Perfect for youth basketball. Have been to several facilities this year for high level youth basketball and Fieldhouse was our and our player's favorite.

The good: The courts themselves are nice and seem to be maintained along with the divided netting. for basketball there was enough seating for 5th grade parents. I'm not sure there would be enough seating for older teams.

The Bad: It was horrendously loud inside. It gave me a headache. It can't cos that much to put some of those sound damping panels on the walls. With 5 volleyball games and 4 basketball games going at the same time it was just overwhelming. I'd bring NC headphones if you have them.

First time here for a volleyball tournament and not impressed. No seating. We had to locate our own chairs and set them up. No trash cans in the bathroom. Food was too expensive and terrible. Vending machines were practically empty and even when we did try they said they were all sold out. Courts 9, 10 and 11 had terrible lighting and nets up so you couldn't see the players hardly and not padding around the huge metal pols for safety. It was like they didn't know they were hosting a tournament this weekend.

As far as sports complexes go, it's a nice one. Facility is clean, but the bathrooms need work. I imagine that's hard to keep up with the amount of foot traffic that goes in this place. Bleachers also should be on a platform since there is a half wall bordering the playing area from the spectators area. If you're not on the top bleacher, it's not really possible to see the athletes in action and considering this venue is used for a lot of tournaments, it would be a lot more beneficial.

Terrible experience at FieldhouseUSA Aurora. We were told to leave the volleyball court we were using because it was ‘occupied’—even though no one was on it. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the host had someone else come over and tell us to either leave or pay. When we asked about paying, we were told it would cost $200 for just one hour on a single court, which felt like a complete scam. Very unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful to customers. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Very cool, and large area. There were concessions open, but the vending machines didn't work. Overall it was very well maintained and clean. There were 4 basketball courts with electronic scoreboards. And that was probably only about half of the building. I think there were other sport types in the rest of the building

This place has great potential but it’s been failing for four years now. Coming here for club volleyball tournaments has gotten worse and worse. They don’t seem to be able to come up with any good ideas of how to make more room or more viewing area for spectators. Fire marshal would probably have a heart attack, looking at the bottleneck and crowded walkway areas. Not only not open the mall, but it’s blocked off from the mall. They don’t have enough seats for the seating areas. They do have them on the courts and they won’t let you bring your own seats. They police it at the door. They also police bringing in food or drinks and have big ugly signs that say no food or drink on the front doors. Yet they don’t have a capable food service counter and that also creates a long bottleneck line. The bleachers they have to sit and watch are too low and you can’t see over the barricade wall, where the stools are. I really wish the Volleyball community would stop scheduling tournaments here.

This facility could be amazing, but the event organization and communication through certain groups (volleyball) is severely lacking.

The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Broken sinks. Hand dryers with slime in them. Toilet paper sheets and trash everywhere. And why is the floor always wet? Spectator seating is limited. And the gym floors are filthy. Black sticky slime. Blood. Hair. Bandaids. The handful of times I've seen them sweep the floors, they just leave the dirt piles in the corners of the court. If I owned this place I would be livid. The facility (and beautiful hardwood floors) is getting trashed, and it's pretty new. Would love to see a hyper-organized, type A group, that's focused on cleanliness, take this facility over and make it, and it's programs, shine.

Worst place in Colorado for volleyball. Been coming here for a few years now and everyone dreads it. Horrible seating with limited options to sit. Trash is always full. Bathrooms are hit or miss for being clean. Today, they are a miss. And heaven forbid you bring in snacks or drinks. Clean up the areas around the courts so the players have some room and it would just look better and be safer. Many of the steel posts aren’t wrapped for safety. Here are a couple of pictures today.

Not being able to bring in food and drink for an all day high energy event is not conducive to being a good location. I won’t spend a dime at this facility. So much potential but ridiculous rules, I can only imagine are designed to force you to purchase from their cafe bar. Well. It’s had the opposite effect. I’ve spent money - plenty at their cafe bar, refusing me entry because I have a cup of coffee is wild. Refusing my athlete healthy food during a tournament is INSANE. Not to mention they don’t have the staff or capacity to make food timely for the amount of people here for a tournament. I hope they read these reviews and see the error in their ways. Until then, I’ll eat and drink at their door 🤷‍♀️

Our son had a volleyball tournament here this weekend. Decent facility but the owner has horrible practices. Teams were not allowed to bring food in for the team (allowed at all other tournaments we’ve been to in the state) so all teams were allowed to set tables outside with their food. Fair enough. However, at 1:00pm (with several hours left of game times) all food and items were dumped into trash bins. There was no communication to the coaches. Evidently they “announced it over the speaker” one time. You can’t hear anything on the speaker with 8 concurrent games going on. Not just food was discarded but personal items to include duffel bags, coolers, etc. Couldn’t they at least put personal items in a lost and found? Couldn’t they donate bins full of unopened food and drink? When we inquired about it at front desk, we were simply informed that “it was the owner’s call”. We’re talking hundreds of dollars worth of personal items and food. It is not ok to handle people’s personal property and discard it.

The most spectator unfriendly facility to watch volleyball. Good luck trying to watch your kid play if you're on an interior court. Heck’s no we pay to play till 12. If yall say it in your thing 7pm-12 then yall can’t end it because yall want too. Plus it’s two on two off or sum shi like dat but if the host want to do there 2v2 they can do it? I just wanna do 3v3 with my team, but once someone complained the host comes and says we can’t do it but yall can??🤣🤣 like make it, make sense. Andddd get this, we paid before we played and one of the host freaking checked us TWO more times saying we need receipts. Even though the guy who checked us us didn’t even give us the paper to sign in. But we got the stamp? And the guy who checked us to see if we had our stamp SAW US in the beginning even said hi to one of my friends when we were paying? Like okay 🙃

This facility holds basketball tournaments and charge a fee of $10 a person to spectate. Inside there is basketball, trampoline park and arcade/mini golf. Might be a fun place for those kids things but for volleyball- especially the spectators- it sucks. Low bleachers and only one end of the courts this is about the most unfriendly place for seating we have traveled. Can’t see for nothing unless you stand or get a barstool seat- which people stand next to and block the view anyway. Vending machines were OOO. Too bad to as it could have been the best. There is not a word about outside seating on the website and no signs concerning chairs in the facility. Employees don't need to be yelling at customers and certainly don't need to be yelling about policies that don't exist, aren't published, or are outright lies. I cannot say enough about this place! My son is in Shoot 360 for few weeks. He has improved significantly! His ball handling is amazing after going only 3-4 times. Can't wait to see him after one year!

Staff is just the best!!! They are all soooo helpful. They really work and invest their time with kids. Absolutely amazing!

It opens at 6 pm with two nets, while two others for training until 8 :30 pm. while there is almost 60 players. Then they open another 2 nets , by then there will be almost 100 players. So basically you will play 2 rounds game in 3 hours. I don't recommend it. It is a big facility but half of it reserved for basketball.

Went to open play for division 2 players. The manager or person in charge of the event told my wife that she was not allowed to play because "SHE DID NOT LOOK LIKE A DIVISION 2 PLAYER". Will not return and highly recommend you don't either.

Lots of practice and game space and even an space for events such as parties of any kind. There is a snack bar on certain days. It is a wide open clean space for fun. Basketball volleyball cheerleading practice in private rooms if necessary. There is an opening that leads into the mall.

Beautiful facility, but that is where the praise ends. We were there from 7:30 till about 2:00, for a volleyball tournament and they don’t allow outside food or drinks. Since they pretty much force you to buy their product, but they don’t serve food until 11:30. Plus they gouge you on prices. $3.00 for a soda and $5.00 for a cheap, cold hotdog. There is hardly any sitting for spectators. In the woman’s restroom there are about 12 stalls but only 4 we’re open the rest were locked not sure why that was. Tried getting change for the vending machine and the employees look at you like they don’t understand and refuse to give you change. Only way I will go back is strictly on a have to basis.

I wanted to take the time to write this review because the customer service here was the best I have ever had! We have an 8 and 4 year old, the employees didn't need to, but were extremely attentive to all of our needs. We will definately be going back! Wish I could give more stars 🌟
