Love Fervour women’s gym! I have been looking for something like this for a while and so glad I stumbled upon it. Tammy is warm and welcoming. I enjoy the style and variety of classes. Definitely building strength and meeting my goals here. Instead of dreading the gym, I look forward to coming.

Great classes! I always leave feeling like I utilized my time well and got the best workout possible in 30 minutes! Every move can be modified to fit my fitness level or even how I am feeling from day to day! Tammy is so attentive and always can tell when I am feeling any discomfort and offers adjustments accordingly! Very friendly and encouraging environment!

I’ve been training at Fervour for a while now, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the gym has felt like a second home. The environment is incredibly welcoming, and it’s clear that everyone—staff and members alike—create a space that’s safe and supportive.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Tamara as my trainer, and she is absolutely amazing! She’s not only extremely knowledgeable about fitness, but she also takes the time to really understand your goals and tailor each personal training session or group class to help you succeed. Tammy's support and encouragement push me to achieve more than I thought I could, and I always leave each workout feeling accomplished.
Whether you’re a beginner or someone more experienced, I highly recommend this gym and Tamara’s training sessions/classes. The positive and friendly atmosphere makes it a place where you can grow, both physically and mentally.

Fervour women’s studio is fantastic! I especially enjoy the personal training. It has helped me get back on my feet mutiple times after injury, sickness, asthma, or just weird day to day pains. Tammy is very personable and encouraging and is quick to adjust when needed. It helps keep me working out and coming back for more! If I were anywhere else I think I would give up. Every session is fun, challenging, and encouraging coupled with some fantastic hard work!

Tamara is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with! She deeply understands the mechanics of the human body and is quick to help you adjust your workout so that even with previous injuries, I was able to strengthen and tone without reinjuring myself. I highly recommend working with her!

Tamara has been an amazing personal trainer for me! Tammy with 180 fitness is far beyond amazing! She has been so helpful from the very beginning until today. Tammy is a very energetic and motivated skill instructor with tons of knowledge. I love my results so far! The work outs are easy to follow, but intense. The part I love the most is I can keep a workout regimen with my busy schedule because class is only about 45 minutes!!!

I have been a member of 180fitness and personal training with Tammy for almost 2 yrs now. Tammy is well trained and knowledgeable in fitness, whatever your fitness level is. I have knee issues, and Tammy does well working with me, by showing me modifications that work best for me. I highly recommend 180fitness for your fitness needs, be it in a group setting or personal training.....I love it!

180 Fitness will help you to be a healthier version of yourself. Tamara teaches HIIT (High intensity interval training, Viit (Variable intensity interval training) Weight training as well as Toning. This is exactly what I was looking for. All you need to do is show up. Believe me you will not be disappointed. Tamara can help you reach your goals. She offers AM and Evening classes as well as personal training one on one.

Tammy is AMAZING! Her classes are intense but gives you that push to keep going. She’s a very motivated person and you end up burning so much off in 1 hour and you won’t even notice because you are having fun! I’ve seen results and still going strong.
