I had the pleasure of training with Kyle for nearly 2 years while I was living in Denver. I have recently been traveling to work in Denver again and immediately looked him up to schedule regular sessions. He was the first of several trainers I have worked with over the years, but I can confidently say that is still one of the best.

One of Kyle’s strongest talents is his ability to work with you as an individual. He does not have a one fitness plan fits all approach to training. Rather, he carefully considers your individual physical issues like prior injuries, prior training experience and your overall fitness profile to create a custom workout that addresses your needs best. He is always carefully observing your movement and interpreting it to refine and improve your overall mobility.

Do you want to train for improved flexiblity and function? Kyle’s will find the right program for you. Do you want to train for strength and endurance? How about weight loss and mobility? He will make sure your workout is attuned to reach your individual goals by creating a unique routine based on your ambitions and abilities.

You owe it to yourself to talk to Kyle and see what he can offer. His manner is good humored and personable, leaving you feeling motivated to move and give the best workout you can. This guy is the real deal Jedi trainer. ☺

Weights, weights, weights - definitely NOT my favorite but with Kyle's expertise and passion it is actually enjoyable. I have had back and knee issues that can make some exercises, moderately uncomfortable - his real life experience and down to earth, humorous disposition is exactly the type of motivation that gets me going every time - thank you Fitness Ignition!

Kyle has been an excellent influence in my life. I have never particularly enjoyed working out but Kyle changed my opinion of getting exercise. He is very invested in my satisfaction with the results I have achieved and is extremely patient--which I value. I’ve worked with a number of personal trainers over the years and Kyle is by far my favorite. He is incredibly knowledgeable on the ins and outs of the human body and mind and how that affects one’s abilities to move forward in the gym. You can tell each workout is carefully thought out and customized based on your abilities and workout goals. In addition, his approach as a trainer is not to yell at you but to educate and encourage you. I highly recommend him whether you’re new to working out or an experienced athlete looking to improve your skills.

Kyle is great! His workouts are fun and keeps me accountable. I love that I'm getting stronger. I've been able to check off a few items of my Bucket List because of the work I've done with him. I thought that I would only have a trainer for 3 months or so, but it has turned into over 3 years. I've always given up on working out after a few weeks or months because of aches and pains, but Kyle knows how to fix them so I'm able to stay on track.
