Final Round Fitness is a 1 hour, full body, boxing workout. Our class is made for all fitness and boxing levels. We have workouts for beginners all the way up to the pros. Our goal is to teach people real boxing moves, drills, and skills while giving them a great and intense workout. Classes are only for 18 years and over.

Best decision I ever made. I used to have a lot of pain in my body but Adrian helped me figure out where the pain was and how to get rid of it. Whether you are a veteran or a beginner this is the place for you.

Love this class!!! Adrian’s approach, incorporating strength training, calisthenics within boxing has been effective. He explains complex techniques in a way that is very easy to understand, making sure everyone in the group was able to keep up with the pace and encourages participation making the sessions interactive and fun.
I also command his professionalism, punctuality and his willingness to stay after sessions to discuss workouts and healthy life style choices to meet our specific needs as well as address concerns.
I look forward to going to this class with full energy and excitement.

It’s hard to stick with any workout routine when you don’t find it enjoyable, but that certainly isn’t the case with Final Round Fitness. Definitely different from your standard group fitness class. Other than getting a great workout, you actually learn technical skills for boxing. Adrian is an amazing coach and works with every person (doesn’t matter what level) to help them improve. Also it’s so fun! I never thought I’d look forward to a work out 😂. This is a must try 100% and once you start you’ll be hooked! 🥊💪🏽

If you ever been in a boxing gym you know it’s hard to get 1 on 1 instruction. Furthermore, you have to be taking on fights to really get attention from coaches. I climb and like to do martial arts as a hobby. It’s hard to find good coaching as these coaches are invested rightfully so with people taking on fights or it’s very expensive. Adrian gives that 1 on 1 attention to refine your technique. He does this while making your work very hard. You get to work on your fitness while learning the sweet science. Lived all over gone to quite few gyms and it’s incredible to have someone with so much expertise and passion help me improve. Adrian put the same effort with me as the people in class for whom this is a lifestyle. He even gives me drills to work on between sessions. A lot of local fighters use Adrian to help refine their technique and fitness as well. He is a excellent coach who really knows his stuff. In addition, he’s just a nice gregarious guy who makes class fun. Can’t recommend Adrian enough. Hurry and get in their before the secret gets out!

I began taking boxing classes at final round fitness summer of 2023. Best decision I ever made. Final Round Fitness feels like a family, and the coach is really good at his job. With his humor and knowledge of boxing he brings a structured and fun training session. In the 5 months I’ve been boxing I’ve seen tremendous growth in many aspects.

This is a great place to get in shape and learn an awesome sport at the same time. Under Adrian's coaching I went from not knowing a thing about boxing to boxers at another gym thinking I had at least two years of training. Final Round Fitness is not your typical cookie cutter type of boxing class. Adrian does a great job of being able to teach the class as a whole but also still give that one to one instruction and correction as needed. No matter your experience in boxing and fitness he will help give you a solid foundation or help you improve on your skills. Workouts are intense, he always has great music, and the community he has built are a great bunch of people. If someone told me a few months ago that I would be learning how to box, lose weight, meet some cool folks, build some serious stamina, and feel great getting fit....I would have said "yeah right." I'm happy to say this class has proved me wrong. Coach is so supportive and adapts his lessons to match each individual skill level, whether they're a newbie, like me, or a seasoned athlete. Been training with Adrian for a couple months now and I absolutely love it! He’s such a great trainer and makes you feel comfortable when you are new and have no idea what you’re doing. Started in February of 23. Within 3 months I've lost 35 pounds going in twice a week. If you want to lose fat while gaining muscle, stamina and boxing experience, go here. Adrian is a good trainer. He'll work you hard but also work with you to learn the technique.

I started going to Final Round Fitness with my husband 2 months ago and we feel so much better than before! Our clothes are looking nicer on us, our body aches have gone away, and these classes are a ton of fun! We have a hard time sticking to workouts that lack camaraderie and accountability, but these classes solve both those problems. Also, the coach, Adrian, focuses on each person’s progress, individually, and is very encouraging and motivating. Lastly, as a bonus, the tunes they play, as my husband would say, “slap harder than my dad’s belt!” ;-) I highly recommend Final Round Fitness!!

I’m an avid cyclist and mountaineer 44 years old who was getting bored with my fitness routine. I decided to try a boxing class at Final Round Fitness in Aurora after a friend of mine told me about it. I was sold after the first workout and decided to join. Each class I see improvements in my fitness and am having a great time learning some boxing skills from Rob & Adrian who are great trainers and professional boxers. The 1 hour workout for all age & skill levels will leave you feeling strong and confident I highly recommend this class.
