I started working with Joe when I was 65 and it didn’t take long for me to prove to myself what I already knew….I had some work to do!!! …I am so glad I started. Since then, Joe has never let me give up on myself, encouraged me, supported me, and I began to feel a difference in my daily activities. Now, that we are forced to postpone our workouts because of our unique year 2020, I can’t wait to get back to my workouts with Joe!!!! It made a difference in my life!!! My wife and I have worked with multiple trainers over the years. No one compares with how well Joe has helped us retain (and post-surgery regain) our strength well into our mid-70’s. We travel extensively and are always amazed by how much better shape we are in compared to much younger people.

It felt fantastic to return after the COVID-19 stay-at-home order expired. Joe’s procedures for social distancing and cleanliness make you feel extremely comfortable.

It would be wrong to say that Joe has changed my life. What he has done is given me the tools to change my own life. I started out with the twice-a-week routine that Joe (and Kelly) administer. Since then I have taken on the nutritional element that Joe recommends. The result is a weight loss of over 15 lbs that feels both sustainable and only part of the way to where I think I will end up. Joe is incredibly patient; he is very positive and encouraging; and as others have said, he always puts my safety first. I can't recommend Joe and Fitness Logic highly enough.

Joe is a terrific guy and as a trainer he is the very best particularly when it comes to attention to detail, expertise/knowledge, motivation, avoiding injuries, and executing a personalized plan that accomplishes your objectives. On my first day with Joe, I told him that my goal was to build muscle strength that will allow me to continue leading the active lifestyle that I love. Getting rid of constant low grade back ache was another goal, and somewhat jokingly I said improving my golf game would be a lucky strike extra. After about a year, I have never been physically stronger, my backache is gone, I'm skiing better than ever, and at 61 years old, I'm actually driving the golf ball farther and straighter than ever. I would give him 6 or 7 stars if possible. Thanks for the positive impact you have made on my life and health.

Joe is a well educated, patient trainer; I can't recommend him enough! He evaluated my knee (which I tweaked playing college basketball) and adjusted the machinery perfectly to my body shape and weaknesses. I can't say enough about Fitness Logic! I've been training with Joe at Fitness Logic for about a year now and am loving the way I look and feel. I have to be honest, I've never been able to stick to a workout regimen. Like many others, my job/business tends to take first priority and I tell myself "I do not have time to workout". Joe could not make it any easier. The workout is only 20 minutes and I could not be happier to see muscles in my legs I've never seen before! :)

Joe at Fitness Logic helped prepare me for a bikini contest (I got 5th place!!). I am 45, have two kids, and work full time. He is great to work with, professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgable. What I really like about Joe that I haven't found in other trainers is that he truly listens to the goals that you want to achieve and is thoughtful & realistic in his responses in how to best achieve those goals. Joe is too very knowledgable about anatomy and physiology and ensures that all exercises are done safely and properly (and I put him to the test as I am an A & P professor!); he was spot on!
