This is an awesome awesome workout. Iโve been coming here about 2x a week for close to a year and itโs still challenging and fun. Itโs not โtypicalโ Pilates, itโs on a much different, more strength focused reformer, but itโs also not quite Lagree (if you know you know).
The class uses very traditional Pilates concepts, and adds a strength training and โtime under tensionโ focus to burn out muscles in a really safe, low impact way (by low impact I mean not tough on joints). The staff is phenomenal, super knowledgeable, the class is upbeat, and 45 minutes for a full body workout? Count me in.
The only โconโ is classes are always full. The waitlist is an awesome option but you definitely have to join the waitlist like at LEAST a week in advance to have a shot of making it off. Early morning classes face this the most. I think this part of Denver needs another studio lol.

A challenging, low-impact, full body workout in a welcoming environment. As someone who is accustomed to traditional strength training and high impact activities (running, HIIT), this was a new type of workout for me. The workouts are definitely good practice in "getting comfortable being uncomfortable" via slow, controlled movements under tension. That said, the class also moves fast as you squeeze a lot of moves in 45 minutes. Don't be intimidated if takes a few weeks of classes to get the moves/technique down - I'm still working on it! The coaches give cues and will step in to assist with form during classes. Along those lines all the coaches I've taken classes from are great. Super friendly and supportive of wherever you are in your fitness journey.

I've been having a wonderful experience at Fierce45. It is a very grueling yet doable workout. I feel much stronger and more in tune with my body. The instructors are definitely the cherry on top of the sundae. They are so personally invested. When I sprained my foot, Ellyse took several minutes out of her day to go over modifications I could try. Everybody there is like family - several gals told me they'd missed me after I'd been gone on a two-week vacation! I'm looking forward getting my a$$ kicked some more at Fierce!

After being a member for 3 years, sadly, I will cancel my membership. After re-opening, the management is sub-standard, and the for-profit attitude is bothersome (e.g., charging a fee for being 10 min late to a class). Although I understand the need for plenty precaution measures, some of those implemented are not reasonable and others are actually unhealthy. With regrets, since I like the workout, the coaches and the location.

Especially during quarantine, fierce45 allowed me to continue taking their classes remotely and I don't know what I would have done without it! Love love love Fierce45. I just started, and received such a warm welcome. The team made me feel completely comfortable even though I have never done a class like this and was intimidated. Also, I LITERALLY feel taller since only taking THREE classes, due to the strengthening, stabilization and body alignment I have been able to experience in just three classes. I am WOWed. Place was fantastic. The workout is very tough and I'm definitely annoyed during it, but at the end I'm so glad I came. It's a good way to give yourself 45 minutes to just focus on your body. That's all you'll think about. Trust me! My mind doesn't wander and it's a great way to start my day. My own form of meditation.
My only complaint is how loud the music is and the instructor can sometimes get drowned out by it. I can't hear instructions clearly, but after a few classes you start to understand what's going on. Highly recommend.

This has been amazing! I started at 8 months postpartum with my third baby. The staff has been wonderful and so helpful. Whenever there is an exercise that feels too difficult, awkward or painful, each coach has been able to help me through the move so it feels comfortable and effective. I have gone to 15 classes and I already see results. I also feel more stable and strong carrying around everything and everyone in my crazy mama life! Hands down best Pilates class Iโve taken! Iโm usually a cardio bunny but Iโve found that this has really pushed me in ways I couldnโt even imagine. The instructors here are awesome and really help you to perfect your technique and form. Not once have I ever felt embarrassed or silly for performing a move incorrectly. This was a new workout method for me, so of course, a bit unsure of what to expect. I showed up early to the first class and received a warm welcome and walk-through of the method and machine we use. Ultimately, getting the hang of this workout takes returning and watching people around you a few times. Itโs a supportive communityโ I have found other participants and the coaches to be genuinely friendly and helpful. The moves target areas of my body that are easy to neglect, and the lower impact workout gives my joints a break in the way that they need right now. Iโm sore every time (in a good way), and ready to commit to 3x/wk to observe the changes over time.

Started going to Fierce a few weeks ago, and I'm loving it. I had never done this type of Pilates, and as an avid HIIT goer, I was shocked/humbled by how challenging of a workout it was. The instructors have all been great with guiding you through the movements, keeping an eye on form / tweaking when needed, and motivating you to power through the burn. Oh, it's a deep burn. I am a 56 year old woman in fairly good shape who was looking for something easy on my joints but challenging for my body. I found Fierce45!! I was intimidated by the reformer since Iโve never used this style of workout before. However, the instructors are so knowledgeable and super helpful, and they really encourage you to do your best but only push as much as you can to feel the burn.... and believe me, you FEEL IT! They assist me to get my position correct when itโs needed which I personally LOVE. You will be sore. You will be challenged. You WILL COME BACK! The workout also challenges your mind and makes you pay attention to your emotional state and the self talk you communicate to your body. This is a mental and physical workout. Iโm totally IN!

Keep Trying! If the first class is confusing, you're are NOT ALONE. If the second class is just as strange, GO AGAIN! Each class gets better and harder. If you aren't sure, check in with your body and ask your teacher after class. You will see a difference if you are doing it right! The workout here is always challenging and get a good burn on but I wish all the instructors were more hands on. Most will adjust and correct you or help out if looking confused or lost but not every instructor jumps in. This would be my only improvement otherwise I really enjoy the class!

I have been to 15 studios on Class Pass in the past few months. Fierce45 is the best class I have taken. It's hardcore, fast, and furious. My obliques and abs are looking great after only two weeks. I am cancelling class pass and joining Fierce45 only!

This was my 3rd class at the Fierce45 Hilltop location and I am so impressed! Each class has been top notch. The teachers are SO good - they motivate, they correct form *just* the right amount, they program a killer class - they each clearly know their stuff. The music was good, the vibe of the studio is cool (even at 5AM), the front desk staff was welcoming and the other students were friendly. I'll definitely be back!

This review is for the Littleton Fierce 45. Love these challenging workouts! The facility is very nice and clean, and the machines are in great shape. All of the instructors have been top notch, especially the 5:30 AM instructors -- they are knowledgeable, motivating, organized, and provide a great way to start the day. Definitely recommend!

I started going to Fierce45 a little over a year ago, after suffering an Achilles injury which made my normal exercise routine impossible. Fierce was the only thing I could find that was challenging without killing my Achilles. Iโve been going a few times a week since then, and it still feels fun and challenging each time. This is hands-down my favorite boutique fitness studio in Denver, and I've gotten tons of friends on the Fierce45 bandwagon, too. The classes are very challenging (but doable), and 45 minutes is the perfect length. The workout itself is amazing of course (no muscle group left behind), but the instructors are what really seal the deal for meโthey're all super motivating, and I always leave the studio feeling fulfilled and confident.
