Staff are nice and it's a fun environment to work out in. Everything seems well kept and clean and there's lots of equipment to work with as well.

Love this place!! They gave me an awesome deal and have everything I need to work out. The only problem is that they get a little busy from 5-7 on weekdays and it might be hard to get a particular machine, or be a little crowded. Still a good gym choice, though!

5 stars for the value. It's not a massive mega gym but has just about everything you'll need. For the casuals, there's plenty of cable machines and cardio equipment.

For lifting there's 1 squat rack, 1 smith machine, 3 benches and 1 incline. Free weights have 4 benches.Rarely have to wait for a bench.

It should appeal to 95% of gym goers. I've been going for 3 years and couldn't be happier. I don't know how they do it, but the gym is spotless.

As far as admin, have only had one issue with billing which was quickly resolved. Otherwise excellent.

You won't find a better place and it's less than $20 a month!

I have tried out many gyms the last 2 years. I normally will start then quit. This gym is the best gym I have been to for many reasons.
1. The staff is amazing. Each time you walk through the door they ask how you are and they know your name. Most or all of them are also personal trainers. If you are working out and your form does not look good I like how they will help you out.
2. This gym is not one where everyone goes just to show how hot they are. There are people of all body types and randomly someone you do not know will give you words of encouragement or " you got this!"
3. The machines are pretty nice. I love watching TV while I workout.
4. Lin was the reason I signed up. She is so full of beautiful energy. After observing Graylin train someone who I was exercise next to I knew I needed his expertise in my life. He is the type of trainer who makes you feel so good you want to do more than he demands. He is supportive, kind, FUNNNYYYY, just over all an amazing ( this is coming from someone who swore would never get a personal trainer.) human being and trainer. Also I am seeing some really amazing results
5. This gym is also close to my work. It is easy to just run there on my lunch break and get a quick workout in.

There hasn't been any problems with my experience with Fitness 19, and I have been with them for about a year now. If you pay on time, everything else is a breeze when it comes to this place. There is also such a small crowd that you rarely have to wait in line for a machine or weights. I'm satisfied with them entirely. I hope other people can see how much of a convenience this place is.

Gym is clean, never had any issues. Cancelled my wife because she never comes to the gym. Didn't have any issues with the cancellation. Honesty, for $12/month, you can't beat it.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FITNESS 19! They are an absolutely horrible company like everyone else said. They lie and misrepresent the terms you sign for. They charge a whole extra month when you cancel. Mondo lied. The GM Lynn is absolutely worthless and will not help you. When you try to complain to corporate you are up a creek, they tell you there is no corporate. The act like they hate you if you decide to cancel. PLEASE SIGN UP WITH A DIFFERENT GYM. I have been a member with several other gyms this is the worst. One star gives them too much credit.

Worst experience ever! First encounter I had was with a manager who constantly talked to me while working out when we were at the gym at the same time. I purposefully went to the gym at a different time just so I didn't have to see him and counts workout quietly.

Last encounter left the worst taste in my mouth. My credit card was the same card with a new experiation date. They charged me a service fee for not paying on time. They claim the safest way was for me to handover my routing number so they directly can take out money. They told me that was actually safer than using my credit card that has no access to my actual money. The owner even told me I needed to do my research on the fact that giving out my routing info is safer than using a credit card that has a low max spending on it, incase someone does take my credit card number.

Overall I was out more money and they claim it's all my fault my credit card info changed. I have been to other gyms with the same policy and the owner was able to wave that service fee.

I warn you! Don't give your money to them! They will take it and charge you and will not understand life happens.

Worst company ever! When you first sign up, they ask you to refer a friend. When the friend signs up, you get charged 3x the amount for both accounts, even though the friend has signed and payed for their own membership. When I tried calling to get it resolved, no one knew what could possibly be happening but it also wasn't much of a concern to get it resolved. When it came time to cancel, I had to go into the gym because they couldn't do it over the phone which was super inconvenient. When I got to the gym, conveniently no one there could cancel my membership because they weren't managers and even more convenient to their customers, a manager isn't on duty on the weekends to cancel it on a Saturday. So now I get to deal with my bank in blocking there charges since apparently they continue to charge even after I cancel. Don't sign up with these stealing bastards, they clearly have no clue how to run a business!

!!!!!!READ EVERYBODY'S WARNINGS!!!!!

These scumbags will keep on charging you even after you cancel! Not only that, but I cancelled...was charged $100 for cancelling "early" even though the sales rep I spoke with said that it's month-to-month and no cancellation fees, then they charged me $25 again this month even after they acknowledged things were cancelled.

Very deceiving, very illegal. Just scum.

It's not a bad place to work out. However, it is a HUGE problem if you try to cancel your membership. Even though it is month to month, they won't cancel it even when you ask them to. This place is a scam. Their BBB rating is F. Don't sign up here unless you plan on paying for life. What you have to do is contact your bank or however you are paying for it and tell them to block Fitness 19 from sucking any more money out of your account. I expect to see a class action lawsuit one of these days because the whole Fitness 19 company rips off a lot of people.
