I just finished my first season of independent baseball, and I worked with Jenny in the off-season to improve many of my performance metrics. One of my main goals was to put on mass, and following the nutrition and exercise advice that Jenny provided I was able to put on 20 pounds. This lead to an increase my bat speed by 6 mph, an increase to my exit velocity by 9 mph, and my pitching speed by 3 mph. I would recommend Jenny to anyone looking to increase functional performance and get into better shape!

Jenny is the best trainer I've ever had. She is not only extremely knowledgeable in what she does, but she's so generous with her time and information. She gives you training routines to do when you're traveling and on your off days, and she's quick to research something if she's not sure about it. Jenny was an amazing trainer for me and was just what I needed to be as successful as I have been in the Denver Fire Academy. Jenny has changed my life! She brings the total package to the table when it comes to fitness, nutrition, and training. I was called into the fire service at age 34. With no athletic background, I wondered if it was even possible! I'd never worked with a personal trainer before, but am so glad I found Jenny!! She gave me the confidence to get started and keep up the momentum. Jenny will challenge you to push yourself, and she encourages you the whole way. She'll give you her faith in you on the days you don't have it in yourself. And when you start seeing results, it's addicting! Jenny is an amazing personal trainer, and she looks out for your overall well-being. I passed a very difficult physical agility test in just 5 months!
