the owner, is FANTASTIC! I had a lot going on personally during my trial classes and she had the perfect balance of grace and accountability to ensure I didn’t fall through the cracks. The members are LOVELY, so sweet, so strong and so empowering. Brandy and her team did a great job building a warm, welcoming community. I can’t wait to grow with this group! 10/10

I started at FYSF at the beginning of 2024 with group classes and instantly loved the vibe and people I was working out with. I personally love how the classes are 40-50 mins so I can be out the door and back within an hour, and all the classes are really efficient and pack a punch. I have enjoyed all the instructors both in their consistency with the class type but also the variety of teaching styles. I started the pure strength classes saturday mornings the beginning of 2025 and have greatly improved my lifting capabilities and have noticed changes in my body composition and overall health. It is a wonderful offering and a really great companion to the group classes. This is a wonderful gym and community and I highly recommend checking it out!

I love the group classes at my gym. I can only make it twice a week, but look forward to getting out of bed early in The morning for a new challenge each time I arrive. I still have a regular membership at the gym across the street but prefer the accountability, the community, andthe expertise provided by the trainers at Feed Your Soul Fitness. So glad I finally made the commitment!

I am l-o-v-i-n-g πŸ’œ being a member at Feed Your Soul Fitness! I'd been searching for what I call "my home" for a few years now after a couple local gyms I belonged to (at different times) closed their doors because of rising building lease costs. I'd joined at least five other gyms across the last five years and just wasn't feeling that feeling. Then I took a strength training class at FYS (with an intro 4-pack), and I became a member immediately after that! The space is inviting, the instructors are so kind, and the community is just what I was looking for. I just turned 49 and I love that I can keep up in classes, they're not too rigorous for a woman my age (not always the case at many gyms whose clientele is mostly younger people), and in about two months I feel strongerπŸ’ͺ🏼, happier, excited, and uplifted! I look forward to going to EVERY class 😁😁😁

I love this gym. It's very welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging. I've been going there weekly for the last year and it's been so enjoyable to rock out to fun music while lifting weights and getting a sweat going. The studio has lots of sales and promotions, extra classes and nutrition programs, as well as fun events. I love their accountability policy, which encourages you to always come to class by signing up ahead of time: That really helps me get out the door. The coaches are all super nice and it's just good vibes, good atmosphere that will pick you up even if you're feeling down. They also have lots of different options, from punch cards to personal training to monthly membership at different levels depending on how much you want to go.

I went to their happy hour work out event and had an absolute blast! It's been 6 months since I have been in the gym I've gained quite a bit of weight and feel very self-conscious. I was dreading going to this event with my friend because I felt like I was going to be completely out of shape and judged. But the complete opposite happened I was greeted with warm smiles everyone was so welcoming and I felt very comfortable with all of the other women there. I didn't feel judged or like anyone was looking at me up and down which happens a lot at other boutique gems. The workout was phenomenal it wasn't too hard and not too easy it was just perfect sweated my butt off had a great time and at the end I felt so powerful and it's helped me kick my butt into gear to get back at being active again. I highly recommend this gym for anyone in any level of their fitness the instructors are knowledgeable and have a great modifications for each move and push you along your journey

I joined Brandy and the team at FYSF when I hit rock bottom. The weight I had put on in the last 2 years of stressful school and new career requirements was devastating. I needed a LIFESTYLE change and a way to be held accountable, but I got so much more!!
FYSF became a safe space, where I could be myself, flaws and all, where I could bring any kind of day with me. I learned about my body's needs! I pushed myself while still allowing myself to be human. I got to feel ok about a high calorie day, and that a 5 minute walk was better than a 0 minute walk. No guilt. No shame. Just slow growth and appreciation for the amazing body that had gotten me through 47 years.

The lessons that I have learned are now party of my daily routines! And 45 minute workouts kick ass!

I'm thankful for this community and the decision that I made to make a change!

Absolutely love this gym! Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I've made for myself. From day one, the coaches have been incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping each member succeed - no matter their fitness level. They take the time to get to know you, encourage you to push yourself in the healthiest way, and celebrate every milestone right alongside you.

What really sets this gym apart, though, is the community. The other members have become like a second family - welcoming, kind, and always cheering each other on. Whether it's a high-five after a tough workout or a laugh in between sets, the camaraderie here is real and so motivating.

I've not only gotten stronger physically, but I've also built meaningful connections and found a place where I truly feel like I belong. If you're looking for a gym that goes beyond fitness and builds people up from the inside out, this is it!

I have seen major changes in my abilities since I started attending, a little more than a month ago. I had not worked out before, but I did hike a lot and walk my dog. I realize now that is not enough. Working out at FYSF allowed me to do a lot more walking and moving on my recent vacation. This is a great place!

FYSF came across my Instagram - never heard of it before, and haven't seen an ad since. I was invited in for a free class and instantly knew I was in the right place. I've always wanted to learn to strength train, but felt too intimidated to go to a gym alone, and certainly without need for a personal trainer. FYS has the perfect 6 person strength class and I truly felt at home from my first visit. The variety of the Sunday classes is something I'm looking forward to exploring, too. I don't have physical results to tout just 2 weeks in, but I know I have driven home smiling in my first 5 visits, and that's all I can really ask for. THANK YOU!

6 years of consistent attention to my fitness and overall well-being thanks to the magic of the FYSF community. The magic is in how the owner and coaches get to know each member; knowing the kinds of adaptations we might need (age, injuries), giving a call if we've missed a few classes just to check in, providing nutritional programs and guidance, arranging workshops and events on topics that are requested by members, and organizing events that bring us all together to give back to the larger community. It's magic, but very intentionally created magic!

Wonderful place to join. Great workouts, great people. I belong to one of the big box gyms. It was never welcoming or inviting to work out. Specially for women. This is a wonderful place to be. They encourage you, help you celebrate your wins, and are there to support you when you’re down. They offer wonderful classes and great challenges. I’ve been there for four years and have never been disappointed in anything I’ve done and or any of challenges that I participated in. if you’re on the fence about joining do one of the trial packages and you won’t be disappointed. I love it. It’s a very big part of my life and I’m not sure what my life would be without it.

I joined this gym less than a year ago....admittedly not with high expectations as gyms are typically "not for me". Sometimes they can be uber competitive, not friendly/standoff-ish, with lots of mirrors to show you how good you look in your new athletic attire. This gym is DIFFERENT and has been a great experience for me since I joined and I have really been enjoying it. It's super easy to book a class through the app. You can take the class virtually if you are out of town or there's too much snow outside to drive. There is a ton of variety to the classes - kickboxing, strength training, circuit training - I never get bored and it doesn't feel monotonous. The community is great and everyone supports each other / gives high fives in class. And the coaches are awesome - if they haven't seen you in a couple of weeks, they send you a text to see how you're doing and how they can support you. (It feels like they genuinely care when they just say β€œhi” and ask if the team can help with anything. It goes a long way in my book!) 😊

I've been going to FYSF for about a month now and my only issue is I wish I would've found them sooner!

Brandy and the whole team at FYSF truly care about their members and our health/goals. The classes they offer are mostly strength based and perfect for any level of experience. Each class is different and I never feel like I'm doing the same exercises over and over. The class sizes are smaller and allow the trainers to help individuals with modifications/perfecting your form. I always leave on a high.

I've been a member at many gyms through the years and this is the first place I truly feel at home.

Feed Your Soul is great! I starting going about seven months ago and was new to working out at the time. Didn't even know what a deadlift was! Even as a newbie, I never felt judged and always felt supported. All of the coaches are wonderful and helpful - you definitely don't feel like you're just a number there. It's a great community! I feel challenged in all the classes, and 40 minutes is the perfect amount of time to get a good workout in.

I started with a two-week trial and thought I might stop after that. I wasn't sure I'd be able to find the time to work out, as a busy single mom. But I quickly learned the value of strength training, and see how much it has helped me in my day-to-day life. I've committed to making fitness a priority, I recently just got a one-year membership! They're continuing to add more classes and times, which I also appreciate. I'd definitely recommend FYSF.

I absolutely adore Feed Your Soul Fitness! The scheduling app makes everything so easy, the group classes are amazing, and everyone is so supportive and encouraging. I never feel pressured to overdo it, and I always feel that I am only competing with myself. They support whatever fitness journey you’re on or want to start, and the attention you get is very personalized. I never ever feel like a number here. I looked for a personal trainer for a while before finding Feed Your Soul Fitness. Brandy was very professional and straight forward about my options from the beginning. I chose them initially because Brandy was one of the only trainers that was up front about pricing and genuinely was not pushy about signing up. She matched me with Meredith as my trainer and I am so grateful to be working with her. I've learned skills, built strength, and gained confidence in the last two months that I'll be able to carry with me into every workout I do on my own moving forward. This is exactly the foundation I was looking for. Meredith pushes me in the best way so I always feel accomplished after every single workout. Great private gym so you never feel rushed or crowded, clean equipment, very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend this program!

Feed Your Soul Fitness has been a life-changer for me. At the age of 62, I'm in the best shape of my life. The coaches are outstanding, and they have supported me through my entire journey. When I was ready to give up on myself, they were there, reaching out and cheering me on to better health in body, mind, and spirit even from across the country! (PA). They taught me how to eat without dieting to lose almost 30 lbs. They offer a wide variety of classes, both in- person and virtually, to strengthen and tone the body while enhancing your mood, increasing your stamina, and encouraging you on to better health. The classes are fun and effective, and the coaches offer modifications for any restrictions that you may have. I now know that I CAN DO even with bad knees, arthritis, and sciatica. The program is tailored to each individuals needs, and THAT'S why it works. I highly recommend FYSF for anyone of any age. JUST DO IT! You will definitely see amazing results...both physically and mentally. Have fun and grow stronger and more confident with our FEED YOUR SOUL FAMILY !

I am currently doing the gut health program, and I am absolutely KICKING myself for not doing this sooner! I have a history of GI issues, acid reflux, and bloating. Anytime I ate something, I had no idea what would happen or if my stomach would react. It was so bad that I used to have constant heartburn no matter what I ate, even when drinking water! I could never eat raw veggies either because the heartburn was so bad. This program has already healed my body even after a few short weeks. By day 5 of the gut health program, I was able to eat raw broccoli (the biggest heartburn offender for me), which is LIFE CHANGING! I haven’t had stomach issues since I started, and zero heartburn! Having Amber (the program Nutritionist) help me along the way eases my mind that I’m getting all the right nutrients, while simultaneously healing my gut in a safe and sustainable way. I have never felt so good, huge thanks to Amber for helping me feel amazing for the first time in my life!

Last year when I signed up for a quick FYSF challenge I wasn't sure a Colorado group was going to work out with me living two time zones away, but Brandy's enthusiasm for my getting just 1% better every day was catchy. I enjoyed the challenges, so I stayed on and now through their virtual classes, Brandy and her coaches find the right balance between nudging me to do better, while showing me how to modify a workout to what I can do now. They really do "feed your soul" by providing a community that teaches good nutrition and good habits, while caring about my being happy as well as healthy, so the 1% better changes I'm making can become a permanent part of who I am. I still have a long way to go, but I'm so glad to have FYSF's support.

Typically I'm fairly intimidated by group classes and gyms in general, but have found FYSF to be a great fit for me. The coaches are knowledgeable and insightful, and the culture is nonjudgmental and supportive of all sizes, ages and fitness levels. There is a good variety of people in class, including a large number of women who, like me, are 40+, and want to invest in long term health, strength, balance, etc. as we age. Each class can be tailored with weights and complexity of movements for your fitness level - whether you feel like an out-of-shape newbie (like I did), or a super fit person who wants a good challenge.

An amazing supportive fitness community and studio, irrespective of where you are in your fitness journey! Highly recommend them! The trainers greet you by name, provide substitutions when needed, motivate you and make you feel comfortable even if you're having a wonderful day or could use a pick-me-up. Just show up!

they offer strength training and yoga classes, in person or virtual. I loved the virtual yoga classes and just wish they had more of them during the week.

The strength training classes go really hard on lunges and squats without warming up or strengthening your hamstrings and glutes first. Within one week I developed pain in my knees and had to do months of physical therapy. Then when I tried to cancel after my six month contract (and having not used even half of the classes I had paid for), they were strict on their policy of cancelling 30 days before your contract renews, and I only tried 20 days prior, so I had to pay another month without even being able to take classes. Wouldn’t be a big deal, but the monthly subscription was $160, so I basically threw away over $600 to not be able to exercise like I had hoped.

If you’re interested, I recommend not buying into the contract and insisting on paying per class or per month to try it out

I’ve been working with Traesa as my personal trainer for about a year now (all virtually) and she is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. I was motivated to start training to gain back the strength and stability I lost during the pandemic lockdowns- I kept having back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, etc. After a year of training, I am much stronger, I’ve resolved a lot of my pain, and I’m overall more toned and fit. Traesa explains the exercises clearly, helps me correct problems with my form and is constantly motivating and pushing me further. I was initially skeptical that the virtual format would work for me, but I actually love it; it’s so convenient and Traesa sees everything – it really feels like she is right there with me. I love the spirit and community of FYSF and they have workout options that fit everyone’s needs.

I tried this gym and absolutely loved it! I found a 21 day trial for $21 in Facebook. Everyone was friendly and I felt so welcome. I attended all the classes that came with the trial and they were all fantastic! The facilitators were great! They explained every exercise and offered modifications if needed. They really gave me a stong workout and I felt so good after every class. I also had a coach who made sure I was accountable. I highly recommend this gym. They offer a truely rounded program to get in shape and stay in shape!

Over the years I’ve joined many a gym and I really love this one! The thing that’s always kept me from being consistent with working out is a feeling of overwhelm and intimidation that I’ve felt at other gyms- that is 100% not present here. Everyone-the owner, the trainers, and the other members is so welcoming, encouraging, and easy going. There’s a very obvious lack of judgement and comparison which is such an important, and unfortunately all too often absent, characteristic in a gym. The workouts are tough and fun and varied. Highly recommend you giving it a try!

Don't wait - Join! I have been part of the FYSF community for almost a year and can't recommend it highly enough. I've never before been successful with fitness or a weight loss efforts (and I have tried), but FYSF is the complete package - exercise, nutrition, encouragement and community. I enjoy the fellowship of taking classes at the studio - wearing a mask is not a hassle if you are concerned about that and I feel completely safe and sanitized :) - as well as taking live classes online where you still get the personalized coaching and community feel from the ease of home. Thank you Feed Your Soul Fitness!

I just wanted to say this is a wonderful place especially with the Pandora going on it's been really hard for people like me to get to the gym so thank God for feed your own soul they had a virtual workout that I love to do and I don't feel like I'm missing out and I am safe in my own home doing my exercise. I know with this virus going on I rather do the virtual then going into the gym and feed your own soul has this. It has tons of wonderful people that are teaching the virtual classes and if you have any questions you can just call them Bandy is the owner she's a wonderful person very down to earth and the coaches are just as good they are very determined to help us through our journey and this is the best way to go if anybody's like me and does not want to work in the gym. The virtual workouts are amazing you got to try it πŸ™ŒπŸ˜ so I advise anybody that wants to work out andwant to continue the journey about their health and fitness that is the place to go.thank you Brandy and the whole staff for this amazing opportunity that you guys are giving us. I have been with him for seven months and I've been doing the virtual for five months and I would not change it for anything I love it and you guys will too come and join us and see for yourself

Feed Your Soul Fitness is amazing! I'm so appreciative that they continue to provide consistent quality workouts in a safe environment during these trying times. Since they were allowed to reopen a few months ago I've been attending in person workouts with a mask multiple times a week. Their social distancing and cleaning protocols are great and much to my surprise it's totally doable to workout in a mask. For anyone like me that has limited space and equipment at home I fully encourage you to give it a try. As winter approaches and outside options are becoming fewer I'm so grateful to have them. Keep it up Brandy and staff, you guys are awesome and much appreciated!!

Brandy and company at FYSF are fantastic! When my wife and I started working out there just about a year ago and we immediately felt like part of the family. Also, we feel completely safe continuing our work outs during the Corona virus pandemic due to the stringent measures put in place in the gym. Everyone wears a mask and stays separated. We quickly found out that the disposable paper masks are the best for work outs, they are pretty easy to breathe in. The gym is kept super clean too.
If you’re looking for a friendly, safe and clean gym that delivers a butt kicking work out FYSF is the place for you!

If you are looking to reclaim your body and put some attention to yourself I highly recommend Feed Your Soul Fitness. I have been going there for over a year now and I just love the trainers and the community of women and men who participate in the classes. You won't find anyone who judges you, but you will find a whole bunch of folks who look just like you - working on strengthening your body and making yourself feel good - and cheering you on with your individual successes. The classes are a half hour so not a huge time commitment and within a few weeks you will notice a difference in how you feel. There challenges are great programs that get you started with exercise and guidance on good and nutritious foods to eat. So if you are looking for a for any of the things I've described, check out Feed Your Soul Fitness and you won't be disappointed.

An update from these days of Covid: As an at risk for Covid person, I want to thank Brandy and all the FYSF trainers for developing and hosting online workouts that make it easy to work out from the comfort of my home. It couldn’t be easier. I’ve been able to maintain my workout schedule without missing a beat. And am so thankful for the frequent check-ins from the staff…they really do care. I truly believe that being able to work out has enhanced not only my physical well being during these rough times, but my mental well being too! So if you are like me and don’t want to go to a gym, please join FYSF. You won’t be disappointed.

Feed Your Soul Fitness Is a wonderful gym. It’s more than a gym, it’s a place that wants to help you grow both physically and mentally. The gym has a female owner, Brandy, who is there to really help you. She knows everyone’s names, always asks how you’re doing. I know the wearing masks part worries some people, but it’s not that big of deal. If I need to breath, I just take a quick mask break. I can still breath while wearing it and feel safe at the same time. If kids can wear masks all day in schools, we can wear masks for 45 minutes. Plus the gym is sectioned off and you have to stay in your square space and you keep your weights/ equipment in your space and then wipe it down when your done. If you want a great safe gym that everybody knows your name, treats you like family and wants to see you meet your goals. Then this is the place to be!!!

Everything positive thing you read/hear about this place is absolutely true. Owner, Brandy, has created a positive fitness environment and leads a team of coaches that are not only experts in the area of fitness but also genuinely concerned about the members. When I joined in 2017, and I needed to improve my health and severe asthma issues, FYSF saved my life! Now, during this pandemic, my physical and emotional health continues to be stronger because of the coaches at FYSF. I will always be grateful for this place!

Update: 10/11/20 (AKA: day elbenty-onethird of Plaguemas) Not only am I still a member but during corona lockdown the online Zoom classes were a fantastic option. But i've recently signed up for personal training with Kevin and it is FIRE!! I specifically wanted to work with Kevin b/c he Does. Not. Play. I've found the training sessions incredibly challenging and therapeutic. FYS has been wonderful and completely flexible allowing me to completely customize my training program. My cardio is the best its been in forever and I'm pretty sure I can bust thru brick walls after Kevin's sessions. If you are serious about taking your fitness to a higher level, do yourself a favor and check out Feed Your Soul.

If you do your part, you will get results! I signed up for the 6-week challenge and lost 6 lbs. May not sound like a lot but a pound a week is healthy weight loss for me AND I was on vacation for 2 of those weeks! I've been exercising and stayed pretty active most of my life. But shedding lbs. have been a struggle because I love food. And I didn't have particularly good eating habits. FYS takes a holistic approach of not just butt kicking workouts, but they got me to change my eating out habit to making better choices, cooking more, and actually enjoying it! I LOVE the variety and structure of classes. And if you're like me, you might initially think "30 minute classes? Pffft! Piece of cake!" But these classes are no joke. Working in small groups is like having your own personal trainer but the energy of my classmates really get me pumped and they challenge me to push myself WAY harder than I ever would on my own. The classes are EFFICIENT. They start right on time and it are non stop for 30 minutes. It makes me realize just how much I screw around and rest between reps working out on my own. I have a very irregular schedule so I love that a 30 minute commitment makes it easy to squeeze a class in just about any time. And if I"m feeling I want more, I can do back to back classes. And the culture FYS is amazing! Brandy has really built a supportive community of trainers and clients. There's camaraderie and I've made friends at FYS. Usually at a gym, people (myself included) would put in the earbuds and work out in isolation. Not here. There's so much love and laughter - no wonder it's called Feed Your Soul!

I started with FYSF in February 2020 literally one month before the world shut down and they worked their tails off figuring out how to bring fitness to their clients virtually. I was NEVER a person who worked out before I found FYSF but LOVE the community and all the programs they offer! Best thing about the virtual classes is if you are working from home you have no excuse not to go, you are already there!

I was worried having to wear a mask while going to classes would be Awkward. It hasn’t been! I’m getting the same high level of workouts from Brandy and all the coaches precovid. Do you hate to exercise with a mask on? I sure do. It is so hard to breath.
Before Covid, I was taking 3 classes a week in the studio. For the last 6 months, I have been taking my exercise classes via zoom from Feed Your Soul Fitness and it has been the best thing. I can literally get up 10 min. before the class starts, and walk downstairs and sign into zoom. No driving to the studio, just walking down stairs. It is the best thing since Covid started. I would highly recommend Feed Your Soul Fitness.

I have been going to Feed Your Soul Fitness now for a few years and this is the first gym/exercise program that I have stuck with! I love it!
I really enjoy the classes, as before I would go to the gym and have no idea what exercises I should be doing or even know how to use some of the machines.... so I would eventually give up!
The trainers at FYSF are there to help, encourage and support you with your health journey. I have never felt intimidated or judged as everyone is at different fitness levels and encourage one another. I’ve always felt very comfortable at FYSF.
Speaking of comfort, Covid has changed many things about how we do things now on a daily basis, working out being one of them.
FYSF was on it right away with online classes when gyms were required to close. Thank goodness for online classes at the time as it was a much needed outlet. Now...FYSF offers both online and in-studio classes. At first, I wasn’t sure how it would be wearing a mask while working out and now I don't even think twice about it! As a person who works in healthcare, I give much credit and kudos to all the staff at FYSF for all of their safety precautions and hard word to make us feel comfortable and safe!
Everyone is well spaced, equipment is disinfected, limited number of people in class, and hand sanitizer stations throughout....I feel more safe and comfortable working out than I do going to the grocery store or dining out.

I did the at home workouts when I had to but much prefer to be in studio! Wearing a mask has not been bad at all ! I want all the full effects and to have access to all equipment to get the best results I can! All trainers are so professional and caring at all times!

*********10-01-20 *********. I wanted to do a small update to my review from over a year ago. Update, They are still awesome!!!!! But seriously, I was very hesitant to workout here during this pandemic. But it's actually easier and safer than I imagined. I think they only allow 9 people in each class, so it's very safe! Space is limited, so you aren't on top of or near anyone!!! For me, I need to get out of the house to workout and they make it so easy!!!!

I have had a great experience here. Absolutely love the instructors, the small classes and the fact that no one here is a muscle head!!!! We are all here to lose weight and get in shape. The meal plan is very easy and the Facebook page is very supportive and has many great meal plan ideas.

I finished the 42 day challenge and lost a good amount of weight and am staying on to continue this healthy journey. The classes are 30 minutes so even someone like me who hates going to the gym can enjoy the short(ish!) class, have fun and see results. It's still hard work but the instructors make it seem easier than it is!!!

I never imagined waking up at 5:45am to go to a class, but I enjoy doing it now.

I joined FYSF 18 months ago. As a former amateur triathlete, I really struggled to find a fitness community that fit my needs and lifestyle more than 15 years after giving up racing. I always felt uncomfortable and out of place trying to get back to a level of fitness that I felt fit my current personal and professional schedule. I tried other gyms and nutritional counseling unsuccessfully for years. FYSF has been a life changer for me! The owner, manager, trainers and other members make this studio unique. The personal attention, dedication to helping members succeed and incredible support have helped me gain the self confidence and strength I have been craving to regain. I can't recommend Feed Your Soul Fitness enough! The community will help you succeed in reaching your physical fitness, mental well being, nutritional understanding and education and personal growth goals.

I'm so glad the studio is open again for in person classes and workshops. During the pandemic shutdown, they continued to offer online live classes, pre-recorded workouts and continuous communication via email, text, newsletters and phone calls. The new improved business model is offering all of these. Check it out; you won't regret it!

I joined FYSF for the 6 wk challenge back in January 2018. Brandy and all the coaches/trainers were communicative and easy to work with. I joined with my husband, we had at the time 7 kids combined and both worked so we had busy schedules. But we were able to attend I believe 2-3 classes every single week and occasional weekend classes, plus I won a few one on one sessions with Sara, one of the trainers. The classes gave me a healthy way to release stress, as well as improve my strength and endurance. I built good relationships with all the trainers I worked with. We always felt acknowledged and that every coach gave us good critiques, and helping with any questions along the way. The meal plan was also very easy to follow.
Though we didn't meet our weight loss goal we did have a physical improvement in the mirror and mental clarity, as well as my husband no longer had to deal with his chronic acid reflux. We continued with FYSF after the 6 week challenge until June 2018. At that time we relocated to AZ. I remember having a good conversation with Brandy before we left, that if they ever expanded to doing virtual classes to reach out. And just a few months ago she did! I was pleased to know that she thought of us for their new programs! We still keep in contact, though we are not apart of the studio for now, but I'm very excited to get back in the swing of things once I make the move back home!

I joined FYSF 8 weeks ago. I finally got the courage to go clothes shopping today. It was the first time in a few YEARS that I loved what the person in the mirror looked like. I haven't felt this happy and healthy in a long time. I want to thank each and every one of the coaches for helping me on this journey. The accountability from the FYSF community helped me continue going throughout the workouts even when I wanted to quit. The scale didn’t show much progress but the pictures showed me that there was progress happening and I loved it!

I really love this gym! I never thought I would say that I enjoy working out but every class I have taken has been wonderful. I may not have lost as much weight as I had hoped during my 6 week challenge but I gained a ton of confidence and strength. With the small class sizes, I got one of one attention to my form and my effort. The awesome coaches focus on doing movements correctly and safely and because of that I feel like I have gained incredible strength in my core. I stand taller, I feel stronger, and I feel like I am part of a community focused on wellness and not just working out.

I was very disappointed. Coming from a place who prides themselves on "creating a community", I felt like I was shunned and treated differently just because I was younger than a majority of their demographic. I did the 6-week challenge... don't waste your money here, lots of better choices out there. The owner is very rude and childish when I confronted her about being dissatisfied with their service, and the "accountability" coaches were impossible to get a hold of and mostly pushed product rather than caring about the client's success. Much better options out there and with people who genuinely care for their members success and not just about how much money that person is spending. (Even though I paid $400 for this program.)

I am on week 6 of my 6 week detox challenge. In these last five weeks I have learned that I have complete control of what food and drinks go in my body. My first instinct when I didn’t have food was to grab something out. I have not eaten one meal that I have not cooked in the 5 weeks I have been committed to my new journey. I have gained a love for cooking nutritious meals for myself. I even look forward to it! I have never felt more determined and driven in my entire life. There have been ups and downs but everyone at FYSF gets me through each day just from walking in the door, our Facebook group, the community of my fellow challengers, the instructors and the coaches. For the first time I have put my health and wellness as my priority and will not stop. I never knew that I would react so well to accountability and structure.

I have been scared to work out in a group setting since I fell about 7 years ago and have 0 cartilage in my knees along with 3 screws in each foot. I was fearful someone would wonder why I couldn’t or wouldn’t do certain exercises. Not only do I feel comfortable at Feed Your Soul Fitness but they make me feel like I’m not alone in feeling this way and they are prepared when I come in as to how they can modify each exercise. I have built up my confidence up and feel like I can conquer anything I set my mind too. Thank you to my awesome trainers that constantly positively motivate me and tell me to stop saying β€œI’m sorry”. FYSF is my new sanctuary full of support, a like-minded community, encouragement and accountability that I have fallen in love with. I’ve lost 15lbs in 5 weeks and it’s just the beginning. I am excited to see where the rest of my journey will take me!

I am 29 years old, and over the past 10 years I've bounced back and forth in different gyms or fitness programs, never feeling attached or seeing strong results. I have been training with Feed Your Soul Fitness for 30 days now, and I know it's my permanent home for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The owner, Brandy, is really inspiring and authentic, which was one of the many reasons I decided to join.

What am I enjoying about Feed Your Soul Fitness?

1) Accountability - The trainers really care about you, and they reach out in a non-overbearing way when you aren't making class or might be struggling with a certain area. You use an app to schedule your classes and there's a 12 hour cancellation policy, which is totally fair. When you're in the 42 day challenge, you meet with the owner, Brandy, at the beginning, middle, and end, for support. All communication is really positive!

2) Fitness + Nutrition - It's easy to find one or the other, but at Feed Your Soul, they're working simultaneously. The recipes are really good too, so it's not an unrealistic type of nutrition plan.

3) Small group training - My form is adjusted in almost every class because the trainer can focus on us all. This also makes you feel more connected to the group.

4) Community - Friends and family are invited to events outside of the gym. We are all hiking a Golden trail next month, which I'm excited about! I can't wait for my boyfriend to meet the great people at Feed Your Soul.

I can't wait for my results in 2 weeks at the end of the challenge, but I will also be starting my ongoing membership at that time to continue pushing myself!

I kept seeing the advertisement on Facebook for the gym, but was hesitant because I knew it couldn't be free, but after really thinking about it and realizing how much money I waste monthly on a gym membership I hardly ever use, I decided I wanted to sign up and find out more. The few days in passing before meeting them they would text and email me daily to remind me which at first I was really annoyed but than I totally got why they do it, to hold you accountable and that's exactly what I need because i'm the constant excuse maker. After meeting Brandy and going over the program I decided to sign up for the 6 week transformation. I instantly fell in love with the 30 minute workout classes and even fell in love with waking up early to take a class before work. I haven't felt that energized all day after a class in years! I love how the trainers can really focus on each person since the class sizes are small. They have really helped me make sure I'm doing things correctly. The nutrition plan is great and really does help if you follow it. I started off strong the first 2 weeks with it but ended up letting temptations get the best of me and couldn't get back on the wagon. My final weigh in wasn't what I wanted it to be but Leann did open my eyes to being happy about the fat percentage I lost and how much muscle I gained, and how much more movement I gained too. I had a hard time deciding if I wanted to stay on with the gym because of financials but seeing all the people who have stayed on and knowing how much I love the work outs I felt like I would be dumb not to stay. One member also helped me realize that it's an investment in myself, so I am now happily a member of the gym and ready to work harder at my nutrition to achieve even greater results!

I just finished their 6-week challenge. In the first week I dropped 3 lbs, but by the 3rd week I was gaining weight. When I reached out on the accountability line with concern, since I was adhering 100% to their nutrition plan, they said no and left it at that. Fast forward to my final weigh in and not only did I gain the 3 lbs I dropped, but went up another 6lbs. Their accountability dropped off from showing up for me week 3 when I told them I was disinterested in their $160/ month gym membership. The fitness instructors are amazing, and the classes are also, but I was promised that I'd drop between 2-4% body fat during this six week challenge if I stayed on their meal plan and did the workouts - I did. And their only response was, "well, you're an anomoly." I'm deeply dismayed by the false promises and weight gain. FYSF did not deliver on their guarantee for me And they took no accountability for it.

Where do I begin? As a 55 yr old woman who has struggled with weight and has never exercised, I was nervous to take the 42-day Challenge. I had an orientation with Brandy and she was so authentically interested in my concerns. I jumped in and never looked back! The classes are AMAZING! I personally love the TRX class which allows my "balance-challenged" body to have the support I need to carry through each exercise. The classes are 30 minutes and go by so fast with awesome upbeat music and enthusiastic trainers. They speak to you each by name and encourage every move!! Johnny and Anthony are 2 of my favorites. I have also taken a great liking to the yoga/stretch classes. No, my body cannot bend in half like that of a thin woman, but I am constantly amazed at how more flexible I have become with each session. Kathryn is such an inspiration to me. Her love and dedication to what she does at FYSF has me wanting to go to her classes ALL THE TIME!

EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER is there for you always! From meal planning, to encouraging texts to online videos that inspire my heart and soul. I have learned how to "shop the outside aisles" of the grocery store and make amazing, nourishing meals. I have lost 15 lbs with more to go.... but more than that, I have gained confidence, strength, motivation, friendship, and self-esteem. I look forward to much more joy from being a part of the FYSF family!

Don't hesitate!! Make yourself a priority. You have SO much to gain by becoming a challenger or member! You're new life can start right now!

About a week ago I was scrolling on Facebook and happened to come across the ad as attached. I immediately became interested to learn that not only was I being invited to attend a FREE program but was being invited into a judgement free zone. I am very self conscious but I’m not one to seek the gym without encouragement. I was very excited and even told my sister-in-law about it. We both signed up and couldn’t wait to get started. We arrived about 10 minutes early and was not even greeted. We had to walk to the instructor before she even said hi. We then learned that the class was a orientation and information was then given about the class. About 15 minutes into the class they made it very clear that it wasn’t a free class and was going to cost $400 for a 6 week class. She then informed us that we could take the home courses for free. So with discouraging discussion we signed up. Still til this day we haven’t received any email for the course or have been contact since we last spoke. And ever sents I posted my review brandy keeps writing me asking me to take it down and she will send me my at home program.

I really enjoy all the workouts at FYSF but my favorites are TRX and Cardio/ Core. I love the variety in the workouts and in the coaches and the small class sizes. Their schedule of classes and sign-up policy works for my unpredictable and constantly changing life. In 30 minutes I feel I get a thorough workout. All the coaches are encouraging and caring. The workouts are designed to challenge the youngest to the oldest (me) of their clients. I credit FYSF for the spectacular start of my golf season; I scored my best score for many years. I know that my increased core strength has definitely improved my golf game and other aspects of my life. I hope to get my husband to join when he retires. Thanks Brandy and all the FYSF staff.

You really do get out what you put in. I’ve been a member for awhile now and I love this place. It takes some time and openness on your part but you will find your niche. There are many different trainers with many different styles and you’ll find the ones that speak to you and challenge you, and when you do that you actually look forward to working out! Nothing is one size fits all and the trainers here are great at giving you a foundation for a class and because the class sizes are small they then help you modify in a way that works for you or push you to go harder! I love that trainers here ask you what you want to work on that day and then incorporate it into your session. The community is great and it’s so inspiring and motivating to work out alongside others. I will say that you have to be motivated to work for your goals, nobody can do that work but you!

I have always been intimidated to work out, I was never naturally athletic and going to any kind of gym would fill me with anxiety. However, I am so so grateful that I found FYSF. This is a place I never dread going to and I have always felt comfortable in this space and felt supported by the trainers. All of the classes are small group- 8 people or less and this allows for a lot of one on one attention to ensure you are using the proper form. This is especially important to me, as I don't think I've ever had proper form and really need that extra attention! My first membership here was for 1 year and I took a break after that, thinking I would continue on my own. However, I missed FYSF so much that I'm back for another year and I feel so happy with my with my decision!! If you are someone who hasn't worked out for awhile- or ever or if you just feel intimidated or nervous by "traditional" studios, this is the place for you!!

Feed Your Soul Fitness is an amazing training facility to either begin or continue your physical/mental wellness. After years of inactivity and three children, working out became a dreaded event. This is a great fitness studio to get you into shape and develop a nutritious diet. I did the 6 week challenge to give me a kick start for ski season. I really liked the cardio, strength training and trx classes. The instructors were great and motivated me to work harder. I enjoyed the comraderie and support from fellow participants. The program makes you accountable and the staff want you to succeed. This is a great studio for working on weight loss and developing an exercise program. Go sign up to start your new year goals!

I LOVE this fitness studio! It has reshaped the way I think about what I eat, how I exercise and the way I look at myself! The instructors have given me the motivation to change my routine and my life.

I participated in the 6 week challenge and lost 11 lbs and 3.5 % of my body fat. I sign up for the same 3 classes (although there are a ton to choose from) every week and can't wait to get to them!

The 6 week challenge is a great way to kick start your journey to your goals.

I lost the weight I wanted to lose for the challenge and am continuing on for a year. I love the versitle times for the exercise sessions and the variety to choose from. All though the program is structured, it still leaves you in charge of your own program

Feed Your Soul Fitness is exactly what they say they are. They stand for functional fitness and nutrition. I started with the 6 week challenge, became a member, and moved directly into the 8 week passport program. Without the consistent support and positive environment, I would not have been as successful as I have in changing my perspective on self-care, fitness, and health. I am only ten weeks in and I can already see and feel a MARKED difference in my mentality and strength. Before I started this program I moved from Texas to Colorado and everything I did regarding this move was hard. Lifting boxes was hard. Carrying furniture was hard. Going up and down stairs with boxes and belongings was hard. Now, ten weeks into my fitness journey I moved from my temporary housing to my permanent housing…and everything about the move was far easier. I am stronger, my endurance has increased, I can feel the strength and stamina that I now have in my muscles. This move I was hustling up and down the stairs and in and out of the truck while my husband watched, mouth agape. I won’t say moving is a breeze (because that is a straight-up fallacy) but moving was so much easier and less taxing on my body and mind BECAUSE of the programs and support from Feed Your Soul Fitness. I feel better all around, I am making better choices, I have more confidence, and this is only after 10 weeks. I await, with great anticipation, the changes I will see in 6 months and again in a year. My fitness journey is just beginning and I couldn’t be more excited to see where it leads; I also know I would not have ever taken the first step on this sojourn without the staff and community from Feed Your Soul Fitness.

I love this place. The staff is great. The owner Brandy takes the time to sit with you and help in any way she can as far as goals and diet etc.

The class is only 1/2 hour but they do the job. You are sweating and can definitely feel like you got a good workout. It’s also nice because you have to book the classes so it keeps you accountable.

There is no embarrassment. There are all different shapes and sizes. Men and women and they are all there for one reason. I love it!

I am SO grateful that I found Feed Your Soul Fitness! I can't say enough great things about this little gym. I"m SO impressed with ALL the coaches, the workouts (only 30 minutes, but it gets the job done!) and the equipment. It is such a supportive community that I actually look forward to going. The classes are offered at all times throughout the day so it's easy to find one that fits my schedule. Plus they often have free community events like workshops on motivation and healthy cooking. I'm sad to see any disappointing reviews about this gym. I signed up for the 6-week challenge hoping to lose 20 lbs. I lost about 3. I owned it…the journey/challenge belongs to me. I'm the one accountable. No gym or person can do it for you, they can only encourage and support. The program is really well crafted based on personal experience and much research and education of the owner, Brandi. Even though I only lost 3 lbs., I found an amazingly supportive community that I enjoy being a part of. I never feel inadequate or uncomfortable and look forward to the classes. I like the variety of trainers, classes and times. It works with my schedule and the ease of signing up through the app is so helpful. Not to mention I have met some amazing people by just saying hi. Thanks Brandi for building this community!

Feed Your Soul Fitness has a wonderful business model and its totally different than the big monster gyms. I marvel at what they have done to make their clients feel at ease and welcomed into the fold. It's amazing. I've never seen anything like it. It's more expensive than traditional gyms, like 24 hour fitness, but it's so much better, having the personalized support and guidance that FYSF offers. At any other fitness center I have belonged to, I have never had anyone remember my name and encourage me EVERY time I work out. When I go to FYSF, the trainers know every person by name and encourage them individually within their physical ability. I really see the results in my own body, mind and well being. It's a model that works for me.

I started with Feed Your Soul fitness about 6 weeks ago when I saw an ad for the 6 week challenge. At the time, the ad felt like a sign (considering summer was right around the corner and I hadn't been working on my summer body at all)... so I joined thinking this was going to be the perfect kick start to the pre-summer fitness journey that I tell myself I'm going to start every spring. And it was! FYS is a very comfortable place for me. I've had memberships at a few gyms here in Denver and elsewhere, and this is one of the only gyms where I've truly felt "at home" (corny but true). At first I thought that 30 min classes weren't going to be enough of a butt-kick, but I was wrong. Every move you do in a FYS strength training class is like, 2-4 workouts in 1 (you're never just doing a squat... it's more like, a sumo squat with a bicep curl into a shoulder press). Everyone's always moving for the full 30 min, you stretch as a group before and after the workout, and the workouts will have you sweating HARD every time. FYS is an awesome little community with a bunch of really cool & badass trainers - and I'm proud to have renewed my membership post-challenge. The 6 week challenge is a good program for someone who needs a kick-start & motivation to get back in the gym (or someone who hasn't been in the gym ever and needs a place to start). The meal plan was great as well - especially for someone who hasn't been formally taught how to eat clean. I was slightly disappointed with how highly the accountability coach was valued at in Brandi's original orientation presentation.. just because I didn't really feel like my coach was ever really holding me accountable for eating properly, working out outside of FYS, etc .. but at the same time, welcome to real life where adults have to hold *themselves* accountable for getting stuff done. So I wasn't too upset about that. Overall, I r eally do love FYS, I'm super stoked that I've renewed my membership, I love the trainers (Anthony & Sarah are my favs but everyone else is great as well), and I'm really excited to watch my progress continue!

Feed Your Soul Fitness is truly Amazing!! I joined to gain my motivation back (as well as a few lbs) but in return received so much more. For starters I felt absolutely no pressure from Brandy (the owner) when I stopped in to check out the studio but instead felt a familiarity. Since joining FYSF it's become my second home. This gym is not just a gym but a community where you are surrounded by like mindef people on the same journey.
The trainers are amazing and know you by name! With small classes no larger them 8 or 9 people, trainers take the time to learn your limits to ensure your well-being but also push you enough to help you grow.
If you are looking for a lifestyle change that sticks you have got to check out Feed Your Soul Fitness.

I first started as a six week challenger last year. When I first met Brandy, she was supportive of my ambition to come into alignment with myself, and not only complete the challenge for both mental and physical reasons, but so I could help share my passion for living healthy. The trainers are compassionate, and helped me stay motivated and believe in myself during my challenge. I could tell this was a fitness studio where I could explore my passion for coaching and helping change lives every day. Now I am a group fitness trainer and accountability coach and enjoy teaching sunrise, mid-morning and sunset TRX, Strength Training and Cardio Core classes. Feed Your Soul is a place where I can fully be myself and share my abundance of natural energy and passion for making fitness fun and enjoyable for all walks of life. It is full of a diverse, accepting, caring, humble, supportive and welcoming owners, staff, trainers and members. If you are looking to get back into fitness, or start for the very first time, Feed Your Soul is absolutely the place the do it.

I started with their 6-week challenge and had great results so I decided to become a full member and continue my health journey. The classes are small and all of the trainers are so incredibly nice and helpful. They let you know exactly how to do each move and help with perfecting your form so as not to get injured. They also have regular classes on nutrition to help you keep eating healthy. Brandy and the team at FYSF have really built a wonderful community and I am so thankful to be a part of it :-)

I started the 6 week challenge through the advice of a dear friend who was also under the impression that this was a wonderful place who cared about the people they were training. I only spoke with Brandi on the phone when she was signing me up. She did come out of her office the very first time I came in for a class; after that, if she came out, she would only talk to one or two people and then go back into her office.i was never "allowed" to talk to her because she was "too busy" . Most of the trainers were okay. There are a couple that didn't try to help or didn't care if you were having issues. The one that I liked the most was Anthony. He took the time to talk to people. he understood where people were coming from and he genuinely cared. They set you up with a supposid accountability coach, which was a total joke.. the person they set me up with never answer my questions and it's only through text so I never met her in person. There were a couple of times that I asked a question and got a response from Brandi that were very rude and very degrading. Her responses made me feel like a total failure and ashamed of what I was doing wrong by not following her exact orders. Then I was supposed to do a 4-week evaluation with Brandi, but she wouldn't do it so she had somebody else do it. I tried communicating with this person to let her know I was running late, but supposedly she didn't get any of the text messages because she didn't have access (as a trainer and an accountability coach) to that text messaging system that they had set up for the accountability coaches. Brandi tried to blame it totally on me, saying that I did not communicate. when I told her that I had every single message saved and I could prove it to her that I did try, she had no answer except to tell me that I shouldn't have set a time that I knew I wasn't able to make. Then she told me to cut out the last week of the 6-week challenge because I ran out of classes (she had her money for the full 6 weeks.. You have to pay in full) By that point I was so frustrated that I told her that I weighed myself at home to use that weight and call it good.. I truly believe that Brandi is all about money and Control, so if you do not do everything the way she wants, a d if she decides she doesn't like you, she will totally set you up for failure like she did me. I have spoken with others who have done this challenge who have felt the same way, so in my opinion.. I'm sure it works for a hand full of people, but only if you're willing to be bullied and degraded by Brandi Martin.

I have waited awhile to write my review to get some perspective and really try to put my experience into words. I will start with the positive:

PROs: Small class sizes, having to sign up for the classes creates great accountability and helps with follow through, very supportive trainers, good variety in classes/times to fit most schedules. As far as the 6 week challenge pros: easy to follow meal plans, some great recipes, Like the private group on Facebook as it helps with motivation. These things would receive 5 stars.

CONs: When I first went in to sign up for the challenge, Brandy, the owner said that due to where I already was (not wanting to lose 20+ pounds) that my goal should be based on reducing my body fat%. I expressed concern with that because I have absolutely no experience with measuring that ever in my life. She didn't budge and I felt pressured to go with what she suggested (that is my own fault for not pushing back and sticking with what I know). At the end of week 2 I had lost almost 9 lbs and my body fat % had gone up. I expressed my concern to her then and she said to wait until at least week 3 as it takes awhile for the body to adjust and I really needed to pay attention to time of day, water intake etc. I spoke with her again about it week 4 when it still had not moved and I had started to do more research about body fat % and found it is one of, if not the most, unreliable things to measure. When I met with Brandy and tried to talk about it I felt like I was talking to a wall. There was no validation for the unreliability of the measurement and actually she said that it was probably because I was so stressed and "holding on to too much" and that was why. So although I was working hard and seeing results in my body, apparently the lack of change in measurement was MY fault. I had a similar conversation with her at the end of the challenge, because although I lost 12.5 lbs, my body fat DID NOT CHANGE AT ALL... which seems impossible but that is what the scale said. I am a goal oriented person and so although I was seeing changes, the fact that I was making NO Progress towards my goal was extremely difficult for me and my continued motivation. My experience with Brandy always left me feeling shamed and disrespected. Like I said earlier, the trainers were great, but for me and Brandy is was not positive. I would just urge anyone doing the challenge to do some research about measuring body fat vs. pounds before you start your goal. I always reach my goals and I did not reach this one, or even make any progress, and as a result I feel that I was set up for failure and scammed out of $500. Again, this is just my experience and I know many others have different experiences, but needed to share.

Great place! Like so many other people I have problems with pain, balance, inflexibility bad exercise habits, form, etc... that I've developed over the years using standard exercise equipment or working out in clubs were I didn't feel comfortable due to the size of the class, pace or lack of experience, from the staff or myself. FYSF's classes are smaller. The highly knowledgeable trainers are able to hold you accountable for your goals with functional results using body weight, instead of standard weights and machines to decrease pain, increase flexibility and strength. From the yoga to the challenging exercise classes it's been a win, win situation. I trust FYSF so much that I refer my patients here. Thank you to all the FYSF staff for the great times, workouts and more importantly, results.

Have tried other fitness studios and have always felt intimidated because of my age and my size.(old and XXL) . from the first session I felt this could be the place for me , and now I am loyal to 3X a week. No matter what is asked of me in class , I feel I can do it , if not perfect than to the best of my ability . I actually want to go to class, short of a blizzard , my face and body will be there to get a good sweat on!!!. whether it be small class training, TRX or yoga , I can't say enough about FYSF.

Working with Brandy and the team at FYSF has changed my life! For years I've gained/ lost weight, and have always struggled with making fitness and health a top priority in my life. I've been working with Brandy and her team for almost a year now, and I'm stronger and healthier than I have ever been. I love their philosophy and the amazing community! They truyly have something to offer everyone at all fitness levels. I plan to be a long time client/ community member with FYSF!

FYSF combines structure and freedom in a way that works really well for me. I schedule my gym time - I usually go with the Small Group Training classes - and show up for a quick, effective workout. There are classes every day of the week and the times are convenient for me.
Most importantly, the trainers are fantastic. They deliver an intense, challenging workout while remaining positive and supportive. The competitive, macho culture that I've experienced in other workout regimens is notably absent.

My husband and I are both enjoying our personal fitness trainer and program. As 50+ adults, we find that our goals are different and the trainers at Feed Your Soul Fitness understand and work with us. They make working out fun and we've learned a lot of new things. Love it!
