I've been working with Justin for about 3 months now and couldn't be more satisfied with my progress so far. I've hit fitness levels I've never had before, as well as gained helpful knowledge with his form and function practice. I look forward to using what I've learned to continue my journey into health and strength. Justin makes sure everything is done properly and safely, and explains exactly why so you can understand without being left confused. He also teaches a variety of different exercises to target different muscle groups. I always leave feeling accomplished and know I'm making big progress with my fitness goals. Justin will set you on the right path whatever your goals may be.

Justin's amazing ... I don't know what I'd do without him! He motivates me to work hard, while also being careful not to push me to do more than I should. While I've worked out with weights off and on for many years, I'm 57 and getting started again at this age has been quite a different experience. My body and it's capabilities, just aren't the same. It's frustrating, but Justin doesn't judge...he laughs with me, pushes me forward, and tells me I've done a great job ... even after he spends most of a session forcing me to stretch whatever part of me has decided to impede progress. (And, I'd rather do anything other than stretch ... it's miserable...but he won't let me skip it. Too bad he can't make me do it when he's not around ... maybe this year?!)

Justin is simply the best. I’ve been working with him for 7 or 8 years to maintain flexibility and muscle strength in my old age, and more than once I’ve stumbled, kept my balance and myself from falling, and said silently (and sometimes out loud), “Thank you Justin.” I always look forward to our twice a week sessions.

Five STAR All The Way
Justin is an excellent and very competent trainer. I have used trainers through-out my life and Justin is one of the best! Justin is very attentive to your needs and limitations. Justin works to your strengths and tries to improve your weaknesses. While we do lift some weights, Justin is excellent at strengthening your core. The facility is clean and up to date. Through-out the COVID period, Justin practiced very safe practices regarding contact and sanitation of equipment. Justin is very flexible regarding appointments (provided you give him adequate notice)! Without a doubt, FIT 303 PT (Justin) is the REAL deal!

I have been working w/ Justin for about 4 years now. I wish there were more stars to give. Five is not enough! Justin/FIT303 is fantastic. It is always the perfect mix of variety, challenge, and fun. The encouragement is so uplifting. I am doing workouts at a seasoned age over 50 that surprise me.
You will not be disappointed. Even bad days are better w/ a good Justin workout!

I first went to Justin to lose weight and become more toned. A month later, I’ve not only lost 5 inches, but I’ve also become stronger physically and mentally! I highly recommend Justin for weight loss, muscle-toning, strength-building, improving balance, and whatever other goals that would benefit from physical training.
Balance has been an issue for me throughout my life, something that Justin has helped me tremendously with. Throughout the sessions, I would overthink some exercises and fear would arise, where I wouldn’t think I’d be able to do the exercise. When this would happen, Justin was patient and understanding, yet would motivate me. He would provide pointers and different ways for me to take on the exercise, whether that was with a bit of physical help if I needed it, or mentally tackling the exercise in a different manner. Now, I’m able to effectively do the exercises with not too much difficulty. A huge win!
Another thing that I’ve greatly appreciated is if I mentioned any particular difficulty, weakness, discomfort, etc., involving other body parts/muscle groups, etc., he would shift the session to improve, strengthen, stretch, etc., what I’ve mentioned.
He's also ensured that I understand how I can do the exercises at home for my continuing advancement, which I am so grateful for.
I found the sessions to be very comprehensive and well-rounded. Having Justin as my physical trainer has provided significant and unparalleled short-term benefits that I can see and feel now, as well as long-term benefits of having learned how to finally and properly exercise, build strength, lose weight, improve my balance, releasing physical blocks, and in turn, the mental blocks with it.
The space is clean, organized, well-kept, and properly sanitized per COVID-19 guidelines.
Again, if you’re on the search for a knowledgeable, patient yet motivating, and highly-efficient personal trainer that can also help you to push past those mental blocks (if you’re an overthinker like me), then Justin is who to reach out to.

Justin adds just the right mix to get you to your desired results. He is incredibly consistent and really takes the time to understand your goals and work with you to achieve those goals. I was looking for something where I could still get the cardio and weight lifting workout without the damage I was doing to my joints with intense exercise classes. It's truly amazing to see the same results I'd get in a group exercise class with a more focused approach from Justin. He also has incredible insights with regards to nutrition and overall wellness. Justin is great with accommodating a busy schedule. He's flexible and will work with you on times that suit your schedule. I can't say enough great things about Justin and his approach to your personal wellness and fitness. You won't be disappointed!

Justin offers an ideal mix of accountability, support, and thoughtful guidance that extends beyond the gym in to establishing real world/ long term plans. As a busy professional who travels a lot, Justin even sends pointed exercises that can be done in my hotel room without equipment—simply to be sure we’re staying in track. Justin changed my life! He is incredible to work with and could not be more fun. Justin is extremely knowledgeable, understanding, hilarious and kind. He designs plans that are easy to integrate into your life and is accommodating with your work schedule.
I really enjoyed training with Justin because he understands your strengths and weaknesses. He tailors his workouts to challenge you, but does not make you miserable in a boot camp way.
I highly recommend consulting with Justin and trying one of his packages! I had consistent results week after week with strength training and minor tweaks to my diet. He gave me a sense of confidence with weight lifting and working out that I had never experience with boutique fitness or group classes. Justin creates personalized plans and truly listens to your goals. I am so happy that I found him and was able to learn realistic ways to be healthy!

Seeking to make my workouts less boring and more productive about three years ago, I started training with Justin. He is fun to work with and has enabled me, a senior, to build strength and improve balance. He also is responsive to my needs and requests. If I want to slow down or ratchet up, he devises an appropriate workout for me. He's a great trainer!

Justin has been fantastic. I've been working with him since May and have seen great results. The best part of working with a trainer one on one is the accountability to show up for the scheduled session, and I always look forward to going because Justin regularly changes up my workouts and keeps them fun. The variety is way more than I could come up with myself and I always feel like I've had a great workout because we are working slightly differently each day. He's been very aware of some limitations I have and does a great job working to strengthen and address them.

I have been working with Justin for just about 2 years now. When I quit working at a job where I was on my feet for 8 hours a day and moved to a desk job, I knew I had to keep in shape. Justin has helped me (and my wife) gain strength, increase my cardio, and keep my waistline from exploding. Justin gives you tips on eating right and best of all, he is so much fun to workout with! I highly recommend giving him a try.
